I really wish I could leave a positive review because Julie is a genuinely kind person. However, from a professional standpoint, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. If I could give her zero stars I would. I went in for lip filler and Botox, and the appointment took over three hours, mostly due to poor time management -- she's never on time. After my first-ever lip filler, Julie told me to watch for any "white dots" and contact her if they appeared. The next day, I noticed a white spot in the center of my lip and reached out immediately. She confirmed it was a vascular occlusion, which can cause permanent damage if not treated right away. When I arrived for treatment, Julie wasn't at her salon. She texted that she'd "be right back," but I ended up waiting over an hour, along with what another client who was also waiting. Once she arrived, the appointment dragged on for another three hours -- and she still didn't properly treat the affected area. She promised to meet me after work to finish treatment but showed up 45 minutes late, and decided not to wait any longer since it was already 9pm. She texted me at 9:30 saying she was there claiming she'd lost her phone, even though she told me she was in the car going straight to me. A couple of days later, she met with me for the second attempt and again for another three-hour session, but unfortunately, the issue still wasn't resolved. I now need to see a doctor to make sure no lasting damage. Overall, this experience was stressful, unprofessional, and concerning for my health. I recommend finding a more trustworthy and reliable injector. read more

I responded to a Facebook ad for nine dollar Botox. Made an appointment ahead of time and filled out all of this providers paperwork. At five in the morning the day of the appointment the provider texted to request a change to an hour and a half later. Unfortunately I had already built my vacation day around this appointment and expressed that I could not change it. I needed to keep our agreed-upon time. I also received a reminder appointment that morning that we would be meeting at the agreed upon time. I showed up for my appointment and the provider did not show up after 15 minutes to the appointment nor were they responsive either way very unprofessional. read more

Julie is amazing!!! So friendly and bubbly upon entry to her space, also very helpful with directions (not a local- anymore). I was briefly in the area traveling from Vegas and stumbled upon an ad for Botox 1st 20U only $9!!! Being a RN I long to get certified to do this and I have long been wanting to try this out and figured, why not click?! She literally had 1 opening left and it was for the next day at nearly the perfect time I was available! Destiny! As mentioned in 1st sentence, awesome personality and at the same time exceptionally professional. She finished up her client and took me back, the area had an amazingly calm aesthetic, very clean and spacious. She discussed my concerns, explained the differences in each product, gave her professional opinion on what she felt would be a great starting point for me and I agreed. I ended up getting 35U of Dysport. She has a destraction chin vibrating machine and stress balls if needed. Minimal, minimal small pricks and done!!! We chatted about after care and about ways I could go about getting certified to do this once I'm back in Vegas!!! Yay! 10/10 RECOMMENDATION JULIE! Poor communication skills. Lacks professionalism. Not confidant in her ability to proved treatment. The first 4 weeks after my lip fillers I had hard nodules that were uncomfortable with rubbing my lip together or applying lip product. When I smiled you could see a white shadow under the skin where the injectables were placed. At a week post lip fillers I reached out with my concern. We texted each other; she requested that I send a photo of my lips (which I provided). I did not receive any response. I chose to cancel my follow up appointment as I was not impressed with her lack of communication. At this juncture she almost immediately responded to my cancellation. At this point she suggested that I come in her for her to take a look. I was not happy about the lack of communication so I chose not to go in. At six weeks my "Botox" and/or Dysport began to wear-off and wrinkles began to appear and movement within the eyebrows restarted. *Note when she was placing the Botox/Dysport with each injection site there was a popping sound and sensation. When I questioned what was this? Her response was that it was the syringe piercing through the layers of skin and that she had just received a new type of syringe and possibly that was the cause. This was only my second time receiving these types of services (the first was with another provider. I was wanting to support a local provider so I chose Wildflower); Again, I reached out to express my concerns, and asking for guidance with the 2nd issue. She was not helpful or responsive in a timely manner. Her excuse was that 'there is only me to respond'. I'm sorry, but when I spend $840; and have concerns I do expect to receive some level of customer service. She WAS responsive when I booked the appointment and receiving payment. She did finally text me back with 'I should have given you my personal cell earlier as it's the best way to reach me and I can respond faster'. To date; she has yet to answer any of my questions or concerns. read more

I was excited to give Julie a try based on reviews - I scheduled an appointment over 2 weeks out. Came in day of and waited over 30 mins but she never showed up. Was told I could come back later so I waited around and came back at the rescheduled time over 2 hours later. Waited again for over 20 minutes. Should have walked out then as it was a complete waste of my day and disregard for peoples time. For the first time ever after getting Botox for years, it did not work. More units than I've ever received and complete movement/no impact. Came back for my follow up (waited again for her to show up late after my appt time). She gave me more units but was trying to negotiate with me to pay for some of it. Now my eyebrows are completely crooked based on her injections the 2nd time around. Trying to find someone else who will correct now. I was hoping this place would become my new go to, but not for me unfortunately. read more
