When our washing machine started to sound like a banshee, I went on the Internet to find a repair company and Alwayz There had excellent reviews, so I called and made an appointment. Mike was very friendly, very conscientious and took his time to diagnose the problem and fix the washer so that it was purring again! The only fault I find with this company is that they do not itemize their invoices. The only item on the invoice is the price you have to pay. I like invoices itemized as to price of service call, price of labor, price of parts, etc. Other than that one glitch, if we had any appliance problems (hopefully not), we would use this company again. read more

Stay away from this business! I tried to use them for repairs of a gas stove. They came out three times, and attempted to do the repairs but were never able to do it but still charged for a service call each time. Finally, after the third time they said the strove was un repairable and they would issue a credit for the parts (not the service calls just the parts) by check. But they never sent the check. So, I open a credit card dispute for the cost of the parts which is what they had said they would refund. Then I received a phone call from them screaming about the fact that I had opened, a credit card dispute. As far as I am concerned, they don't seem to know what they are doing and they have a very bad attitude when it comes to customer service. PS. Called to have an ice machine serviced and cleaned and to have a switch replaced. Took them 3 visits and the machine still isn't put back together nor was it cleaned. I called to speak with someone about it and was told the flap that came out of the machine doesn't belong to it and that the mold on the inside that was left will come off in the cleaning cycle.... It won't. I had to use my steam cleaner and do it myself and put the machine back together since they were incompetent. I even asked for them to co.e back out and finish it or just give me my refund back and was told there are no refunds and that the tech did their job. I would give it a negative rating One year ago I requested a repair of my ice maker. It was replaced twice and still had a problem. They said they needed to call the company Thermadore and they would get back to us. This is going on several months. They now say they could not repair it since the company would not send them the information needed. I requested what information do they need. I was answered by a very rude receptionist who was insulting and argumentative to deflect the fact that they were unable from my perspective to fix the original issue. She hung up on me and also called back saying they will not service me now and with any future repair I am now calling another company who stated that the problem was never diagnosed properly and that is why it it is an issue not the part replaced twice read more

He came out multipletimes to fix our freezer, which wasnt cooling to temp. He charged it and it worked 4 days somewhat. We ended up with fridge nor freezer working ,"At All"...after he replaced multiple times. He didnt charge us, but said "I give up" and walked away. Let's see how Mr Appliance does now ...... This company goes by two names - Villages Appliance Repair and Alwayz There Appliance Repair. A "customer satisfaction guarantee" is offered on one of their websites. I am not sure the bar could ever be set low enough for their service to satisfy any customer. I hired the company to install a new dishwasher and remove the old dishwasher. The technician said the job had been completed and left. It was immediately obvious the dishwasher was easily moved and had not even been secured in place, something the technician should have known or at least checked. After a quick phone call, the technician came back and secured the dishwasher in place. After further reviewing the work that was done, here is what was found: 1. The dishwasher was not installed straight - one side of the dishwasher is noticeably further out from the counter top than the other side. 2. There are 4 holes for securing the dishwasher in place. Only 3 of the 4 holes had screws installed. 3. After looking at the installation instructions, there are covers to put over the 4 holes to give the installation a more finished and professional look. The covers were not installed and were removed by the technician. 4. There is a kick plate on the bottom of the dishwasher. It was only leaned into place and was not permanently affixed as it should have been. It obviously fell down the first time it was touched. This is some of the most shoddy, unprofessional and lazy work I can imagine. The company was given two notifications of the problems and given the opportunity to come back and correct the work. I've used this company once before. I had an appointment today for a dryer vent on roof cleaning. I was told he'd be here before 3. When he didn't show by 3;45 I messaged and was told he had a car issue and he would still be here. They never notified me. Now 5 pm still not here and still not notified that his van still isn't even fixed. Alyssa was very rude in her comments. I will look elsewhere Had my dogs locked up for hours and missed a days work. read more

Absolutely refused to do the repair because I lived out of the area. I am 4 mins outside of Marion County- which they do service. No one in my area handles the repair I needed and Alwayz There refused to make an exception. We are very ill seniors who cannot afford to buy another fridge- we even looked into a used one and its still not doable for us. The receptionist refused to ask the owner on our behalf to make an exception. She was heartless. read more

My washer was not fixed. They put in the first part for 391.00 then that didn't fix it. So they "ordered" another part. Which never came in. I waited from 12/17/19 to 1/6/20 for them to tell me they never ordered the part. read more
