The whole process took about 4-5 hours but, it was worth it because I had dark hair. I kept getting COMPLIMENTS from all my piano students, family and friends... I never thought my hair could look this sexy! It felt so light and fluffy afterwards. She really took her time and showed a lot of PASSION in her work which is why I'm happy to take the time to write her a nice review... She is definitely the front runner of the salon and this salon was a hidden gem located between ROSS and KOHLS... I highly recommend Brandi! She will also GUIDE you on what products to use to keep your hair healthy before and after the appointment. I used the shampoo and conditioner she recommended and my hair started to shine and my scalp felt less dry and itchy... She really knows what she is doing and also TEACHES Balayage! I recently worked with Aly Rose Beauty (special shoutout to the extremely talented Kim) for all 3 of my wedding events in Palm Springs, CA. Aly, Kim, and the entire team that did our hair and makeup made my wedding experience truly unforgettable! Everyone says to choose your wedding hair and makeup wisely because not only does it determine how you look on your wedding day, but it also sets the tone/attitude for the rest of your big day, which is why I could not be more happy with my decision to work with ARB! They flawlessly executed my vision, leaving me feeling stunning and confident on all three of my special days. I have never worked with a hair and makeup artist where I felt like I looked better than I could have ever expected to, but I was surprised more and more every single day that I worked with ARB Despite looking like perfection, the weather decided to be not so perfect. My Thursday and Friday events were outdoors and the winds were up to 30 mph those days. Even with the strong winds, my lashes, hair, and overall makeup held up effortlessly, lasting for hours without a single smudge or fade. Their products are truly resilient! ARB is extremely efficient even when working with large groups. On my wedding day, they were able to complete 50 services within just a few hours. Every single person was more than happy with how their hair and makeup turned out. In fact, bridesmaids who had previously said they didn't want to get a service done, quickly changed their minds after seeing how everyone else's ws turning out. Even with 50 services already booked, they worked with us to fit in anybody who decided to get a service done last minute. If you are a bride thinking of booking with Aly Rose Beauty I would strongly recommend you reconsider. My best friend's wedding morning went from exciting and relaxed to stressful and confusing all due to the unprofessionalism and lack of communication from Aly Rose Beauty. As bridesmaids they provided us a very strict timeline to follow day of and when all of us showed up at the appropriate times there was no makeup artist in sight and zero explanation as to why. I actually almost didn't even get my makeup done, that the bride had already arranged and paid for, due to the disorganization. When I did finally get my makeup done it left me arriving to the venue with less than an hour before we were supposed to be walking down the aisle, so I'm sure you can imagine the stress this caused everyone, especially the bride herself. Imagine your wedding day and you have no makeup artists showing up on time, your timeline goes out the window and no one is answering your calls or texts to try and figure things out. It took hours for a response and all that was communicated was another artist would be there in the next hour or two. Following the wedding the communication has only gotten worse. The bride has reached out via text and phone multiple times without even a single response other than one message the days following the wedding to inform her someone would be in contact IN A FEW DAYS to sort things out. Guess what? It's been WEEKS and she has not received any follow up from the company. The whole experience is very disappointing and upsetting. My best friend should have been able to enjoy her wedding day with zero stress and should have been able to enjoy the days and weeks following happily without dealing with this still. The fact no one can respond to her and make this right is ridiculous. So I will say it again, as a bride I would be very weary of considering Aly Rose Beauty. read more

Where do I even start? I have been a wedding photographer since 2018 and after over 100 weddings and countless styled shoots with OTHER companies, I have never experienced this start-to-finish service anywhere else. I don't even know if this business realizes what a standout company they are! Firstly, Aly Rose Beauty helped my team coordinate our styled shoot location when the storms that are rocking the coastline ruined our first location. I have never had a makeup artist take that kind of initiative before, and it was so helpful and thoughtful. The day of, Aly and her lead assist, Kylie, were welcoming and very hands-on while taking care of our model. They had coffee ready to go, great conversation and really enthusiastic and contagious energy. My favorite part of their services? They CAME along to the styled shoot to assist if we needed hair and makeup attention; That's a first for me, and I can't even begin to express how incredible that was to have on hand while I was focused on composing gorgeous images. Aly and the team that she has put together are carefully curated to create an end-to-end experience in luxury, professionalism and expertise with beauty. Aly and her team absolutely amazing!! I found her on the preferred vendor list of our wedding venue and once I reached out to her, I immediately knew she was going to be the perfect person to do my hair and makeup the day of my wedding. Aly is the sweetest person, makes you feel so comfortable, and truly cares about her clients / treats them like family. My mom and I went over to her home studio to do trials for hair and makeup and it was truly the best experience I've ever had with a hair / makeup artist. She was so personable and spent so much time making sure that every detail with my hair and makeup and my mom's hair was to our liking. And it didn't hurt that she has the sweetest pups! Flash forward to the wedding day, and she and her team were on time to our Airbnb and just the best people to work with to keep us all relaxed and to have a good time with at the same time before the wedding. I had a wonderful time with my make up and hair artist! My bridal party did too. They made sure I could watch my favorite movie while we got ready. My makeup artist made me look more than what I expected and made sure I made it through all the crying, partying, and after partying while continuing to look exactly how I looked when I first walked down the aisle. My hair looked exactly like the elvish princess I was going for! They even dealt with my sister in law. I feel sorry they had to deal with it at all, but they handled it with grace. Not to even mention my trial. The trial made me feel beautiful for my bridal shower. I gave them pictures and they made me look even better. My wedding was March 17, 2023 and I am sooo happy I booked with the Aly Rose Beauty Team! I had my bridal preview with Aly, and I was a little nervous going into it since I didn't 100% know what I wanted. Let me tell you Aly made me feel so comfortable and at ease. she listened to my concerns and even made some suggestions based off my skin type and texture. Going into wedding day I had so many other things to worry about but hair and makeup was not one of them. My hair & makeup came out more than perfect and even till this day my friends, family, and even my husband comment how amazing it looked, I felt like a true princess. update: What began as a review regarding communication and professionalism has unfortunately escalated far beyond that. After I clearly requested that there be no further direct contact because there was no active inquiry or business relationship, I continued receiving repeated messages to my personal phone number from what appears to be a personal phone number associated with the owner. Over multiple days, the messages became increasingly personal, hostile, and insulting in tone. The messages included being called "Koo Koo," accused of being a "professional cat fisher," mocked personally, and told the sender had been asking people in the desert about me. At this point, the communication no longer resembles a professional business response to a review. I have stopped responding entirely and will simply preserve the screenshots and documented communication. I believe the screenshots and interactions speak for themselves. read more

Don't even hesitate booking with Aly! Just do it! With all the words in the world there's just not enough to even begin to describe how amazing her and her team was! She did the BEST job on me and my girls! They made us all look absolutely amazing! I truly felt like a princess. My hair and makeup stayed PERFECT all day long and even the next day my hair still looked great (my makeup probably would have still looked great the next day too if I didn't take it off that night). Aly is extremely talented and knowledgeable about not only hair & makeup but everything else wedding related as well! She's so fun to talk too and can literally answer any question you may have! Not gonna lie, I didn't think hair and makeup was that big of a deal going into this... but I was wrong. Watching Aly Rose Beauty work with my fiancée and her girls was actually impressive. They were super organized, on time, and handled a big group without it feeling chaotic at all. The whole morning just felt smooth. The biggest thing for me was how natural everything looked. My fiancée still looked like herself--just next level. And in the photos, you can really tell the difference. Everything held up all day too, which I know isn't easy. Also, their energy was solid. Even before the day of, Leah was such a huge support and I don't know how many times she talked me off the ledge or out of my stress (which wasn't even her responsibility) about the wedding. She gave me a list of "nice to haves" which came in SO MUCH handy the day of. Leah and Brittany listened to our every want and need, and completely brought each of our hair and makeup visions to life on my wedding day. I changed and added things (like a true bridezilla) up until the very last minute and Leah accommodated me, no questions asked. Not to mention they stayed for extra time to make sure we were all touched up for photos. If I could recommend her 1,000x a day, I would. An absolute 10/10 experience, from start to finish. They got back to me on 8/23 saying they think they could accommodate just needed to double check with their artists. I was happy to hear that and responded. Again, I didn't hear back so I re emailed on 8/31. Then it was a week out from my shower, so I emailed again on 9/8, and got a response back saying "Hello! I apologize, I sent a response a week ago but it doesn't look like it went through. They are not available that day :/" Beyond unprofessional. I understand I am not a bride, but STILL it would be nice to tell me before hand that they didn't have availability for me. Thank goodness I was able to secure another amazing make up artist elsewhere before my event, but had to attend my shower without my hair being done. It was beyond frustrating dealing with this company. I would not recommend working with them.

I scheduled my trial a month before the wedding with these lovely ladies and they were so great. They're both so sweet and friendly. I loved my hair with Tessa and Amy tried to find a look I loved. Fast forward the wedding day! They showed up a few minutes early to our VRBO. They did mine and 3 of my bridesmaids hair, my makeup and another bridesmaids. She always responded within a day or so when I sent her an email and made sure to address all the questions I sent her. She made the process and easy one. I had three girls do our hair and makeup - Jami did makeup, Chelsea did hair, and Rosy did both (including mine). They were all fantastic and made everyone look gorgeous. They showed up on time and worked quickly, so even with 8 people getting services, we stayed on schedule. They also were so much fun to hang out with and chat with.
