For comfort, my husband decided to stand outside while I proceeded to look around the store. When I walked into the store, the manager and an associate were just standing there, completely engrossed in a personal conversation. There was absolutely no greeting, no eye contact, and zero effort made to welcome customers into the space. It felt as though the staff couldn't care less that people were walking through the door, treating their own personal chatter as the priority. To make matters worse, when I proactively tried to be polite and asked them, "How are you?", I was met with an incredibly pretentious, cold, and ignorant attitude. Instead of a standard, courteous professional response, they made me feel like an interruption to their personal conversation. This wasn't just isolated to me, either. I watched as they treated other customers who walked into the store the exact same way-ignoring them, refusing to welcome them, and continuing their personal conversation right in front of everyone. For a manager to actively participate in this behavior alongside a casual associate sets an incredibly poor standard for the entire store. The atmosphere here is deeply unwelcoming and elitist. I will not be spending my money at a business that treats basic courtesy with such arrogance. Management needs to seriously retrain this team on fundamental customer service. To top it all off, when I finally walked out, they completely ignored me again-no "thank you," no acknowledgment, nothing. Just completely dismissive from start to finish. Do NOT SHOP HERE!!!

As we roamed the store, & you have to roam slowly because there are so many cool things inside, each of us went our separate ways & got caught up in things that interested each one of us. The owner of the store is also the owner and designer of the brand, so the selection is vastly Kerry Cassill. The theme is natural, block print type textile designs, yet the designs change frequently (several times per year) and then they are done as in- you can only find them on E-bay. I am a fan. For me, it's all about the bedding at this store. Although I do have 2 dresses which always score points when I wear them. (My wrap dress is amazing!) The cotton is ultra soft and airy, perfect for Southern California climate. The bedding is fabulouse. the designs are diverse enough that you can go hof wild on the ultra "bohemian" or even hippie look by getting all her options for teh room/and or dining options. Or as I prefer to do, I mix and match I love her more graphic prints which I pair with modern furniture or mixed with more subdued and solid bedding it looks ultra cool, modern yet earthy, But- hey-it's just my opinion. I have a couple dresses, a few tunics (amazing beach wear by the way) and a half a dozen bedding sets. I love them all and as I said they are perfect to mix and match with your other household gear.
