Jaycee had good reviews and was able to fit me in for the next day. They have two options a flat rate or hourly, I went with the flat rate of $450 for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. They charged an additional $100 for the windows. I thought that was reasonable. He got there at 8am didn't finish until 3:45. He did a great job deep cleaning the restrooms. He even helped me throw away some of the final items I was getting rid of. At the end I was able to review the work and have him touch up anything I noticed missing which was only a small area of baseboards. He really did a great job I have no complaints. I would recommend this company to others and I was so grateful to find them after my nightmare last minute cancellation with the last company.
