Took it back not 15 minutes later. We were told basically sucks to be you. No discount or replacement nothing but a please leave. Apparently they do not check their products and if they are faulty that isn't their issue. The employees could not care less. Not the experience we are accustomed to from this store. The Sales clerk Mateo told me that anything which did not have their price sticker on it was a dollar. I spent well over an hour digging through the dollar bins. When I was making a final sort through a pile of 80 or so records they then informed me that they would now be $2 per record. After 10 minutes of conversation they then agreed to go back to the original dollar price. Upon check out they still overcharge me. After the sale was complete they told me that that Price stickers from old record shops also now counted and were more expensive than one dollar. They rip me off about 20 bucks. Not even worth arguing any further. Avoid this shop. Additionally earlier as I I dug through all of their records pulling out records I was interested in they kept wanting to grab them and move them to the counter.

I am surprised by the bad reviews on this NPS location. We have always managed to find a good deal…read morehere, sometimes the deals are hit and miss as far as the discount that is offered but if you shop the items that are on their weekly specials you can often times save 50% or more on some items. The fun thing about NPS is that you never know what you're going to find so it's always an adventure. The one complaint I have is the bathroom situation at this location. They deal with a lot of theft so they have to hold the bathroom key at the front of the store and you have to return it when you are done, that whole process is very painful when you have young children that need to go potty immediately.

While I was waiting, two other customers came in, walked around the store, and then proceeded to cut in front of me and present their IDs to the store clerk. I looked at the clerk, assuming he would recognize that I had been waiting. Instead, he said, "Hey buddy, don't be shy." I was trying to be patient and respectful, so that comment caught me off guard. I told him, "Never mind," and walked out. We also wanted to use the membership cards that Harley at the other vape location was always so kind and helpful and would happily stamp my cards when I bought a lot of product. This time around this man seemed annoyed I wanted to cash them in, he didn't stamp my card for as many things as I bought. He had no idea what kind of juices we were asking about and no knowledge whatsoever about the products they sold, NOT EVEN ONE OF THEIR OWN HOUSE JUICES THATS THE MOST POPULAR. I don't know if he was completely clueless or didn't care to even make a sale or help a customer who probably knew more than he did. This is coming from someone that even use to work there wnd be partnered with Rolf at one point. I loved this smoke shop. I was in Utah and i just so happen to pass by so I stopped to check it…read moreout. Before you could walk in all the way and check it out, you must show I.D. The guy that runs it was awesome. He was super friendly and welcoming. They had awesome stuff, great prices and a lot of options for anything you are looking for. I got a cool candle that smells amazing. It was still fairly new when I went but they were off to a great start. I will definitely stop by again if I'm in the area.
