Of course I didn't have good attitude with an AI agent and demanding to speak with a real person. The AI kindly asked what I needed, I answered it impatiently. Let me explain this more. This policy is a 15 pay life. After 15 years, the policy will be paid off and there will be interest and cash value paid into the policy.
