She provided paperwork when I first came in to inquire about my skin, my diet, and my general health. She gave me pointers on how to better my skin through lifestyle changes and product changes without pressuring me to buy anything . Joyce explained what she was doing throughout the facial process and taught me a little more about my specific skin issues. The spa experience itself was immensely relaxing and the products used were gentle on my skin. I woke up the next day and still felt like my skin was well treated. I've made additional appointments to go back because I think multiple sessions will really make a difference with my acne and oily prone skin. I had no issues at all. For some reason the hours listed on Google are different from the actual operating hours so call to confirm when they're open. Immediately upon entering I felt a sense of calm come over me. It smelled divine and felt warm. I met Maria. She explained exactly what a Reiki session was. I know a Reiki session is energy cleansing. It is, but so much more. Maria made it plain. She was transparent, gentle, spoke softly, soothing, knowledgeable and spot on in what she was feeling. I cried during my session. Twice! It was that good! I purchased the Groupon for 3 sessions so I'm eagerly awaiting for my next one. I also purchased anxiety tea and the "Glow Up" facial scrub and used that for the first time today. I got 2 compliments from strangers on how fresh and "glow-y" my face looks. I was unsure where to go so sat around for a while after I arrived - then finally asked a hair stylist to contact Zina's. Someone came to get me shortly thereafter. We went up to the 2nd floor where the massage rooms are. I needed to use the restroom and was amazed by how large the space was. My masseuse directed me to the massage room we would be in. He told me to take a seat and asked why I was there or what I needed, something to that effect. I told him I'd recently moved and all my joints ached. He left me to get undressed and on the table, then returned shortly for the massage. I'd say overall it was an excellent massage. I'd let him know during the session I liked a lot of pressure, which he mostly provided for the rest of the massage. After the massage, I felt like new person and my joints no longer ached.
