During our phone conversations, I found her communication to be dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational. I felt that my concerns were repeatedly minimized, and she initially questioned my account of what had happened. It was only after I provided time-stamped photographs documenting my hair immediately after the service that my concerns were taken more seriously. I understand that hair services can sometimes require adjustments, but I expect a professional salon to listen carefully to what a client requests, communicate clearly throughout the process, and take responsibility when the result falls significantly short of those expectations. Unfortunately, I did not feel that happened here.
