I was left w/ uneven areas and patchy areas. Melody was meticulous in both her prep and after care instructions that made me feel good about going into our session. She assured me that my prior experience was out of the norm and worked to make corrections to even out my brows. When she finished and handed me the mirror, I saw she had given me a full "man hairline" and removed all my baby hairs -- exactly what I told her not to do.
