I totally forgot to stop my retin-a two weeks before our appointment and she was ready to pivot the service to do a tweeze cleaning instead. Vibes are clean and warm in the shop. The girls are funny, sweet, and clearly prioritize their clients' comfort. Parking is easy right in front. Most importantly, my lashes and brows are looking amazinggg. I prefer my brows a little straighter to avoid looking angry (lol) and she mapped it out perfectly. The lash lift was meticulously done too. Honestly, I got nothing to complain about. I was serviced for an eyebrow wax, tint and lamination, which landed me in an urgent care clinic. I experienced a severe skin reaction to the tint used. It got so bad the eyebrows were swollen and weeping for days. I reached out to the salon via phone and voicemail twice and received no call back. Apparently, the salon decided the best course of action was to just ignore me, hoping I would go away. They claim to be licensed aestheticians and cosmetologists, but beware this is how they will handle any adverse issues with your service. Several resources I consulted mentioned the technician was supposed to perform a patch test prior to servicing me, which was never offered and never occurred. A $700 urgent care bill was an expensive lesson to learn for me. Please do your due diligence when searching for reputable salons, as this clearly isn't one. read more

Aida is the absolute best, an eyebrow angel sent from eyebrow heaven ! she has helped my eyebrows grow and completely even out within the last year that i started coming to her. I had my first appointment with her march 2024 and was left speechless with my results. I've seen Aida 2 or 3 times for wax and lamination, and she is great at what she does. When I first met her, she made me feel so comfortable as if she were my long time girlfriend. She explained every step of the way with me. She left my natural shape and didnt make it too fluffy. It was perfect. Most recently I seen Wendy, for a lash lift. The first time I saw her my lashes didn't left the way she wanted them too, so to rectify she offered for me to come again and try another technique at no charge.
