I completely understand inflation and don't mind paying more, but when prices increase, the quality should stay consistent or improve, not decline. I've since taken my business elsewhere. I'm paying more now, but it's worth it for consistent results and not having my eyebrows come out uneven.

I told her I wanted to keep my V shape + long layers and just wanted to thin out my hair. She said ok and started straightening my hair. My hair is already very straight to begin with and I've never been to a salon where they start off straightening your hair, but this should've been enough for me to trust my gut and get up and leave! I decided to "trust the process" and she basically began dry cutting my hair and kept straightening in between cuts. In the end, she styled it with the straighter and said "I gave you more layers ok?" I'm so disappointed by Ten because not only did she not listen to what I asked for, but she butchered my hair. Of course with all the straightening, my hair would look decent because it's "styled," but when it's freshly washed and blow dried without styling, it's a choppy 3 layer haircut! I'm not sure who hired her, but she isn't fit to be a hairstylist. Now I have to either find someone who can fix my hair or just let it grow out.

She plays music and has like a small fountain with water which increases the relaxing sounds as she does her work. She'll also check-in here and there to ensure you're comfortable and okay. Everything is soooo clean! She santizes everything prior to each client and even included her sanitizing procedures on her social media. When you enter her studio she asks you to remove your shoes from the outside germs and also has handsanitizer. Both Jennifer and myself keep our masks on throughout the appointment. Honestly, having eyelash extensions with a hint of color has given me a boost in my confidence!
