DO NOT GET HENNA TINTED EYEBROWS HERE! I had mine done yesterday in hopes to add some fullness to my eyebrows. I have a blotted spot/line/ that looks like an ink spot. It does not blend. They were trying to use henna remover to remove the spot so badly that now I have an abrasion, and redness all around. I'm worried it's going to be permanent damage! When I looked on YouTube how the henna eyebrows were supposed to be done, with precision, measuring, and lightening towards to front edges. NONE OF THAG WAS DONE. My eyebrows look horrible. And I AM MORTIFIED. I normally don't do anything to my eyebrows and wanted to try it out. TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO! read more

Although I moved from Long Beach, I still make the drive every time because she's worth it. I'm so happy that she has her own studio now. It has a lot of natural light (which I love) and I've been able to walk in without an appointment and get helped immediately. She is so gentle when threading and cleans the brows so efficiently, I really cannot trust anyone else after trying her. I've only done brow threading but recently been thinking of doing a lash lift. Her prices are extremely reasonable. You can make appointments online at her website, so it's super convenient. There's street parking for those who aren't local, which can be a little tricky during peak hours, but opt for a morning or weekday and you shouldn't have issues. Aysha has been my go to eyebrow shaping queen for a little over 3 years. I was ecstatic to find out she opened up her own shop. She is an amazing person with above par customer service, really caring towards clients. I have always been satisfied with her services and the way my eyebrows look. I have never seen her rush to get to the next person, she will listen to what you want which is so important! She also has never been pushy with additional services although she will make recommendations when asked. About the salon: it's in a great location, eyebrows then shop or dine out while on 2nd Street. Great balcony views. Very disappointed with the service & customer service I received. I got my first ever lash lift and initially loved it! By the time I got home I realized on the end of my right eye my lashes were beginning to fall flat. I shrugged it off until the next morning it got worse and was very noticeable. I called and was told to come in so they could fix it. When I went in no one knew why I was there then I was told they were fine, then that it looked different than my other eye because my lashes were too long. She kept brushing then using a conditioner while holding up my eye and telling me "see it's fine, it's curled!" (Also I realized she used the same conditioner spooly brush on everyone which is very unsanitary.) She then gave me said conditioner which I noticed was empty once I got to my car, even the brush was dry so she technically didn't even put conditioner on my lashes. I wasn't going to leave a review until that point. My left eyelashes came out absolutely perfect so I'm not sure what happened to my right eye. Also want to mention everyone was very nice who I spoke to but I didn't appreciate the gaslighting & working off of my inexperience. read more
