We have been customers of NatureCare for three years. While responsiveness has always been a little slow, the quality of work was over all acceptable until recently. Our yard has been neglected for months with little to no response from the company after numerous attempts to contact via text messages and telephone calls yet the auto drafts from our account are never missed. We have finally reached our limit. The weeds in our back beds are beginning to grow taller than the plants. My requests have been ignored long enough. I paid this person $1350.00 dollars todo a job I was very clear about what I wanted done I told I wanted these plants dug up and removed that I didn't want them to return and he cut them down and covered them with mulch and now they have multiple and came back that are owner charging you for the job that you pay them to do and then they don't do the work. I had my whole yard done with mulch and flowers done this year for less than half of what charged me. Do yourself a favor call anybody else than this lying pos and move on quickly read more

Based on the recommendations from a few neighbors, I reached out to NatureCare to start the process of fertilizing and take care of a crab grass problem. Flint reached out to me, and my first treatment was on 6/17. Flint was great in explaining to me what he would be doing to my yard to rid the crab grass issue, and fertilize my yard. My second appointment was on 7/8, and in a very short period of time, I have noticed a change in my grass. I know I have more treatments coming, and based on the results that I have seen, my yard will continue to look better with each treatment. So far, so good. read more

We have been with NatureCare over a decade. They were amazing... But last Thanksgiving, after they totally failed at doing a high dollar back yard project (that we have had done annually for as far as I can remember), we knew something was wrong... Recently the owner sold the company to what appears to be a "Husband and Wife" company and they failed to explain anything. In my opinion, the person named "Jenny" that you talk to at their main office, is incapable of understanding simple instructions like, "just mow the front lawn.". She apparently takes notes like a 3 year old with crayons because every time we had any contact with her, we had strange people showing up at our house unrequested. In less than a week we had two different crews knock on our door unrequested, stating they were here to do work. Their other crews also seem to think they can park in front of our house talking loudly on lunch breaks when there is no scheduled work. From my experience with them since last November, it is my educated opinion NatureCare is now a high drama, imploding company. One that was apparently purchased by total strangers whom blame the customer for everything. Stay far away is what I am telling the whole neighborhood where I have resided for about 30 years. read more

Pricing is competitive with other companies in the area who provided us similar service in the past, but with much better results. Crew members are courteous and punctual. I just had my backyard landscaped by this company and I couldn't be more pleased! They installed a French drain and did the rockwork to look like a winding stream-it looks fantastic. This has been a difficult yard to grow grass or plants due to shade issues. Faron created a design of plants and shrubs to address the problem and give a look of lushness and variety. The crew was extremely polite and made sure the yard looked pristine before they left. Leo answered any questions I had and gave tips on plant care and maintenance. I became a customer with NatureCare in 2014. In April I received a call that the price per mow was increasing by $10 and would mow every 2 weeks. I was not happy with the increase and called to discuss, spoke with Jenny. I was hoping to negotiate the price for a customer/vendor win-win situation, but that was not the case. When she would not budge on the price, I simply stated "well, I guess that's it", meaning the price is the price. I am retired and living on a budget, that's why I was opposed to the price increase, but was going to accept it. Three weeks went by and no one came to mow, so I called and found out that I was a 'deactivated customer' - I was not even told they did not want my business. I felt that was very rude and unprofessional, especially after being a 6 yr. customer. I quickly found another company to mow for the old price I was paying. To start this company only accepts checks as a form of payment. Cash is out since payments must be mailed to the company and credit cards of any type are not accepted; a fact which I hated but could have lived with if it weren't for the awful experience that came with the service. When I hired them, this company sent out someone to spray my yard who did not give a darn about personal property. I had just installed a dozen and a half of brand new solar lights in my yard (worth over $100) and the tech must have dragged the hose around recklessly yanking it whenever it got wrapped around one and ended up breaking several of my new lights (I don't know how else he could have broken them so I assume that's how he did it but all I know for certain is that they were new before he arrived and laying damaged on my sidewalk when he left). Since they only come in packs of 6 the total cost to replace the ones he broke equalled the cost of the ENTIRE application! I always pay my debts but I was not going to pay for them to break my stuff so I refused to pay the bill until it accounted for the damage of at least the cost of the broken lights if not the cost of actually replacing them but the company never would take responsibility and adjust the bill even by a dollar. I considered our business arrangement over with this impasse however the company had other ideas. A while later without my knowledge they sent the tech out again to spray my yard. As I was not expecting him I was not home and therefore could not open my gate for him to spray the back yard. There was a sign left in my front yard so I know he was there but there was no way he could have accessed my back yard to spray it yet I was charged for a FULL second application! Again I called to address the problem and was told to just pay the bill. Again I refused until the bill was adjusted to reflect the true value of their shoddy service. It has been over a year now and this company who has refused to own their mistakes has since turned this issue over to a collection agency to hurt my credit over their deceitful behavior. Take my advice and NEVER do business with this despicable company! Their product may work on your lawn but it will end up being nothing but a nightmare unless you are willing to pay full price for damaged property, incomplete service, and horrible treatment of you as a customer. Not to mention the risking of your hard earned credit score if you so much as try to get you money's worth of service before paying as the business arrangement is supposed to go. read more

Our family has used NatureCare for years, and we decided to use them ourselves when we got our own place. We couldn't be happier with their services, and Geno (the owner) has gone out of his way several times to help us out. They even agreed to help us out when we wanted to plant an avocado tree in our backyard, and their prices were reasonable and flexible.
