I was able to get a piece molded to my head, a base created to my person attachment likings, and hair that matched my own in color and texture. The biggest issue I face is that I live hours from San Diego. So of his own free time, Randy has been reaching out to salons across California to find someone with experience. Finally writing a review a little over two years after receiving 1,467 grafts from Neopel. The…read morepictures speak for themselves, but the results were very disappointing. As others have mentioned, the density was extremely poor and nowhere near enough grafts were used. The left side is underwhelming but at least passable. The right side is so thin and received so few grafts that it looks like almost nothing was done, and the hairline on that side is noticeably higher. I was told they extracted as many grafts as safely possible, which clearly isn't true when others receive more than double for similar procedures. It feels like a miscalculation or an attempt to sell a touch‑up. They offered me a $2,000 touch‑up, but I have no confidence in their ability, and going through recovery again for a small hairline procedure that should have been done correctly the first time is incredibly frustrating. I would avoid Neopel and go somewhere that gets it right the first time and provides real density.

Typically, good research will lead you to Dr. Carman or, maybe, that other guy back East. But, don't let the low-key nature of the office of Dr. C. turn you off. He's asily one of the top 3 in the business, and could be number one, alone, if he advertised himself more. But, that's not who he is. Like many things in life, the best things aren't the loudest.
