I was notified via email that the rates were going to change and was given 3 weeks notice before my next payment was due with the new rate which was doubled! Yes, a 100% increase in the school age fee. I responded sharing my concerns and have yet to been contacted by the COO who sent the notification. I called to follow up and the nice woman who answered the phone told me the managers were all unavailable. I shared my concerns with her and asked her to forward them to the right people. I never heard back, even after submitting my withdrawal notice. My family left the program unhappy and nobody who oversees the big picture seems to care.

This post has to do with a med provider that I've been working with for a few years his name is Dr Brown he's not worthy of having this job his fragile masculinity was crushed when I was expressing myself and used a curse word he thought it was directed towards him and he is said instead of a 2-month supply of my meds he would give me one he told me good luck finding another med provider he is unsuited for this position I want him gone and I will continue to report him until he is gone. Dr.Brown is unfit and unworthy of working in this field of mental health he has messed my meds up multiple time and I've gotten jaundice more than once. Once more Dr.Brown SHOULD NOT WORK HERE ANYMORE ! I will continue to report him until he no longer works there.
