The smooth skinned young mannequin like dude in the back folding things on a counter near the rack of suits made zero eye contact and essentially looked down the entire time I asked him about a suit and whether or not the online store might carry it. Perhaps its because I'm a middle-aged guy that was desperate to find a suit my size and one I liked. Who knows. One thing was clear - the moment he saw me he looked down and showed disinterest. As you may be able to tell, I don't hesitate to make a complaint about a retail staff-person. If I somehow manage to find myself in the store again you can be rest assured I'll get his name and report him to corporate. I hope readers of this comment have a better experience than I did.

As people are walking out, they were *obviously* being told to have a nice day--of course, not to me! No "goodbye!" or "have a nice day!" Nothing. great store with great employees…read more.. I was nervous to walk in this store with a similar experience to the one located in belmont. So. First thing, store is large and has huge variety!! I love that it has a lot of space and great presentation. There were a lot of unique items that i normally will not find for fashions... Defintely liking all the color!! Stuff for me and my mom and all generations! Second, the employees greeted nicely with a hello and were very helpful and friendly. The lady name honey was especially personable and very knowledgable. Third, i am now relieved to find that i can step into this store again with larger variety and welcoming people!! Yay! :-) Will stop in here again when im in the area :-)

She explained that my bag includes leather care, free monogramming, and gift wrapping, which was such a nice bonus. I was offered water while I shopped and genuinely felt taken care of the entire time. She even took a photo of us afterward and later sent me a message to remind me she'll notify me when it's time for leather care. Overall, I'm over the moon with my experience. I've been wanting this bag for a couple of years, and receiving such excellent customer service truly made the moment even more special.
