I gave this lash studio a shot because I have heard great things- unfortunately not a good experience for me at all! Their lashes continued to fall out in a week or less- I was told "it was my lash cycle, or maybe because-of how I sleep, the glue", etc. Finally the THIRD time and after paying over $70 for each fill that didn't even last a week- I went in and the lashes didn't even last 48 HOURS!! Yes you read it right- within 2 days my entire one eye had almost all the lashes gone!! (See the picture to see how terrible they look after just paying $70 two days ago!!!) I cAlled to get them to fix it- and when I went in they quickly wanted to try to blame it on my eyeliner- that must be oil based and the problem. And they won't guarantee the lashes because of this...but they wanted to sell me more product to try to help! They did fix my lashes but made it clear that in the future they couldn't guarantee because they don't know what oil products I use- BS! Their products cant last 2 days there is a problem! And forgot to mention- I didn't even have makeup on the first 24 hours that I lost 1/2 the lashes...don't think it was my eyeliner that day?!? ‍ Update: I was contacted by the owner who was extremely pleasant and helpful! He called me and got a ton of information on what had happened, discussed what could be happening with my lashes and offered me a free full set with a different stylist/one of his other salons and some lash eyeliner to try's he connected me to the other Salon on Chandler- who was also very pleasant and helpful! I had an appointment with Amanda who was great! She took her time and got my lashes really full- but more importantly- THEY LASTED! I'm over a week and half after they were put on and they still look great! She used a different type of lash and they are holding up great! I usually go to the Irvine location, but because I was visiting my boyfriend I decided to get a fill while I'm here. Made an appointment 3 days ago...they told me to come in 15 minutes early to fill paper work. Got here 30 min early, to find out they don't have me in the books...but they were nice enough to own up to their mistake and filled me in last minute at their sister location, just down the street. I was initially apprehensive about going to a franchise salon, not sure why, but I am ultra skeptical about any beauty service until I experience it for myself especially corporate vibe locations. I've also only had my lashes done prior to this appt exclusively by one girl for two years, so I was scared I wouldn't get the same results. My anxiety dissipated quickly as the admin team was very thorough communicating their application technique and the options for the specific look you want to achieve. I was under the impression that it's always more preferable to have a stylist create their own fans (aka multiple lashes per lash) vs the premade fans. I had tried both before and the premades seemed to come off much more quickly.... I decided to give it a try anyway and go with a hybrid version of singles and fans with 3 per lash. So happy I did! The company stresses that a big part of how long your lashes last are attributed to how well you take care of them and how to do it. (I was definitely not doing it right) They also have a starter kit with the antibacterial cleanser, brush, and wand to give you all the tools necessary to keep them perfect for as long as possible. Andy my stylist was super cool and laid back and extremely detailed in her work. I could immediately tell that she was going to make sure I left the salon with exactly what I wanted and she was very confident they would hold up for 2 possibly even 3 weeks. I really love the look she customized for me and so far I don't even think I've lost more than two lashes!! They also have a plan where you can pay a lower monthly rate if you know you will go consistently which is actually saving me a ton of $ compared to what I was paying per fill before. I cannot live without my lashes... it's a true necessity, so I am extremely thankful to have found this spot which is convenient and makes the process streamlined and is less expensive than many other salons. Plus, I was in and out in a little over an hour! Best of both worlds with their concept. This location and Andy are amazing! ***FOR STYLIST RECOMMENDATION & HELPFUL TIPS, READ THIS*** I go to the Chandler location & make my appointments w/ Ladi! She is very receptive to hearing about my "special needs" (I have sensitive eyes) & kindly implemented applicable techniques in a sensitive manner. I will share some insight that will help anyone who might be worried after reading the false negative reviews. First of all, preparation is key & getting lash extensions is like wearing a silk blouse vs. a cotton T-shirt...so keep that in mind (YOU must go the extra mile to take care of your lashes)! Go to your appointment with a freshly washed face/eyelashes & no moisturizer. I wear glasses & only wear contacts for special occasions...to include when I get my lash extensions. I also put in lots of lubricating eyedrops (Thera Tears). Both the contacts & eyedrops act as a "shield/barrier" to my eyeballs. During the procedure, keep your eyelids closed & ask your stylist to NOT open them (I think they do this to ensure eye glue won't get on your bottom lashes). If my eyes are opened, I believe it allows some of the glue/fumes to get in. Have your stylist go back & forth with applying lashes vs. completing one eye & then doing the next. Also, ask to have your stylist stop intermittently & use a fan on your lashes throughout the procedure (like 2-3 times). When I get home, I remove my contacts & use Blink eyedrops throughout the day (don't get any on your lashes!). Do not get your lashes wet for the next 24-48 hours. EVERY night, wear a sleep mask that has indentations/cups in them (vs. the sleep masks that are completely flat). Trust me, your lashes will stay in place longer. The next day, wear air-tight swim goggles in the shower. When you are able to wash your face, gently use the Amazing Lash foam wash on your eyes. When showering, I keep a dry towel nearby so I can constantly/intermittently pat my eyelashes dry in a gentle manner. After washing your face/showering, use the Amazing Lash fan or a hairdryer on low & cool setting to dry your lashes (don't hold the hairdryer too close). Gently brush the tips of your lashes twice a day with the Amazing Lash brush (don't buy a spool or any other brush-trust me!). I also use their Nature Lash serum 2 times a day as it helps to strengthen & grow my natural eyelashes (which, in turn, will help your extensions). DO NOT use any oil-based or waterproof eye products. As it gets closer to my next fill, I use their Lash Coating 2x/week and when I'm ready for my next fill & the Amazing Lash Mascara when I go out. Their products are MADE for lash extensions, so don't make the mistake I made by using other products. Ladi truly cares about your experience by asking questions to ensure your needs are met. As I mentioned before, I have very sensitive eyes & she is so attentive to this. In addition to being detail-oriented & professional, Ladi connects with me by listening with an authentic heart (she's become my "therapist" as well & I rarely open up to people) & makes me giggle. So, I'm getting 3 services from her: lashes, therapy & comedy! In addition to the tips I shared in my previous review, PLEASE invest in the Nature Lash product. It's $72, yet since it lasts 6 months (use it 2x/day), you're only paying .40 cents a day to lengthen/strengthen your real lashes which will make your extensions last longer. Ladi was able to notice when I wasn't using it 2x/day (I could see a difference, too ), so I made the commitment to never skip the 2x/day usage by buying two tubes: one for my bathroom & one for my makeup bag! **IMPORTANT** Please remember to give a 20% tip your stylist!!!!! read more

I've been coming to Amazing Lash for almost a full year now. What I love the most about this chain is that with a membership you're able to go to any of their locations. Which is awesome for me because I'm constantly busy and on the run and sometimes it's hard for me to plan out my schedule for lashes ahead of time. So when I'm in desperate need of a fill I just call around to various locations to see which locations can accomodate me on my available day and time. And most of the time I can get in somewhere! The only down fall to this is that you most likely won't get in with your favorite stylist, especially if they're popular and book up fast. But I've had good experiences with almost all the stylists I've met. My eyelids are also a bit oilier than normal so I'm constantly reminding the stylist to use extra primer and sealant to help ensure that the glue cures correctly and sticks. And if for some reason it doesn't work out, Amazing Lash is great about getting you back in and remedying the situation! They are very clean and hygienic. I was told that they switch out their blankets for each customer, which definitely helped calm my germophobe self. For a while I never touched the blankets in fear that they were dirty from the last customer, but the moment I heard that they switch them out for every customer, I felt very much at ease. My favorite stylist at this Chandler location is Nikki. And she's obviously a popular stylist as what I can see from other reviews. I definitely suggest booking with her as soon as you can, since she fills up pretty fast. I was also recently in with a newer gal, I believe her name was Bri (Bree). And she also was amazing! I would leave zero stars if possible. First of all, when my mother and I came to this location for our first visit, the manager Kimberly did nothing but go on a long rant, bashing a former employee that I know. The things she was saying were not only fabricated, but completely inappropriate and unprofessional considering I had just met Kimberly and all I did was tell her that someone I know used to work there. Then, I got my first classic full set and within one week half of my lashes were gone, along with my natural lashes as well. I called and scheduled an appt for a 30 minute touch up, went in and paid for it. The next day I woke up with less lashes than I even had prior to that appt! Then when I called, a very rude front desk person essentially BLAMED me for my lash loss.. I never had this problem at the other location, so why am I suddenly doing something wrong now that I go to this location? She told me that if I didn't come in that very same day, they wouldn't accommodate me. What kind of customer service is that?
