I did a lot of research before getting extensions again (I had them a few years ago) and Amazing Lash Studio Chandler Mall seemed to have good price points and great reviews. I called to schedule and had a ton of questions and they were all answered very professionally. When I arrived for my appointment Sydney was great at the front desk and sat with me for paperwork. My stylist Ladi really gave me a great consultation that went over options and concerns I had. She did a great job with my lashes. Full, even, and no stuck glue. So beautiful! After she walked with me out and went over products and how to use them. Then when Sydney checked me out she was kind and again answered all my billing questions and never made me feel like it annoyed her. I LOVE my lashes again! Sensitive eyes... I'm 56 years old, recently developed extreme sensitivity to eye makeup, and had to stop wearing mascara. They started me out slow, its been 3 months and I have no problems with the lashes or adhesives. It's so nice to wake up with eyes! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER .. literally made an account just to make sure no one ever comes here for the sake of the their time, energy, and self-respect. I made an appointment and specified exactly what services I would be needing. Eyelash removal, full set, volume 3D. Originally appointment was at 2pm but once I elaborated that I would want a VOLUME full set, she said the next eyelash technician who could do that service would be at 2:20. No problem. I get there exactly at 2:20. I go in, I'm laying on bed, explaining to her once again what I want and she tells me there's no time for that. She makes me get up walk back to receptionist where I asked to speak to manager after receptionist tells me I would have to come back another day. Manager is extremely rude, unapologetic, and just very unprofessional in regards to the huge mess- up her receptionist just made. She tells me that's just the way it is and never not once apologized or showed any concern for my time, gas, and extreme inconvenience. I'm an extremely understanding person .. but I swear I've never been treated like that anywhere in my life. I've been getting nails, hair, waxing, threading and any girly stuff u can think of ever since I was 17. I'm 23 now and this is the first time where I felt the need to let people know of how horrible a salons service is. Do not come here. I should've listened to the other negative reviews. read more

I got my first ever set of lashes on Thursday then was told by this technician that she used some type of glue that can be washed after 6 hours. I waited 24 hours anyways then when I washed them half of my left eye fell out then the next day the rest fell out. By Saturday I had no lashes on my left eye. I reached out looking for a solution and they told me to come in the next day. I came in for my appointment for them to tell me they didn't see my text back to them (I sent it 10 minutes after they responded to me) and they were booked up. They asked if I would come back in an hour so I did. The technician immediately told me it was my fault before hearing that the technician told me it was 6 hours and that I still waited 24. She did her "evaluation" start to finish in under a minute then told me she couldn't do anything for me. I was told I could come in for a refill that would count as one of my two refills for being a member (which I had signed up for on my first appointment and bought all their products because originally I was so happy). I was not told anything other than to get them redone on my own dime which wouldn't be a big deal if the technician gave me even a morsel of time and any real advice. I felt stupid leaving there. The front desk girl with the hand tattoos was very kind however. I did cancel my membership. Incredibly disappointed in my experience. read more

I have had a subscription for 6 months- I have been paying and I wasn't able to go in for most of those months. I made an appointment well in advance for Sunday 8/8 which is my birthday. They call me 30 minutes before my appointment cancelling because someone called out. It is my birthday so I have plans later in the day and couldn't come in. So they said too bad sucks to be you. I am leaving out of town so I couldn't even reschedule. I was so very much looking forward to this FOR MY BIRTHDAY. And my trip. Awful. Just awful. Calls only 30 minutes before my appointment and can't even accommodate me. And gives me a new time saying "it's only x far away from your first appointment" like now it is my fault and they can't understand why I couldn't possibly come in later. So rude. read more

Poor customer service and stylists do not want to do their jobs. I do not typically go to the Chandler Mall location but I was in the area and decided to try it out. I arrived for my scheduled appointment where I was told, before even seeing a stylist, that I did not have enough lashes to complete a fill. I definitely had more than 50% of my lashes, so I insisted that whatever could be done in the hour appointment I booked would suffice. The lady at the front desk rudely told me that they would not honor my appointment and that I would have to reschedule and pay for a brand new full set. I left this location and immediately called the Amazing Lash location I typically go to and they were able to squeeze me in for a full set, since that is what I was told I needed. Upon arriving at my location, a 35 minute drive from this one, my stylist laughed and said I absolutely did NOT need a full set. She took me back, billed me for a fill (LIKE I HAD SCHEDULED IN THE FIRST PLACE), and I was out with perfect lashes in LESS than an hour. Clearly they wanted me to pay full price for a service I did not need. Not once was any resolution offered, my time was not taken into account, and absolutely no satisfactory customer service was given. I have been a member with Amazing Lash for years! Absolutely awful that front desk and stylists can give paying members so much attitude! Should have listened to the reviews. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. read more

Buyer beware!! My daughter and I went to this salon on December 23rd great experience!! I returned last week for a fill and had a horrible experience tech didn't have my paperwork ( she said sometimes they throw it away!!) i could feel the lashes and the glue when I departed things got worse my eyes started to itch and burned I came back for a removal, I contacted the franchisor I wanted to speak with owner. I received a call from Connor advising me of my refund! All did great but of course I found Nikki, the one who makes my visit special and perfect lashes every time. She is attentive and gives tips and isn't pushy but does give recommendations for the product and I just have to say my friend recommended me to amazing lash as a membership she had and loved and I have to admit I agree. Waited exactly one week to see how i would feel about these lashes.... safe to say i definitely would NOT recommend this place. It's only been 7 days and my eyelashes are almost completely gone. I've gotten my eyelashes done at other salons and never have they fallen out this FAST. Maybe it's a way to convince you into the twice a month membership. Lashes should last at least 2 weeks.... biggest regret was getting a membership with this company. After 2 or 3 days i got a follow up call and i mentioned that my eyelashes were falling out faster than usual.... she said it was completely "normal" ...... i mean i don't what was the point of calling for a follow up if you are not going to take a concern seriously. HERE WE ARE NOW, ONE WEEK LATER WITH NO LASHES LEFT. Now i will have to pay for a full new set so the membership is pretty useless if my sets wont even last a week. The Amazing Lash Studio at Chandler Mall is by far, my favorite. The moment you walk in, you get a nice, chill vibe. With my busy schedule, the staff up front always seem to pleasantly get me the appointment time I need even at the last minute. I have seen Jaquaya several times and have been pleased every time. J is welcoming and kind while doing a killer good job in my lashes. She takes her time and my lashes stay steady, in line and smooth. Nice people and the studio itself is clean. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the lashes. I never wear makeup so I asked for lashes that were "as natural as possible". That's not what I got. My lashes look all tangled and the are very long. If I'm spending almost $100 on something I want to be in love with it. Probably won't return. read more

This was HANDS DOWN the WORST lash experience I've ever had. To start, I have been getting my lashes done for a few years now and am very meticulous with my face. I came into my appointment with a fresh clean face. My tech started with my right eye and finished it completely moving to the left eye. After applying 3 fans I felt a sudden tickle on my brow. The tickle moved down towards my nose to which the tech said "oh there is a bug on your face" she leaves the room for 5 minutes leaving me not knowing what's going on or what was on my face. She comes in and tells me that "there was a MITE on my face and that they can't continue" when I tell you FOR A FACT that there is nothing on me, I assure you there is not. The manager was called And Lindsay (the manager) kept implying that this was somehow my fault and that they could not finish. Mind you one eye was COMPLETELY finished. Today my lashes are STUCK together and hurt. This is the WORST lash experience I have ever had. I will be getting these removed and replaced by a reputable tech. Save your time and money and don't go to this God aweful place. THEY STILL CHARGED ME. I am still waiting to hear back from upper management on the situation read more

I got lashes put on for my wedding/ festivities about 2 weeks ago. My lashes looked great for a few days, but they all fell out within a week. I was maintaining them exactly how I was told, but they did not last long. I had friends tell me that there were gaps in my lashes from them falling out and it did not look good. read more

Cynthia did an amazing job on my lashes!!! Every single lash has an extension on it and they didn't stick together when we were finished! The rooms are extremely cold however so bring something warm, they do have a blanket for you to use but still they probably keep the rooms at 70 degrees. HORRIBLE LASHES! HORRIBLE SERVICE! First let me preface with this: I have been having my lashes done for 2YEARS I know how to maintain them without them falling out after 4 days. Well I was in from out of town and went to the Chandler location. 4 days later - clumps of my lashes had fallen . That is not the worst part.... when I called them I could NOT believe the tone the girl took with me nor what she said. She said if I need them fixed within the first 72 hours they would fix them but since it has been a week already (one week). They were not obligated to do anything. She kept repeating that over and over no matter what I said. She said she would not give me the Manager' name, she would not give me the owner's name and when I asked for a call back she said MAYBE someone would be in around two weeks from now to talk to. I told her I came to them because my Mom and sister come in. She said "well you can go ahead and tell them not to come in anymore if that's how you feel." Never been treated this poorly before and I am a Director of Customer Service for a large company - no joke. I feel like I was taken advantage of and kicked to the curb. I've been going to this studio for at least a year now and haven't had any problems. I made the mistake of switching to the Tempe Marketplace studio (because it is closer) but had a rough experience and quickly came back to this one. I'll drive further for better service! They've always been accommodating and educate me on how to care for my lashes so they last longer. I haven't had a bad stylist yet, but my favorite one left to do hair fulltime now, so today I had one I had never had before.
