WORDT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! I have been going to this location for about two years, paying my dues always on time and always for extra services. I was recently told by a stylist that you can park on the top garage for FREE, which I thought was awesome since I had paying for street parking for every appt... I arrived at my appointment today about 25 min early so as my new usual routine I parked in garage. As I exited after my appointment the ticket scanner kept prompting $18, I called for assistance and they directed me to the salon. I assumed maybe the validation was faulty. When I spoke to the front desk, she at that time told me about a 90 min limit for free parking??? I was NEVER aware of this limit and if that was the case I would have waited to park until my scheduled appointment. The front desk proceeded to tell me my appointments as for 1.20 min and they "cant do anything about it, I should have known since I have been parking up there" When I continued to explain how could I?? Your employee told me it was FREE!! She then hung on me!! It's not about $18 it's about the principle of informing your clients and the care of a loyal paying customer!! So honestly I've gone to this establishment twice because I figured I'd give them a second chance. However, I was displeased. My eyelashes did not last a week. I do not touch my eyelashes and I followed the procedure of not getting them wet for 48 hours. I've even waited 52 hours to get them wet. When I did majority of them fell off without me touching them. I just washed my face and most of them fell off. This happened both times. I have a membership and I couldn't get a refill because they all fell off so I had to pay 44$ in addition for a full set. I was okay with this because I wanted to give them a second chance. Same thing happened. I loved how they came out, but it's very sad that I couldn't enjoy them for longer. This is very sad because I really like the environment and people there and I think I might have to cancel this membership seeing as I'm going to have to pay 44$ now every time I come in. Excuse the hideousness but this is how I was left after a week of having them following the procedure and not touching my lashes We've recently cancelled my membership here they were very accommodating offering us a refund on that last month. I want to thank them for their understanding. I also want to critique them a bit for not getting back to me like they said they would. I understand that their schedule is probably hectic, but a business is about trying to make your clients pleased. I've never gone to a place where it takes this many tasks to keep your lashes buying numerous different products on top of spending $70 plus dollars on lashes not that I bought the products but they advise you to spend you money on these products in order to keep your lashes. Their prices are way to high for the quality of the lashes. I usually get them done with lashesbynancilyne, definitely check her out on Facebook and Instagram, she does them for amazing prices and they are amazing quality, full of volume. Don't get me wrong the lady was sweet but the lashes were not even or full, $145 dollars not well spent. Plus, the ladies at the front were rude and snobby. When I called nobody told me that if you want 3D lashes it's an extra 55 or 6D is an extra 65, they claimed it was $90 for your first time using their services. I've been a member for about 5 months now. Unfortunately it is hard to schedule with the same stylist because they have limited availability and turnover is high. When you purchase the membership, they conveniently leave out that you must schedule your refill within 6 days of your billing cycle or you have to pay extra. Also you will end up having to buy 3 refills/full sets a year in addition to monthly because if you go over 2 weeks without a refill the next time you come in they will charge you for a full. Jeff (front desk) is pushy and aggressive. Kaily (stylist) will flat out tell you that Amazing lash only allows a certain amount of lashes per mini fill, refill. Kaily will tell you that she doesn't follow the rules and after every appointment claim she ran out of time. If that is the case Kaily, why did my refill only take 30 minutes instead of the scheduled hour? This place is a rip off. read more

I came here a month ago for my first set before going on vacation to Miami. I took advantage of the introductory offer and saw Amanda. She was super professional and really took her time. The experience was a lot more uncomfortable than I anticipated (it's oddly difficult to keep your eyes closed for that long) but hey... beauty is pain. I ended up signing up for the monthly membership. I don't know why so many reviewers on here are so confused about it, the brochure they provide couldn't be any more clear. I've done a lot of research and I think what they offer is a good deal. After my session, Amanda warned me due to the heat/humidity in Miami my lashes possibly wouldn't last as long as normal. After almost THREE weeks I convinced myself I had to go back.. and when I went back in to see Jessica for a refill, she said I still had 80% of my lashes left! My first impression walking in was that the place was very clean and friendly staff greeted me as soon as I came in. It was extremely hot out that day they offered me some water and provided cleansing wipes to take my make up off. First off, I was running running late for my appointment and luckily the stylist was able to take me after the grace period which I am grateful for since it was my own fault for booking an appointment during heaviest traffic. My stylist was very sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted which was important since I'm practicing for my wedding lashes. I did have some fall out and called the next day and the staff was more than willing to book me a correction. I was skeptical about a chain with a membership. I had been seeing a singular person in the gold coast for about two years, but decided to give them a try because they were in my new neighborhood and my previous women had very limited availability. I have no complains- everyone I've had has been incredible and it costs about 60% of what I was paying before. They are very open to feedback, always asking how I liked them, how they held up. Booking is also fast and efficient. I look forward to laying down and listening to a podcast while I let them work their magic. I have had a membership here for quite awhile but unfortunately due to an allergic reaction to the new adhesive I had to cancel. However, the team has always been amazingly understanding and helpful throughout any mishaps. I have only had one bad experience and it was completely taken care of within days. I love the receptionist and the artists (especially Katie). If they ever come out with a sensitive eye adhesive I will be back there in a heart beat. read more

Some technicians are faster or more precise than others, but overall I always come out happy with how my lashes look. The membership makes it easy to pay and I'm more likely to remember to come in for my fills, you can also use your fill charge towards a full set if you do wait too long. read more

Love love love this place. I have been getting my lashes done in California and Dallas. When I moved to Chicago 3 years ago I couldn't find anyone that does the real deal good quality lashes. Once all my falsies fell off or were removed at home using coconut oil I was shocked to see how damaged my natural lashes were despite my meticulous care of my falsies. I rely on Yelp for reviews before I check on a new business and thank goodness I didn't listen to the negative reviews on here. I've been getting my lashes done for 2 years now and have gone to three different places and have tried several different products. with that being said this is the cheapest, quickest, most professional and longest lasting lashes I have ever gotten without any burning. Here's why: You pay a monthly subscription fee of only 60 and hope you will only need one refill per month. You could chose any length and amount and it's the same price. They make their own synthetic lashes, the stylist had the fan running the whole time behind me towards my lashes so my eyes didn't burn, you can get in at anytime on any day, if you're allergic to cats and dogs you will allergic to the mink lashes that come from an animal, if you miss a refill you can use that towards a future one with no expiration date on there. They have products you can use to help maintain the length of time the lashes last and it only took them an hour to put my first full set on This concept, business, location rocks!!! read more

5 Star Experience. It started with the customer service at the front desk. They were super friendly and it was easy to get an appointment the day/time I wanted only a few days before. The actual lash experience was wonderful. I would highly suggest Morgan. I called this studio to book appt and they booked me for the same day. Went to get my lashes done for the first time here. I showed the lady a picture of my friend lashes who goes there which are long and full. The ladies were nice and accommodating. The young lady removed my old lashes and applied the lashes, and asked me if I prefer them longer in the middle or the end, I opted for them to be longer on the ends. After the lashes were applied, I looked in the mirror and was very surprised to see that it did not look like anything was applied (pics below) and looked NOTHING like my friends. In fact the receptionist lashes looked better than mine, and the lashes the tech removed were better than what I received. The receptionist apologized, told me that they would redo them for free, I wouldn't be charged until I came back, and the manager would get back to me shortly. As soon as I stepped out the door I was immediately CHARGED. The following day I called several times looking for the manager/Owner. I left a review on Yelp and Facebook regarding my experience (I planned to change review & stars if accommodated accordingly). I finally received a cal from the Owner the next evening. She stayed "I've been in meeting all day, so I could t get to you, and I was going to refund you your money, but since you went bashing me on social media", I intervened and stated "I didn't bash you on social media" before I could finish my statement she cut me off stating "Yeah you did in looking at it right here, so NO I'm not", i hung up the phone. I have NEVER had a manager or owner of a business call me specifically to attack me. She would not allow me to speak, and just kept yelling at me. My initial review said NOTHING negative about the staff at all, because up until that point the staff was friendly. I spoke with the on of the Regionals and they were very accommodating in fixing Lake Views error free of charge and was very accommodating. I do not recommend this place at all!! My friend was equally shocked & confused who was right next to me when I received that disturbing phone call. I do not need a response from this facility, just sharing my experience. AMAZING LASHES REGIONAL DID FIX IT. These are franchises, so one studios actions does not define the company as a whole. Horrible experience! When I first walked in, I was told I didn't have an appointment scheduled which I think was a major sign to leave while you can but they "luckily" had a spot open and were able to fit me in. I requested for a full set with an upgrade for 6D lashes. For ONE, she only took an HOUR for the full set which is the time for a refill. TWO, MY LASHES WERE HORRIBLE. When she handed me the mirror, I had to hold in my laugh because I could not believe how much of a difference I did not see. She claimed it was due to the amount of lashes I did not have which is so not true as I could still see my natural lashes AND this was not my first rodeo with lashes and they have always looked 10x more full. Oh and I can't forget that when she told me to open my eyes and get up a few lashes had already fallen. She went to go get the manager and more kept falling. I even showed the manager the ones that were already starting to come out and it hadn't even been 5 MINUTES. I requested for a removal which I probably didn't even need since I could've sneezed and they would've all came off. However, we proceeded with the removal which took 5 minutes and a few burns in the eye later. I got a call a few hours later from the manager saying that the OWNER said to charge me since the service was performed. I was NEVER told that I would be charged. I asked to speak to the owner and the manager informed me that I wouldn't be able to as they don't speak directly to customers which is just even more insane as I see them replying to their bad reviews that they can't seem to manage. I will never come here again! PLEASE save your money and time UPDATE: I have called the salon several times and have received the run around on the manager being in an out. If you want to continue to communicate through here that is completely fine with me. Jeff told me my appointment wasn't in the system which is why he had to "adjust" appointments to fit me in because my appointment online did not go through or I would've had an appointment to begin with and there would've been no adjustment. Before I left, I asked Jeff if I was all set to go and he said yes have a good day and that was that. I also thanked him for taking the time for it. Stop making it seem like I ran off and did not pay. He even said on the phone that it wasn't his decision that it was yours so clearly he was also under the impression that I did not have to pay. Also, just because I choose to write a negative experience I had does not mean I am slandering the business. Everything I am writing is facts and protected by the Consumer Review Fairness Act. I am willing to speak to you directly or on the phone as I told Jeff that before we ended the call. He told me he would let you know and give me a call back so nothing was ever set. I've been coming to amazing lash studio on and off for a couple years now. Prior to 6 months ago, I would always have an amazing experience (I even bought a friend a lash set for her birthday because I loved the studio). However, most recently I have not been having the best experience. I want to make it clear that the stylists have never been an issue for me, they always do amazing work and are always professional. It is not the same for the customer service. The studio use to have the most amazing receptionist ever, I could literally text him via the studio's phone and book appointments and he was just fantastic. But he decided to depart from the studio and that is when the issues began. It first started with booking policies change and this just increased difficulty of booking, such as difficulty getting someone to answer the phone or refusing to book over text (which I had done many times in the past). Then, the other issue began in the summer when I decided to take a break from getting lashes done due to my allergies. I forgot to pause my membership and realized a couple months later and decided to pause, the only good thing about this is that my credits would rollover and be usable at a later date. However, one day when my membership was paused I got charged the full membership fee. I called the customer service and they simply stated, "yes our membership polices changed so you can no longer pause it." This really upset me, not because the policy changed (I get that) however, I was not notified of this change and felt like it is necessary to notify membership holders of serious policy changed prior to just charging them. I stated my feelings to the receptionist and she responded, "well do you want to cancel it then" and did not actually address my concern. I was extremely bothered by this failure to notify and lack of consideration for long time customers. However, I decided to still stay with amazing lash due to my love of my stylist. While I did decide to stay with amazing lash studio for a couple more months, my frustration with the customer service began to grow and this week was the last straw. Over the weekend, I had believed I booked an appointment online, however, when logging in to check the date I could not find it. (This may have been my fault or an accidental cancellation on the web services end) When I came to this realization, I planned to call the studio the next day to book since I had a shoot this week. The next morning I contacted the front desk a total of 5 times before finally getting through, I expressed my concern about the difficulty of getting ahold of someone and the receptionist said, "you know we get a lot of calls" and to me that was the last straw. She did help me book an appointment and I did enjoy my last appointment with Michelle. However, the headache that is caused by the customer service here is not worth it for me which is sad because I really did love the stylists here. read more

I've been getting my lashes done for a few months now. I must say out of all the lash stylist, the master stylist Shanetta is amazing. Yes it cost a little more but definitely worth it. I had my lashes done one week before Christmas it's now mid January and most of the lashes are still on. I will say brushing them multiple times daily definitely helps but they don't always tell you that. :) read more

That you're in your own private room with your lash tech is a definite bonus. Janelle (owner) goes above and beyond to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. My lash tech, Mariah L. is fabulous, whether I'm getting a full or a quick touch up, they are beat and flawless. Most people don't realize they're not my natural lashes unless I tell them. Absolutely love this place! I get so many compliments on my lashes. I only had one bad experience where my regular tech was not available so I had to go to someone else and she was horrible the lashes were all curled up and fell out with in days. At the time I felt I shouldn't had been charged but after I left I called back and they let me come back in and I basically got a full set redone no charge. Nohemi was my regular tech and she was amazing! Since she will be out for awhile Mariah will be my new tech and I heard shanetta is really good!
