I scheduled an appointment in advance for lashes for my wedding, there was no follow up from the salon and when I arrived a week later for my appointment, the shop was closed. I texted the business and they said they were closed that day, even though their listed hours says they are open and their system still showed you could book appointments for that day morning of. They said their process is you can book an appointment online, but that's just a request and it doesn't mean you get that appointment- although I received no follow up either way for confirmation or rejection. They blamed it on the computer system and said I could come back another day. Was excited to try this place out, but allowing people to book when you aren't open and posting inaccurate hours doesn't give me confidence in the management of this business. read more

I came in from Dallas for a family event and got them done. It's been 3 weeks and they still look great! BEWARE!! I paid this rude lady $375 for a full set of Mink lashes & over 50% of them fell out in a week. She said I would get 3 -4 weeks of wear before a fill in was needed. She also stated she uses an industry approved glue & after I grilled her she admits she makes it herself! She rigs the glue to be weak so customers can return quicker than normal for a refill (SCAM)! When I called her a week after they fell out, she yelled & argued at me for nearly 30 minutes & didn't want to even LOOK AT HER FLAWED WORK! I'm disgusted with the customer service, her home made products & the overpriced service. 'EDIMAR CAMAIONI' was extremely rude & blamed the lashes falling out early on me possibly crying too much. I found Edimar after reading several reviews online, and she is by far, THE BEST lash technician I have ever found in over 8 years of doing lash extensions. She was extremely professional, friendly, and made me feel welcome. It's always scary to try someone new, but I felt comfortable with her right away. The results were incredible.
