I've been getting my lashes done for a couple of months now. I switch between both Jaclyn and Jessica as my stylists and both seam to amaze me each time! I always get back to the room in a timely manner. They are also great at small talk and making you feel very comfortable. Before I came here I had no idea how to care for my lashes. The techs taught me everything I need to know to keep them looking amazing! The stylists are effective with time and still produce quality work. I would highly recommend this place! read more

Employee was very kind and explained the process as it was my first time getting a lash tint. That was the only positive thing. When I first saw my eyelashes, I was impressed that they were so visible. I should have inspected better. Upon leaving, I noticed one eye's lashes were curled in different directions. As time has went on, the lashes are all over the place on both eyes and do not look good at all. I found this business on google while looking up eyelash extensions near me. I saw it was 99 dollars for new guests/new members and that felt like a reasonable price to see if I wanted to get established with them. I got a full set of lash extensions and when asked what style I wanted, I responded "wispy" and nothing too dramatic, but a little longer on the ends. I showed pictures for reference. Other places I've gone to get lashes in the past, clean your eyelids and lashes before getting started and I was surprised the lash tech didn't. Normally, they would advise you how to take care of the lashes, give a spooly at the end to brush them with. I didn't get any of that. She didn't say much or try to make the experience anything spectacular or "spa like".I go to check out and expect paying the fee for the "first time guest." Instead, I'm told that it's 200 dollars. I was surprised and asked why and the girl at front (who was very sweet) told me because I got the volume set... I didn't ask for the volume set. In fact, I asked for nothing to dramatic. I asked her what the difference was look wise,between the "classic", and the volume set. She responded the classic is a more "wispy" look. That is the exact word I used to describe what I wanted mine to look at. She apologized but did not seem like there was anything else that could be done. I feel taken advantage of and wish there would have been more communication, because the lashes are to much for me and the style I was looking for and on top of that I paid 100 dollars more than I was expecting! If you go here, make sure you're very precise on how you explain what you want because they don't make it very easy for you. I feel like I just got scammed, to be honest. read more

I had visited this salon twice. I made an appointment two weeks ago for a lash fill. The location confirmed the appointment by phone, text, and a third time by text two days prior. I confirmed each time that I would be present for the appointment. When i arrived at 9:15 for my 9:30 appointment on Sunday 11/28, the business wasn't open (business hours show they open at 9am). I waited until 9:45 and someone finally showed up. When I approached that person and inquired about my appointment, she said that I had cancelled my appointment. She didn't even ask my name. I explained that I had not cancelled and she just repeatedly said my appointment was cancelled. I attempted to show her my text confirmations and she said my appointment was cancelled. After four times, she finally said she could "maybe" get me in later in the day if I wanted to come back later. I said that I was leaving on vacation the next morning. I then text the business and asked to speak with the owner about the rude interaction and appointment that was clearly cancelled by the salon because no one was available to open the business. I never heard from the owner. I will not return and do not recommend this business. read more
