Every member of the staff is amazing and my lash artist, Theresa, is simply fantastic! She is incredibly meticulous and my classic lashes last for a very long time. I went to this salon to get my lashes removed and a saw Hailey. The next morning I woke up with an eye infection (went to the eye doctor) and he told me there was bacteria on my eyelid. I don't recommend this salon, the tools are not clean. read more

I was really looking forward to my appointment last Tuesday. I booked my appointment online and had received a confirmation email.the email did not indicate any further steps I needed to take to confirm this appointment. I showed up to my 4:40pm appt. Upon walking in I was asked "are you Anya?" And I said no and gave them my first and last name. Without hesitation the receptionist said "oh yes, we canceled your appointment because we didn't hear back from you with a credit card #". I was immediately extremely disappointed. It was my only day off that week and I was excited to get my lashes done for the first time. I started going through my call log. Then she said they left me voice-mail. I opened my voicemails. I had no voicemails from their number... (I called my phone carrier and asked them to look up all incoming calls from the studios phone # and they said I did not get any calls) Anyway, I agreed to reschedule and I swiped my credit card so it was now on file. I was set to be seen Saturday the 23rd at 9AM with Hannah. Thry said I would get a phone call confirmation and i told her no, I dont want a call, I want an email because I don't want anymore confusion (since apparently I was not getting their phone calls). Mind you their policy is to charge you a partial payment if you cancel within a certain window or charge you in full if you no show.....I totally understand taking credit cards as I work with an appointment book as well, but obviously double booking yourself and lying about confirmation calls is disgusting. I got a phone call at work on Friday the 22nd,(weird! I get their calls now??) saying Hannah had a medical emergency and I would need to reschedule. The receptionist said the had a 5pm on Saturday with Rachel. I sighed and agreed. To me this was already a disappointing experience but emergencies happen. Today, Saturday the 23rd, I receive a call at 2:31pm(again, crazy, I get their calls now!) stating my stylist had an emergency and had left for the day and asked me to reschedule. I said "you know, I dont think so and please take my credit card information out of your system" I really wish I could have been serviced and had a great experience. Their intro price is reasonable and they are located conveniently to where I live. In the end though, this was an absolute disaster. I have wasted TWO days off rearranging my schedule to suit their availability only to be canceled on 3 times.....and I would not recommend this business purely based on how unprofessionally my bookingS were handled. If they can schedule me with someone who is dependable and has been at their location for a long time, give me an additional discount for all of my wasted time driving there and taking their calls during work, I would reconsider coming in for services and would update my review. My edit: their response is for ME to contact them as a displeased customer on both Yelp and Google(I used my full name on Google so this should be very easy for them to reach me). You have access to all of information if you truly cared or even tried. Also, you could send ME a private message on here! Why would I call your business....? Ask for a manager....? Eagan, Minnesota Location. I really wanted to like this studio as it is close to home. My first experience was underwhelming. The front desk staff was ok. It felt like a doctors office. They handed me paperwork with a clip board to fill out. Not inviting or 'welcome to our studio', or 'were glad you are here'. They stylist was great. After paying, they asked me if I wanted to become a member. I had declined as I wasn't sure yet. I paid for my session. Not even a thank you from the front desk staff. Nonetheless, I really wanted to like coming here. I came back for a fill for a 7pm Friday night appt. No warm greeting from the front desk. The energy in the room was "one more client, then we can go home" As I was with my stylist, the front desk started vacuuming. Up and down the hall, in the lobby. Seriously! I am paying $129.00 for a personal service, have some relaxation time, and she is vacuuming. I have spent 27 years in customer service, I am very disappointed in the level of service this location delivers. read more

they're awful to their employees and play favorites and make up false accusations. seeing this person work there had me affected them horribly mentally. It was also brought to my attention that they use expired brow lamination formula and when you pay for a lift it just doesn't do anything so you pay big money for products that don't work. read more

The Eagan MN studio is great. First, their customer service. Never forced into products and they genuinely explain their services and products, minus the annoying pressure. The staff was nice. However, I was far from pleased with what I paid for. First off, I had to pry my eye open due to the glue. I looked in the mirror and multiple eyelashes were hanging, and I knew instantly that I was not happy with the final result. When I got to the car I noticed she didn't attempt to even touch my inner eyelids on both eyes. I cancelled my membership at this location. read more

Not a great experience. I received eyelash extensions now a little over a week ago the stylist was very nice and she seem to do a good job however a week later all but one eyelash had fallen out except for one even with buying the product the foam cleanser and doing all of the after care properly. I went in for an 8 AM appointment to have it fixed and when I got there I was told that the stylist was not there and was asked to reschedule. When I went for my appointment today at the end of the appointment I went to pay and was told it would be $80 with no discount even though they all had fallen out within the weeks time. Clearly poor customer service. It's too bad because the membership programs seem to be a really good idea and I would've loved to sign up but I am unsure that the product is decent with them all falling out within a weeks time as well as customer service being absolutely horrible. read more
