The wax by these new employees is pulled so slowly that it's extremely painful. When I am scheduled with someone that I have had 'okay' experiences with and if they are not in for whatever reason they don't even call to try to reschedule or even get a heads up my technician won't be there, they just move me to another employee...and then it's been really awful because I have felt those technicians have zero experience on what they are doing. I have tried talking to the front desk manager and I feel like I'm being lied to when I'm trying to figure out who there has the most experience to attempt to have a positive service again. I'm not sure why it's such a revolving door of staff now when previously they had the same people there for years that provided incredible service. I'm just so disappointed because this was so convenient for me to go to this location and now it's not somewhere I want to go back.

But after hitting adult puberty, I'll just say that I acquired some new hair placements that weren't aesthetically pleasing. I decided on a whim to book it after work around 430. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile at the front desk and she verified I wasn't taking any kind of skin or acne related medications and waited for Abbey to help me with this hairy problem. I told her this was my first time and she talked through some of the things to be aware of. And then I laid on the bench and got ready for Abbey to do her thing. The wax itself was very warm, approaching hot, but not uncomfortable. Abbey and I conversed through the whole process to distract and she mentioned this nostalgic tv show I won't type to betray my age. When she pulled off the wax, it was surprisingly not as painful as I was expecting. She was very quick and the whole process took under 15 min. When I looked at the mirror afterwards, my skin was pure as a babe's. Suffice to say, I originally stopped by this place based off someone's recommendation and I'll be coming back to do maintenance.
