Super disappointed, the full set was completely uncomfortable and my eyes burned for hours afterwards. The most disappointing was that the eye lashes started falling off after 2 days and were almost all gone 5 days later even after I bought the overly priced expensive products they suggested I buy to maintain my lashes. I would suggest you go to another salon for your service this was over priced for one perfect night of lashes (which looked nothing like the photos I gave the stylist by the way). read more

Started out as a whim four months ago. "Let me try this eyelash thing". Four months later, and I'm hooked. Lashes are amazing. Technicians are friendly and professional. Superb! Front desk staff are sweet and welcoming. Recently had a minor customer service matter, and as a previous Quality Assurance Professional admittedly I'm hard on service providers. However, I am ecstatic to say they went over and above what I expected :-). The spirit of "we appreciate and want you happy" goes far with me. I definitely will be going back! read more

I've tried so many different lash salons but this one is my favorite! Reina is so friendly & she always does a great job giving me just the right level of volume. The salon is also extremely clean & they follow several precautions to make clients feel safe, which is so important at a time like this. I am sorry to have to update my review. But after the last 3 interactions I had with this lash studio, I am not happy. The last 3 times I have gone my lashes have fallen out in days, costing me hundreds in lashes that don't last. I was even told to come in free of charge for them to fix it, and then the receptionist charged me for the fix. I am not happy with the time I have wasted and the money wasted. I wanted to cancel my membership but apparently I'd be charged one time even though I am dissatisfied with services and no one has tried to correct it, I don't feel I should lose additional money. I understand it was a "glue issue" as englewood states, but that shouldn't cost me hundreds of dollars. I feel ripped off. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because Joana (lash consultant) is really good, it's not her fault the glue is not working. It's 100% Amazing Lash Studios, and they have admitted it's their fault but with no solutions for a paying customer. read more

I had a horrible experience over the weekend at Amazing Lash. Let me first express that I traveled all the way from Williamsburg Brooklyn to this location with 2 of my friends who I recommended to get Their lashes done as well. I went in thinking I was going to get amazing lashes as they claim and came out with the opposite. I expressed and showed the stylist the lashes that I wanted and stylist stated she could give me the look. However I ended up leaving with bald spots in my lashes. Mind you I have enough lashes of my own for the extensions. After an hour the lash technician states she is done and when I look at my lashes and tell her I'm not happy with them she then proceeds to tell me that next time I can upgrade to fuller lashes for $45 extra and if I become a member for $20 more. Lash tech didn't offer to fix them which was a bit upsetting to me. I left angry and when I got home noticed I was missing a huge gap in my lashes after paying over $100 for this service and tip. I also noticed the lashes were falling out without even touching them! I called the next day to complain and was instructed to email the manager/owner. Today I received a call from one of the owners who I feel did not listen to my concerns. I was offered to go back all the way to jersey to fix my lashes. However, at this point I do not wish to do so especially since my friend also had a bad experience with her lash tech the same day. Companies as big as Amazing lash should be able to refund unsatisfied customers with proof of work their money or even 50% of services I didn't even have 24 hours with the lashes. Owner stated he would call me back and I'm still waiting. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this place! Check put the other locations I hear way better things. Wish I would have saved my money and time! Mr.Warren just because I added a review on yelp does not mean that you do not rectify the situation. Save your time and money! This is the worst place to get your lashes done. It took for ever just to book my appointment over the phone. The service is terrible and my technician seemed to be nervous and very inexperienced. I had excessive lash fall out the very next day. Service took over 2 hours and my appointment was changed on me twice. My friend went to the Hoboken location and was very happy with their service and recommended I'd try them. Although I was hesitant because I did want to ruin my natural lashes, I gave it a shot and was glad that I did. Had minimal fall out, service was done in just under 2 hours and they looked great! If you want nice lashes and great customer service take the extra 15 min drive and go to the Hoboken location. read more

I wouldn't recommend getting your lashes done here. I've been here twice and the cost for the final results (with two different Estheticians) were not worth it, even with the first time visitor deal of $89.99. For my first appointment, I was reminded three times to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork. When I had, I waited about 25 minutes for the first employee to actually arrive and let me in, on a very very cold morning. Then, I sat in the front for a while as the front desk assistant and an esthetician argued over who would see me. I ended up getting that very esthetician and to say she was extremely unhelpful would be an understatement. I told her this was my first time getting false lashes applies and rather then explain the four styles and what choices I had beyond that (length and thickness), she handed me a pamphlet and said "pick". Her attitude the whole appointment, gave me the sense that she DID NOT want to be there, AT ALL. Not something you want to feel when someone will be glueing something right near your eye for almost two hours. In the end, I was okay with the results. Not in love, as I didn't know what to expect, because it was my first time and no one really explained the options. It did make it easier when I went on vacation to do my makeup, which is all I needed. I wanted to try about a month later for another event, as this was the closest place and I thought I just had bad luck with the day and employees. The second time, the esthetician was MUCH nicer. I made sure I wasn't going to be seen by the first one when making the appointment. Yet again, though, she didn't explain as well as they should what options I had and what they would look like. I didn't know at that time that the $89.99 deal was for first time visitors only and confirmed that it would be that price over the phone when making my appointment. When I went to pay, who I understand to be the owner, said it would be $250, as this was my second time. I told her I confirmed the cheaper price on the phone, so she allowed me to pay that price. While doing so, she kept pushing the membership on me, which I kept politely declining. I asked a few questions about it, but each question was met with a quick answer and a push to buy it. The membership, to me, is definitely not worth it, especially for the quality of application. Neither is the regular fee for that matter. It's very obvious this is the beginning of this business, I believe they opened in November/December 2017. Maybe with time they will become a bit more professional and quality will improve, but for right now, look elsewhere. The only reasons I gave two stars was for the friendliness of the second esthetician and the fact that the owner approved the deal the second time around, because of the miscommunication on their part. read more

Place is nice, clean, and friendly. Although my lashes looked so clustered and started falling off just three - four days later. Also the prices are a bit expensive when their lashes aren't as high maintenance as i thought they would be. The receptionists are friendly, but some will be pushy with the membership. I got better eyelashes at englewood cliffs beauty full lash with the same styles, but nicer & the lashes were more organized. read more

I love this Amazing Lash Studio. It was my first time getting my lashes done. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I was nervous about any allergic reactions, but they asked me additional questions of which I concluded that I'd be fine. Also my technician helped me decide on a style that fit me perfectly! She did an AWESOME job and was fun to talk to. She answered my questions about after care too. I will definitely return to refill my lashes. read more

I've been coming to this Wyckoff location for almost a year now and I have to say it's always a pleasant experience! Everyone is so friendly and professional! I have to give the biggest praise to my stylist Chelsea!!! She is professional, friendly and so precise with my lash application...meticulous!!! Also very knowledgeable & helpful in the products...from lashes to after care. I've been a member at this location for a very sort period of time but have referred 3 people who have actually gone and done their lashes at this location and another who went and had her ,lashes done at the Wayne location. Amazingly enough when I called to cancel my membership because I do not feel the work they provide is up to par with there charges I was told that I had to physically go to the store to do so, VERY INCONVIENANT as I work almost everyday and have other obligations, but when one of the women I referred to this placed called to cancel hers because she was also feeling the same way they were magically able to email her the cancellation form. So why is it that I had to physically go in but she did not have to? Also I do not understand why if you cancel before your membership dues you still have to pay $69.99 when they did not provide any services and you will not be returning. No where on the cancellation form does it state that you are being charged this fee due to cancellation it only gives your membership informartion like name , address and what you pay monthly and when you were a member since. I went in to cancel and no one had even noticed that I had done my lashes a week prior and I HAD NONE LEFT !! Literally not one lash was left and this is the third month that Ive been going to this place and having the same issue of the lashes not staying on! And YES I've tried different people. read more

Absolutely horrible. I have never experienced such poor service. I have a monthly membership and normally go to the Wyckoff location. Due to limited availability at Wyckoff they told me to go to the Englewood location because my membership is valid at all locations. I showed up for my 9AM appointment at the Englewood studio and was not seen until 9:30 because the technician was running late and has not arrived at the studio yet. My entire appointment was rushed due to the technician running late and had appointments backed up; she was nonstop complaining to me while doing my lashes. The results of my eyelashes clearly show that the technician was rushing while applying them. Next, I go to pay and the receptionist was having computer difficulties therefor needed to call the wyckoff location to get my membership information. After waiting over 40 minutes of her continuously calling Wyckoff (I even tried calling) the receptionist called the owner of the Englewood location because she could not get in touch with the Wyckoff studio. I personally spoke to the owner on the phone and expressed my frustration of the technician being late and now waiting for them to figure out how to transfer my membership info... she responded to me saying "I don't understand why you're complaining, you got your service". I spent more time waiting in this place then I did actually getting the service I went there for. I was shocked at how rude the owner is to her paying customers - will never return to the Englewood location. Go to wyckoff where customer service actually exists. read more
