DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. I got a full set and signed up for the membership with the $59.99 fills. I was excited that I could continue to get my lashes for a reasonable price. Well after my first set I noticed they fell out way faster then I'd experienced at other places. I went in for my fill once I was notified I had a credit. My stylist said I would need a full set from how much had fallen out. I asked how much more that would be and she said over $40 EXTRA! It had only been 2 weeks. She said that I would probably need a full set every time from now on. I can't afford $100 plus tip every two weeks. That's ridiculous! Well by this point all my lashes had fallen out and I called to cancel my membership but the front desk said I had to come in to cancel. I couldn't come in that day so I waited till the next day. The next day I went in, the front desk said I had just gotten another credit on my account. I asked her to cancel my membership and put the credit back on my card. Easy enough right? Wrong! She said there was no way she could put the credit back on my card. I knew they had my credit card information so how hard would it have been to simply put the credit back on my card? I asked to speak to management and she said she was the assistant manager. She just kept insisting I pay an extra $40 to get a full set again. I told her over and over I couldn't afford that, please give me my money back. I no longer want to do business with Amazing Lash Studio. I asked to speak with upper management and she wouldn't give me anyone's name or phone number but an email I could contact. I emailed them TWICE and never got anything back. I went on the main website and tried to find corporates contact and couldn't find ANYTHING! What kind of business is this? You should have a place where customers can freely communicate with you their concerns. Now I'm upset! I want my money back! In fact I rather just leave the credit there then give this company anymore of my money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Go to someone who owns there own suite or private party. I have been going to Amazing Lash for quite sometime now. I have gone to other locations and had great service. The Alliance location is closer to my home and I tend to do a lot of my shopping out here so I popped in one day and they were able to get me in a few hours later. I did my running around and then went back to have lashes done. Nikki was Great, was well worth the extra dollars for a master. They get you in and out in less time then the others. Their 6D is my favorite... I mentioned to the girls at the front desk that I was having a little more come out than normal, they showed me how to properly wash my lashes. I had one first set that fell off really fast which was a dissapointment but they made sure to fix things and we are working it out together. This place is a hit and miss. Sometimes you get lucky with really great stylists and sometimes your get unlucky and get someone that doesn't really know what they are doing. I've had about 4 different stylists, I remember having one that literally rested her hand on my forehead for almost the entire 45 minutes, as I heard her typing away on her cell phone and then would in a hurry place a few lashes here and there and go back to do what ever she was doing. When I brought it up the front desk tried to cover for her saying "maybe she had a hard time getting your lashes to stay." This time around, I paid extra for a "master stylist" after my usual stylist left (super sad face) she was nice, very informative, but I ended up leaving with thinner and less lashes than when I first got there. I went in with very full and thick extensions, obviously with a some missing and left with some wispy, very thin, lashes that look absolutely nothing like that they did when I got there. VERY disappointing as every time I go, it just keeps getting worse and worse. I pay good money to get my lashes done but now I feel like I'm just wasting my time and money. They don't listen to consumer complaints and when you complain, they will talk about you behind your back. Only 2 stars cause the girl on the phone was very sweet. read more

Lash extensions have become the new trend I really have come to love in the last few months and the Amazing Lash Studio has helped me keep my lashes looking great. The technicians at this location are knowledgeable and attentive to the clients and are helpful with suggestions on the preferences of whatever specific look you desire for your lashes. A full set can be done in about an hour, maybe and hour and a half and a fill under 45 minutes typically. The facility is clean and relatively quiet and relaxing which I definitely appreciate. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful as well. I've been a few times and I have not been disappointed with the service or the staff. I definitely suggest if you come to this location to make an appt at least a week in advance because this location is pretty busy. There are membership deals available and first time offers or discounts occasionally. Highly suggest getting the membership if you plan to frequently partake in lash extensions because the non-membership rates are a little pricey. The Amazing Lash Studio has a lot of maintenance products to extend the longevity of your lashes and the technicians are also available to answer questions about proper care of your lashes in between fills. Give this place a try if you are ever interested in enhancing your beautiful lashes. read more

Hit or miss front staff is rude. Pricing is not transparent I booked for a refill front desk person sees my eye lashes ask me the COVID questions and proceeded to get me with a stylist . A fill with the 100 $ membership is 30 if you don't have credits . When my lash tech finished I was charged 60 and told it was just the price after doing research I realized I was charged for a full set the counter clerk couldn't give me any details on what service was provided that caused it to come out to 60 . I have been a loyal customer of Amazing Lash for the last, close to three years, coming every two weeks at least and sometimes every week to get my lashes done. I originally started at the 7th street location in Fort Worth. My experiences at the West seventh location in Fort Worth were beyond amazing. However I moved and since have had a difficult time at the Amazing Lash studios in alliance town center. The front desk in less than helpful. Completely clueless. The service there has always been subpar. Today when I went to my scheduled appointment I was told that I will be charged even more money because I come every two weeks versus every four weeks. This was a disturbing revelation that makes absolutely no sense at all. Why would a company want to charge a customer even more money because they want to come more frequently. It simply makes no sense. (And just to anger me more the girl at the fronts only response was-maybe you should take a break from getting them done and that there is no way I can get my lashes every two weeks for less money--terrible customer service, and actually yes, yes I can and they do a much better job.......) I do not know anyone who goes 4 weeks between and I personally like to keep my lashes looking good (my underlying are blonde so the look stupid and really fake when not done correctly) which requires at least every two weeks. Plus the workmanship at this locations is so crappy that I have 5-10 fall off in the first couple days! (Which I see others have had this problem also) I am extremely unhappy, and now understand why all of my friends cancelled their memberships. The staff is really great! I came in with damaged lashes from another lash salon and they removed the extensions, didn't charge me and gave me great advice on what to do to improve my lashes before getting new extensions from them. They were concerned for me and not making a quick sale. They have since put on lashes that I love and have done a couple of fills that look great. I'm impressed! read more

I'm so disappointed in how this location handles their business. I signed up for a membership in April prior to my wedding in May. Let's be honest...a membership is really the only way the initial full set is affordable. But, beyond that, I VERY SPECIFICALLY walked through the 30 day cancellation policy that was verbally explained to, just to make sure I understood clearly. I was told I could cancel at any time with a 30 day notice. I also wasn't told I was committing to a 12 month membership. After finding out the lashes don't last, and you basically have to pay for an additional refill every month, on top of your membership fee, I tried to cancel in June. I was told I could not cancel, and that I was locked in to a 12 month committed. After finding out 2 of my friends were able to cancel with a "cancellation trial" that Amazing Lash Studio offered during a specific time period, I went back and tried to cancel again, stating that I wished to give my 30 day notice. Again, I was refused, and explained that my friends were able to cancel due to a trial that Amazing Lash Studio was running. The trial wasn't good for their business, so they decided not to offer it anymore. Well, it probably wasn't good for their business bc everyone wants to cancel. I'm pissed that this has turned out this way. I actually loved the lashes (except the fact they didn't last as long as I thought). As a business, you should ensure your employees are clear when they explain the way a membership works. As a customer, when I verbally recite the cancellation policy back, as it's been explained to me, that should be honored. You should clearly post cancellation terms, especially if the policy has changed in recent months. I'm very disappointed. read more

I have had lashes put on in the past at this studio and they have done a good job. This last time, with all my fake lashes falling out, I'm thinking about transferring my credits and canceling my membership and going somewhere else. The 2nd stylist I had was much more informative and friendly and did a good job. I personally wouldn't recommend the products except the little retractable brush and lint free swabs but I'm pretty picky about facial products. I don't have a lot to compare it to as this is my first experience, but I am pleased. My second set was better than my first in terms of the appearance but I just had to learn how to communicate what I wanted in terms of length. Lots of compliments and I cant feel them at all. Only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 is I feel they could do better with describing lash length and styles to newbies. I took scissors to my first set as they were longer than the picture looked...but was ok after that. My lashes are lasting about a month with some shedding here and there.
