I had my initial set put on in September just before my honeymoon and I love them! I get so many compliments! I go every 3 weeks for a fill. Diane is amazing! She does great work and is very efficient. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her. She has been an esthetician longer than anyone else in this studio. The care instructions are extremely important if you want them to last. You can't get then wet for 48 hours so that the adhesive and sealant dry. I brush them twice a day and use the cleanser that is available for purchase at the studio. Everyone on staff at this location is friendly and answers any questions you may have. I initially tried to book an appointment at the Orland Park location but no one would answer the phone nor did they call me once I submitted a request online to book an appointment. I have be a client of this salon for 2 1/2 years and Tamika has been my stylist for 18 months now. I am very pleased with Tamika's work. She is friendly and meticulous in her application. The salon is clean and the reception staff is friendly. With the online booking available through their app I am able to book and cancel making the process very convenient. Really nice service got my eye lashes done in the cute style for prom and I really enjoyed them.

Some of the lash artists are better than others. I don't want to be rude and name people, but I've had not so great experience with a certain lash artist. She comes off as she doesn't want to be there. And I ALWAYS get horrible lash fall out after 1 week when done by her. I take great great care of my lashes and use products recommended. When I went back to get a quick mini touch up before an event I mentioned about the fall out and She made it seem like it was my fault! So I gave another artists a try and they were a lot better. My other issue is how expensive they are and the lashes aren't even that dark. They could use a better quality lash in my opinion read more

I went in to go get my eyelashes done by someone named Nicole and she was not wearing gloves or sanitizing any equipment. I asked for the "Sexy Look." She picked the long mm of eyelashes she could of picked at 17mm long! By the end of my eyelash session, I looked in the mirror and the eyelashes were so long they were past my eyebrows. She told me I still had an hour of eyelashes left to be applied and that she could not finish because she had another client! She told me if I wanted my eyelashes finished I would have to pay for an eyelash fill when I just paid for a new full set prior! I went to the front desk and they told me that what "Nicole" said is not true and they would have someone else finish my eyelash set. The second person goes in to finish my eyelashes and spends about 3 minutes applying my eyelashes! I still had another hour of work to be done and they refused to finish! I was told I can get a full refund and leave with the eyelashes or they could remove them for free. By the time I woke up the next morning I woke up with an eye infection the next day and was told by my primary the eye infection is from the eyelash technician! DO NOT GO HERE! Unprofessional, not sanitary, and the women that did my eyelashes were extremely rude! read more

I've been a member for a few months now. The salon itself is amazing. The inside is so swanky , modern and the private rooms are awesome. I fell in love with this place because of my stylist McKenzie she was the BEST. I personally would say she was the top stylish there she was so efficient and so fast it was great. They lost a great stylist. Taking a break for a month with my lashes I decided it's time to go back. I make an appointment and I was in need of a full set. I made an appointment for 11:00am I get there on time. We started at 11:05 the latest. I didn't get done with my full set until 1:05PM !!! I know it takes time BUT really 3 HOURS was wayyyy too long !! I love this place but once you find your stylist you absolutely love don't change ! Unless yours moves away !! read more

This was my first time at this Lash Studio. I was excited to get eyelash extensions for a formal event. My appointment was on a thursday, went smoothly, the environment was clean and quiet. The woman who did my lashes said she was "tired and hungry" and really wasnt professional. After a 2 hour application, I left, my eyes irritated and feeling like they were being pricked every time I were to blink. I decided to ignore this, because I thought I just needed to get used to the extensions. Long story short I had to have my lashes removed after 4 days, they were hesitant to do that free of charge. My eyes are red, swollen, itchy, bloodshot, and bloodshot. I would usually say that I was allergic to the glue, but it was very clear that clumps of my lashes were glued together, and the extensions themselves were twisted and overall didnt even look good. I am upset with the skill set of the techs here. They didnt seem even partially concerned and even tried to continue to sell me products and re-book me after my first appointment and set of lashes was so poorly done. I would not reccomend this place to anyone, especially given the robotic personalities of the hostesses and the lack of professionalism. One star for a clean waiting room. read more

the ladies at the front were very welcoming and nice. the quality of the glue that was used on my sister and i is probably the same as you can buy at sally beauty. not impressed, got my lashes done on Friday and 70% have fallen out. the lady that did my eyelashes apparently didn't practice safety measures before doing my lashes because she wasn't wearing any gloves. she's touching my eyes and not wearing any gloves, gross. not to mention she wasn't the friendliest either. she asked me what lashes i wanted in the beginning and i told her i wanted them bold and long/volume. she repeatedly said they wouldn't look good on me? and offered to do a different kind. the outcome was pretty but started falling out after the first day. will not be returning read more

I loved the person who put my lashes on and she did a wonderful job but they are not using the best products. Most of my lashes fell off after a week and a half so there were a lot of gaps. I think they use a cheaper glue so you have to return after 2 weeks for an additional service. When I have had my lashes done elsewhere they have lasted 5-6 weeks without issue. The lady who did my lashes was really nice. I got my lashes done for Hawaii Bc I leave this Friday and it was my first time getting it done. I picked the gorgeous lashes and honestly I was a lil disappointed. Seriously my lashes look like if I just put mascara. There's no wow. They have no volume or length. I am no stranger to lash extensions. As a cosmetologist, I understand the process and as a client I understand the upkeep. I was super excited to try this company out because it seemed like a good way of staying one place. Sadly, each time (it's been twice) majority of my lashes fall off within a few days. I follow the strict guidelines that are required and still fell out. I don't think it's fair to have to pay additional refills when these lashes don't last no more than a few days. So I end up just waiting till my auto payment comes out and go in. So may fall out within that time period, it would constitute as a full lash application. (I called regarding this issue and the girl was kind about it) but I am going to have to opt out and go elsewhere. The lashes had no wow factor, it basically looked like some light mascara added and that's it. The place I used to go to, the lady moved back to Poland so that's why I wanted to try this place out. Went in for training yesterday morning.. place was flawless and clean! Loved the decoration. Didn't get greeted right away but they were still very nice and checked me in once I came up to the desk.. my lash expert was very nice.. asked a lot of questions to what I wanted which was great. Since I was new they made the 2 hour service very comfortable (almost fell asleep lol) and asked if I were still okay throughout. I went to have my first set of eyelash extensions put on. The pricing was expected as I had done research on installation. The office was clean and the lash consultant was nice. We discussed what length, thickness and kind of lashes I wanted. When she started applying them, I thought things were fine. When she attempted to pull the tape off of the bottom lashes on my right eye, she seemed to be struggling to not pull to hard. I'm not sure what the problem was. I wasn't crazy about them the first couple hours because a few seem to be placed at a different angle. On day two, I noticed the right eye lashes were not staying on well. I was constantly finding them on my white blouse. Upon a closer look, the entire lash was missing spots and seemed to be off. Its been a week and the right lash is almost half way off and the left looks great. I'm very disappointed and if she was having problems with that one, she should have said something. I called to ask about removal and the fee is $35. The receptionist didn't ask me why, she just told me to try oil if I did not chose to come in and pay the fees. She did advise if I had a medical issue, they would help. I would have at least asked what the problem was, that was surprising. In all, it was not a great experience and I will chose another business for this service in the future. read more
