If your a customer who is looking at which nail tech to choose, I highly recommend Diu and if your new you need to make an appointment and when you get there go straight to her chair which is #7. When you enter go to left side and you'll see number #7. Why Am I pointing this out? Because not everyone in this Nail Spa works with integrity which is very sad. I just experienced a very disgusting behavior by one of their techs names Vi. I walked in another lady asked me how she can help me I told her I have an appt with Diu and I'll just sit down and wait since I already spoke to Diu on the phone. And Vi came up and asked me what she can do for me, I look at her and was 100% sure she was not Diu. I told her I have an appt with Diu and she then tilts her head acting confused so I pulled my phone trying to show her the text that maybe I was in the wrong place or maybe I was saying Diu's name wrong. I heard Diu's voice calling me and I turn around and saw her telling me sit at her table. When I sat down I came to realize what Vi was trying to do. I work in a sales job and experience sales theft and poaching of customers and Vi was trying to pretend either she was Diu or that there's no one names Diu there. This is very wrong, I pay good money and leave a generous tip because when I see someone goes above and beyond to make sure I love my nails I will come back and bring people with me. That's who I am. But not everyone in this nail salon believe in their own capabilities and talent that they resort to taking someone else's customer. The other nail tech should WORK HARDER to be known for their work to gain more customers and not take Diu's customers that she builds relationship with and take care of. I hope the Spa owner reads this, please address this. You're gonna lose customers if this toxicity keeps happening. No one wants to be tricked and lied to because what if Diu wasn't there to guide me to her chair! Then Vi would have lied to me to try and poach me. That is disgusting behavior. Got me in real quick and I loved that they explained the whole process even though I'm a regular at getting my lashes done. There is a clear explanation of what you can expect and what look you can achieve. Took about 1:30 to get done. Since I'm not from this state I do consider the prices higher than MY usual but the quality and experience is exceptional. Would def recommend if you need your lashes done.

The bed is super comfy!!! She provides blankets and a warm towel bath robe which smells amazing and super comfy. I like the whole process because it's super calm and relaxing. She walks you through everything. I have had done LOTS of the treatments at PRIM so I will start the facials. I do the booking online so I can choose the facial I want and the questionnaire so I can write out any extras. She will always walk me through what she is putting on my face or if I want changes or need add ons if time is allowed/price permitting. The dermaplaning she does feels really amazing on my skin and I can tell the complete difference! The room is dark and has tranquil sound bath music. Facials are reasonably priced. I have gotten my eyelashes lifted and tinted. Which makes my eyelashes super dark and lifted for about a month so yay not using mascara. Then I had a lip service which used micro-needling with hydra infusing peptides. It's made my lips feel so soft and plumped! I have been going to this Prim Skin & Wellness the Landmark location since the opening... August 2024. Instead I saw no results whatsoever. When they took follow up pictures, the before and after were identical. Their own pictures proved my point. The manger offered no compensation whatsoever. No discount on any possible procedure to mitigate the poor results.My $1300 was a total waste of money and the attitude of the manager was uncooperative and terse. There are other med spas.
