I have been getting lashes for 16 years and the quality here is the lowest I've ever received. They look face. The placement was also just ok. The lash tech should have gone shorter and the inners and outers. It looked ridiculous with the extensions looking all one length. I later found out that this place basically hired lash artists right out of school. Not sure if there's any truth to that, but then again the prices of a full set does make sense to that. The Membership is a scam, once you are a member they find a way to add more money to any minor changes. When I Cancelled the membership they still continued to charge me. I went inside the store to make sure they cancel it, but when they finally did, they didn't think to refund my money that was fraudulently taken without my authorization. I had to ask him to refund that money. The owner claimed he didn't know how to refund people's money, how convenient:/ He finally had to refund my money when I insisted. I give away lots of money to charities all year long, it's not about the money being spent, but you don't get to take my money without authorization, just because you're holding my credit card. I had a couple of the more experienced lash technicians there, and I felt like Jennifer got them done the best!! This place is a total scam. After my second fill ALL my lashes fell out within 24 hours. They did refill them at no charge, but i told them I would not be coming back if they didn't last 2 weeks. The lashes didn't last and they charged my credit card anyway. I have been getting lashes done for over 10 years and have never had this problem before. They told it was my fault, but I had even had my hair done at a salon in order to avoid a shower.. The product they use is crap and would never recommend this place. I wish I would have read these reviews before I went here. I've had the same experience as others here. I was told about the Monthly 3 times and about the $69 aftercare products twice. Then when I said I didn't want it the girl at the desk told me that they wouldn't guarantee the lashes unless I got the kit. They did fall out after 3-5 days and since they were glued to my own glued to my own lashes, they fell out as well (see pics). The glue felt like cheap crusty super glue and at one point a piece was scratching my eyeball to had to scrape it off. Horrible experience and I won't ever go back!! When you have to con people into a Monthly Membership, that means that your business model doesn't include satisfied customers. After looking at the some of the reviews, I was feeling a bit wary of how this experience was going to turn out...but as soon as I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised. The sun poured into the front room where the ambiance was peaceful and comfortable. I was happily greeted by my lash stylist and after I filled out the paperwork and washed my lashes, I was walked back to a private room. My stylist Amanda was kind and attentive making sure I understood everything during the consultation. As someone who likes to keep things lightweight and natural (but full) I chose 3D Gorgeous lashes. When I laid down I was given a blanket and adjusted until I was comfortable. Then she got to work! I couldn't feel her doing anything, it was astounding. There was spa like music playing as well, it was so relaxing I think I melted into the bed. The entire service felt effortless and when she was done she explained aftercare and products that may help maintain my lashes in the best way possible. My lashes fell off and were not as fluffy as I wanted them. Sat there for about 2 hours and my lash tech kept making me open my eyes. My eyes were glued shut. It was burning so badly. When I left two of my real lashes were ripped out and stabbing my eye and didn't realize till I was driving home. I came home and my real lashes were stuck there because it was still glued onto a lash extension and all I could do was rip that extension out to ease the pain. I'm sorry my lash girl was very friendly so I won't say her name but don't be a lash model. It's not worth $65 + tip. Just get them done by a pro. read more

Danica is amazing! She has been my go to stylist for a few months now and has consistent work. When I first started coming here early last year, I went through a handful of girls to get a feel of how they listen to my needs and how consistent they are with the lash application. I have to say Danica is my personal recommendation if you want beautiful lash extensions for any occasion or natural daily wear. She is a diamond in the rough and a true professional technician that knows what she's doing. She goes through every lash making sure they are not poking my eyelids at the base and are comfortable that I don't even feel like they are there. She takes great care to replace loose lashes with finesse and ease and I've often times found myself dosing off as if I was in a day spa enjoying some me time. I receive many compliments on my eyelashes and I owe it all to her. As a boy scout mom who doesn't really put on make up for camping and outing trips, I don't have to feel like I'm completely roughing the look just because I'm out in the woods. I'm a first timer client in this studio and wanted just a "natural look" lashes and I was nervous to do this but they welcome me warm and safe and as soon as I met the women who will do my lashes she is amazing one. OMFG. ZERO STARS. (this review i left right after getting lashes) i have gotten lashes before and did not like the heaviness and unnatural thickness.. told my stylist and she said she would make it more natural which put me at ease... wrong. i did feel a little discomfort during session but it was durable so i just waited it out. it was red when i opened it but did not last long so no complaints. room is FREEZING. they say it is for the glue and so then you would expect a little heads up or a longer blanket.. their blanket doesnt even cover the height of my body and i m only 5'6". got up my lashes were visible which was promising, but they feel unnatural. does not feel like mink which most lash places use as standard.. feels very plastic like. i also found a chunk of my lashes which means the tech didn't attach it on my lash but at the tip, maybe at an angle where it will probably fall off in a day or two. i agree my lashes got longer but unnaturally long.. looks like i have spider legs hanging off my lashline... and they lie in different angles which makes my lashes look funny. guessing the spidery can be due to having sparse lashes but i feel like paying for volume wouldn't be all worth the time and money either. (changed out of contacts to glasses... inside corner lashes hits my glasses which ends up hurting my eyes whenever i blink with glasses on.. and because it feels very fibery plastic more resistant when it touches my glasses.. sigh) (updating this review and it has only been 5 hours since i got these) it is night and some of the extensions drooped down so low it is actually touching my eyeball. one is actually attached somehow in a way that is moving freely in every direction that it actually poked my eyeball and now my eye is red there.. i am actually tearing because my lashes are poking me. i called up a friend who asked her lash lady if she can remove these for me as early as 7am tomorrow morning. i am actually more mad than anything now at this point. i paid for the membership today but i am cancelling first thing tomorrow when they open. if they do not refund oh well but i do not even want to go for my refill even if i already paid for it. cancelled my membership and like expected they did not even mention refunding even with the pain i went through all night. fills like these are just not worth $70 a month. read more

This lash studio was wonderful. I went in just to get some information and the staff at the front desk were so helpful. I have never had false lashes before so Fabiana was very helpful. I made an appt and went back a few days later. Again Fabiana was there and walked me through each step of what I could choose and expect. Cathy was my lash stylist and was so good and patient with me. It was so relaxing. I left with a full set of the natural style lashes unsure if it would be something I would continue. I paid for classic lashes and expected them to at least follow my lash line. They were sparse and few and in order for them to be full, they asked for more money! I did not go there because I did not has lashes, I went there because I was tired of mascara. They blamed it on my lashes...really? I then paid for the membership which gives you 2 fills per month and they debit your card same day each month ( contract signed) However, I came in a little earlier for my second visit and without informing me- charged out my credit card without authorization. I called them and they refused to see the error of their mistake. In all- This establishment is very deceitful and fraudulent in their business arrangements. I will never step in another amazing lash place again. They purposely give you minimum lashes so they can upcharge you!! Obviously they dont care about building client loyalty or good will. Do Not Waste Your Money at Amazing Lash!!! I've been getting my lashes done for years (NOT at Amazing Lash), and have never had my eyelashes fall out within 24 hours!!! I'm not new to lashing and am very aware of how to care for them. Fran is the worst stylist. She claimed that this happened because I put eyeliner in the INSIDE of my eye - not on the outside lash line. Again, I have been getting lashes for years with another salon and have NEVER had the eyelashes fall out within 24-hours. They always last 2 weeks. At my second Appt (36 hours after the first appt) they charged me $79.00 !!! The owner was well aware of this. DO NOT GO TO AMAZING LASH IN VALENCIA. They use the worst glue on the market. The girls at the front desk said they are trying to get approval for better glue. There are much better places to go to at a fraction of the cost!!! read more

I have gone to three private licensed esthetician for my lash extensions in the last 1.5 years. ( I traveled and my home base one is currently on maternity leave). I was looking for a place close to Santa Clarita. I will say the " Special price Ad $119" caught my attention to try a new place. I gave it a 2 star review because Jessie was nice and was New and she has little impact on my low review. I will say I waited 4 days in to see how lash's are doing before I left this. I got " volume" lash's and they have decreased by 30% already. Facts: I have always gotten " Volume" and they last at least 3 weeks and when I return a few lash's are removed by my previous esthetician at no charge. 1. They have never charged me to remove the few left over lash's it take minimal time and it's better for them to work fresh. I was charged $50 ( without it being told to me until I paid) to remove a few lash's that took less than 5 minutes to do. 2. The "special" says lash's, but don't say specifically classic. When you enter you are shown a book of examples and you tell them what you want. I showed them. Little did I know, though I told them on phone and in person that I usually get hybrid or Volume, that those lash's ( same look I normally get) was a $45 up charge. 3. The private studios have all facilities in the location you are at. During cleansing I was led down a 30-40 foot hall eyes closed holding onto someone's hands whom I do not know, to blindly use a sink and wash my eyes. 4. By the time I left I paid over $220 ( without tip included) for service that I have paid $140 IN TOTAL for each session for the last 1.5 years. 5. This price Of $220 was considered lower per a sign posted because I had a less experienced esthetician. My prior esthetician had 3-4 years experience. 6. In addition my previous appt with estheticians included a bag with cleanser and clean brush. Here you are over charged for these little things that you need to up keep your lash's. In addition they automatically tell you to come back every 2 weeks which is bad for your lash's if they naturally retain and have more time to grow before adding more. 6. Going here you are paying an up charge for things that shouldn't matter. And you do not get the same quality experience as you do at a small business private owner. Example. Two front desk employees who are distracted on their cell phones and call you wrong name and repeat things wrong that you have already told them as an example. Over priced brushes and cleaning supplies, uncomfortable tables to lay on with no protected cover and used blankets and under leg cushions not cleaned. read more

She never communicated with me that she can not achieve the look I wanted b/c of how my lashes are. Maybe she did not b/c of how sick she was.
