This is the worse place ever. I picked up a look that I wanted and ended up with a total different look. She never communicated with me that she can not achieve the look I wanted b/c of how my lashes are. Maybe she did not b/c of how sick she was. I don't know how she spent two hrs touching my eyes and breathing in my face and coughing ! Please don't go there ! Very bad.btw , I asked them for a refund and she told me that it is against their policy to refund. The girls that did mine her name is Jayde , she kept saying that she has allergies , later when it was too obvious she admitted to being sick ! He took the time to consult with me about which lash style I was looking for and which would suite my eye shape, the fullness/fluffiness I was looking for, and other personal preferences. I have a membership and decided to walk into this specific location to see if they had time for a fill and the manager/owner (or whoever he was) is going off on one of his poor employees right outside of the front door!!!!!!! The poor thing seemed distraught as he just went on calling her a liar and accusing her of applying to a different location and I literally watched as he kept holding on to an envelope without letting go-TOYING WITH HER! I wasn't able to get to them in time to stop the situation but I went to console the crying girl afterwards and although she wouldn't tell me what happened I refuse to give my business to someone who treats their employees like dirt. This was my first experience getting lashes done! Jessy was super gentle in applying them and I loved how they looked. I'm over a week into having them and feel like they still look great. For other first timers, it's taken a little bit of time to get used to caring for them and I've been more careful with touching my eyes which has taken some getting used to but it's been a really fun experience having them and taking a break from using mascara! I had gone in to the lash studio in Sherman Oaks at the start of covid and they convinced me to pay for a membership, and then shortly after closed. I was then charged in November for a monthly membership charge, and they said that they "notified me of the charge because they texted me that they would be reopening"..:to me that does not mean the membership charge will be active again. Anyways, I had moved at this point and the closest location to me was Valencia, almost an hour from where I now live. I went in for a full set and was told that I should get the 6D lashes for longer lasting retention. I was also told to buy lash cleaner for $20 to help retention. I spent 2 hours getting the set, and drove a total of 2 hours for the appointment. 4 days later, I had zero lashes left. When I called to complain they refused to refund anything and told me all they could do was have me drive another hour for another full set. The absolute worst retail service experience of my life. i went there for the first time for an eyelash dye. They take your credit card when u make appt. i know why. The technician immediately got dye in my eyes and they were burning. I made the appt for my bottom lashes and the girl refused to do it stating they had a customer waiting. I waited 10 minutes and she had to wash off the dye on my top lashes and never dyed my bottom lashes. I requested they finish the service and the rude receptionist refused. This receptionist has no customer service skills. She wanted to charge me for services not rendered. She in fact did charge me after I left and told her I did not authorize the charge. After not receiving any dye because the top lashes were washed off and the bottom not done they charged me 40. I have never left a bad review like this ever. I usually leave positive reviews. I went here for the first time because closer to my house and for obvious reasons will never return. I am looking into disputing the charge and whatever complaints/charges I can make against this salon and receptionist for charging for services not rendered and also when advised they were not authorized. I gave the salon a chance to dye the bottom lashes and try the top ones again but they refused and instead charged me. I wanted to be sure to let you know to stay away from this place read more

I give this place two stars because of the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. Although my lash stylist was kind and fast, I left with clumpy and fake-looking lashes. Within the following 3 days, the majority of my lashes fell out. Within a week, only a few lashes remained. Upon falling out, I saw that my lash stylist had used a mix of double and classic lashes, when I had specifically asked her to use classic only. The only reason I would come back here again is to use up my leftover refills from my cancelled membership subscription (non-refundable). Even then, I don't think I'll return here. read more

This place is clean and has a great atmosphere. Upon entry I was greeted by the manager, Diana, who gave me a general questionnaire to fill out as I was a new client. They have a sink for cleaning your lashes prior to getting your extensions. My lash artist, Angie, did a wonderful job applying my lashes. She was kind and considerate regardless of the fact I had a heavy cough. Overall, I love my lashes and they are worth way more than what I paid for ($25). If you go here to get your lashes done make sure you leave a tip because if you don't they will discontinue your membership, I got my membership canceled due to I complain to much and not tipping. So they want you to pay for your membership and tip on top of that,For me paying for my memeber ship and extra cause I get extra lashes added for a whisky look, I pay more than my memeber ship every time I went in! is it wrong to just want my money worths is that too much to ask. I had a really great experience! I went with Josue and I left super happy. It had been a while since I have gotten my lashes done and I felt like he was knowledgeable and and reminded me how to take care of my lashes. He is also really gentle, and I thought I was going to fall asleep at some points. Overall, I felt good about the whole experience. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. :) I'm excited to just get out of bed, and have my lashes ready to go! For someone who rarely ever gets eyelashes extensions i had high hopes and now I feel like this place is making me not want to get them again and spend my money on them. I go inside I ask if the deal was true and they said yes and that they actually had time at the moment to do it. So I said okay great. I know your probably saying well your getting what your paying for but when I went inside the lady that did the nails asked if I wanted some volume in them she said because it will give more of the appearance and what not I was kind of stand-off ish because i figure ok does this come with the sale and she said I think it will look good and I agreed and then she said it will be 55 bucks extra. I taught about it for a bit and I figure she's done this before and I may need it so I said okay. The lash tech was sweet and nice nothing about her but idk about the work. Yes my lashes feel like I have nothing there but when I got home one of them started to fall down. I was like omg. Okay whatever i let it go then comes the next day one of them came off. Great!!! And now it's the following day and another comes off. Is this what I got charged the extra 55 bucks for? Like there probably goes 20 Dollars if volume or whatever eyelash is coming off. I'm really really disappointed and definitely going to give another place a try or maybe not. They really ruined my experience for eyelashes. Thanks. This is one of the worst lash studios I have ever been to. I never had to post negative review but my experience here was not the best. I got the natural/cute lashes and by the third day, my lashes were already falling off. The following week, my lashes were already almost gone. It took 12 days for my lashes too ALL fall off. I've done my eye lashes several times at other lash studios but figured I would try this place out because I liked he convenience of them being available on the weekends and late hours. First I get to the lash studio at 2pm. My apt was at 2:10pm and didn't get seen until 2:45pm!!! Then within 48 hours from getting them done my left eye was blood shot red and completely irritated! I called to complain and they said "well I don't know what to tell you other than coming in to talk to a manager." I asked "well what will the manager do. Probably nothing and probably not even issue me a refund." And the receptionist over the phone says "yeah your probably right. Sorry." Luckily their manager contacted me back without me having to contact him and he was extremely apologetic. He recommend if come in and have a professional see what was irritating my eye. Do not get a membership, they are going to switch stylist each time or times. Then when you cannot complete their time change, they state they will apply a cancellation and 50 percent service fee. Then if you have credits, good luck, they will not return it if you close the account. They suggest instead to use credits towards a stylist for being late to an appointment. I got my lashes done from this salon at 5PM, by 6AM the next morning over half of my lashes had already fallen out! I have never had this happen before! Horrific experience at Amazing lash. Far from amazing. Went in three times so far, and got sucked into a membership. Also purchased the gimmicky products they have in the front that DONT work. Called into cancel, and will be charged one more month for a fill, that lasts one week if that for 70$. Save your money. Go somewhere with a better rating. Went in another time and was told my lashes had fallen too much. I laid down on the bench to start all to be told I need to get up and come back another time when they "have more time". LASHES: Lashes are put on in chunks rather than individually on the lash like said in their informational sales pitches. Lashes are plastic like, not mink at all, glue smells like super glue. GLUE: I've been told the management keeps changing their glue by staff members. MEMBERSHIP:Highly disappointed, tried calling the studio to cancel and was told I need to be charged anyway for one more month even though I will not be returning. You need a 30 day written notice, speak with the manager, explain why you're cancelling, and also get charged one more time whether you like it or not. Updated Review: Reasons why I'm not coming back... they don't know how to schedule appointments. Every time I come in for my appoint I end having to wait an extra 10- 20 minutes for my stylist. Seems like the stylist don't have enough time to finish working on their clients so they cut in other people's appointments! The last time I came in For a refill my appointment was at 12 and I waited for 20 minutes!!! They offered to set me up with another stylist because mine was taking too long so I agreed. The stylist was very nice but when it was finished my lashes look like nothing had been done. It looked like it still needed a refill badly. At that point I just didn't care anymore. It's not worth the money or time. I cancelled my monthly membership and will be testing out other locations. Only reason I would've stayed was because of the stylist Dayna. I've had a few different stylist work on me and Dayna was the best. If had known my refill with the other stylist was going to be pointless I would've waited for 30 minutes into my appointment for Dayna. But seriously don't schedule clients a certain time and then have them come 5-10 minutes early to cut into their appointment by 20 minutes. read more

I was very hesitant to try out a new lash place because I love the lash lady I currently go to but this location is a lot closer to home and I thought that their VIP Guest List full set for $70 was too good a deal to pass up. All the girls were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my entire experience. The studio is brand new, clean, simple, and a beautiful facility overall. Dayna did my lashes and I have to say she was awesome! She was super personable, and held great conversation. I expressed my concerns and reluctance to try out new lash extensions but Dayna was super friendly and understanding. We decided on a style and she explained what she was doing throughout each step which really put me at ease. However as I began to notice discomfort that lasted throughout my entire session. My eyes were irritated the entire time which caused me to develop a migraine during my session. I'm usually able to fall asleep during my 2 hour sessions but because of the pain I was experiencing I really could not get relaxed. (I also felt immense pain in between my eyes every morning when I woke up which turned into morning migraines which I NEVER experienced at my other lash place.) Another thing I dislike is how their extensions feel in general. They feel very fibery-almost plastic like and they also felt heavy on my eyes. The volume lashes I am used to getting feel like real hair and feel like nothing on top of my natural lashes. When I was done I have to say I was unimpressed overall. The lashes were very natural looking because she explained to me that they did not currently offer volume lashes which I have been getting for a while. Because I have naturally very short, thin, and stick straight lashes, it did make a difference but I still felt like they didn't look as good as the volume lashes I am used to at my other salon. I set up a following appointment with Dayna because she was so sweet but ultimately decided to cancel because I couldn't justify having another session when I was so unhappy with my first set. I hate to have to make this post a negative one but the model advertisement is very misleading. It's almost as if they used half the amount of lashes that they use when they do them regularly.
