Followed everything they said never more makeup cleansed it gently with soap that they recommend and there's nothing left on my eyes after 6 days. Don't waste money. Well, I have to say I was really excited about finding a Lash service near my house in Westlake as I had been going to Lakeway to get them done at another studio, which was great, but far. I walked in and signed up for the monthly service... first session took about 2 hours (bring ear buds because the constant pounding and noise from the exercise class next door is not fun) - finished up, signed up, signed paper work and purchased the lash cleanser to take perfect care of my lashes until my next visit. Within a week, my lashes were gone with maybe a few stragglers. Let me also state that I do not wear eye make up or mascara with my lashes - this is the entire reason I get them... So, I decide, well, lets book my next appt and give it another chance. Walk in this morning for my confirmed 9:30 appt with Aly - I have received a confirmation email which I kept on my cellphone - arrive about 10 minutes early and as usual the reception girl is on the phone - I stand there for about 5-10 minutes until she is done with phone call and when she proceeds to check me in there is not appt. I show her my confirmation and she has no answer for that and they cannot do my lashes. I ask to cancel my account at this point frustrated with the entire experience. I fill out cancellation paper work and ask to refund my card for the appt. they could not fulfill today and she said she would be unable to do that. Stumped I emailed Michele Foley who I guess is the manager and have had no response. people there are so many great lash places - this seems like its not worth it. read more

I would highly recommend this location , i went to another place that had messed up my lashes making them stuck together and fall out faster then usual . When I came into this location they were happy to fix my lashes and make them full and healthy again . DO NOT COME HERE. I came in for an initial full set, liked it, was told to do the membership. I came in 3 weeks later, told I needed a full set, was upcharged for it. Then I was told to use volume lashes because they were lighter and would last longer, came in 3 weeks later, AGAIN upcharged to do a full set (I actually had to leave because they didn't have time to do a full set) came back and was told I couldn't get a refund on my membership but they would give me credit after I argued. I used the credit and was again told I now needed to come in 1-1.5 weeks to keep it full!! Ridiculous and feels like a scheme to just keep upcharging. They never once offered to credit me for anything or do anything but say "sorry every person is different" and shrug. Will never come back here again and feel they employ really shady practices to make more money and less focused on customer loyalty. read more

I went in to get my lashes done for the first time here and then receptionist gave me a bunch of paperwork to fill out and sign, saying I had to fill it out BEFORE I could get my lashes done. FYI it was for a membership that they charge monthly for. 59.99 per month. The receptionist didn't say it was for a membership FYI. ( Issue #1) The lash artist was nice but didn't do the lash type I paid and asked for. (Issue #2) When I checked my card information a WEEK later, I had a bill for 59.99 on my statement. I called in to see what it was for and the receptionist said, "oh this is a membership fee." Me: "I don't recall signing up for a membership?!" Receptionist: "that's weird this is the second call I have had today about this." Me: "can you please refund it?" Receptionist: "No, my manager has to do that but you can email us." There is no email on their website FYI. So you have to fill out the contact form. The manager gave me a call today to tell me that "I should have read what I was signing as I signed a contract for a membership" Weird considering I was NEVER told it was for a membership! I do recall the receptionist telling me to sign it BEFORE I could see a lash artist. I gave the manager a tip on how to train your sales reps to mention membership info to incoming customers and how they should know what they are being given to sign... IF I was told it was for a membership at the BEGINNING, I would have considered it more. HOWEVER, since I was manipulated into signing a contract and forced to give them the first months' fee without being refunded, I give this place 1 star and would like to tell everyone else-- BUYER BEWARE. Don't sign anything. Don't go here. Go elsewhere. Other places are 10 times. Better. This place has no ethics or morals or customer service. They don't care about you or your business. So basically I was a model for them to practice on when I went in. Which is fun but I still took it seriously because clearly they are handling my eyes and lashes are a big part of a girls look, right? When I walked in I was greeted but the girl at the front desk looked a little confused but hey no big deal. I waited about 5-10 minutes and then I was called back into a very small room. The atmosphere has a nice vibe and it looked very clean. The room was very small, but did have a door for privacy. I laid down and was offered a blanket. I was pretty comfortable the whole time BUT the music is like so loud and it was playing a bunch of lame music and it drove me crazy the whole time I was lying there haha. It took a little over 2 hours and I ended up getting the most full lash look. She was VERY gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! I am very pleased with my lashes and experience, minus the music ;) For just being a model to a new lash technician, I still feel that she did a great and professional job! read more

Too much turnover with stylists which shows me they do not value their employees. I've had so many problems with the glue clumping making them painful and they fell out all the time even when I used recommended products. Treat their employees horribly. Melissa is the manager who shorts her employees' pay, makes promises she doesn't keep. Not professionally managed so all the good stylists leave. If it's easy to get an appointment, beware! That usually means no recurring business for that stylist. Don't bother leaving a message either- no one EVER calls back. DO NOT COME HERE!!! Worst lash studio i have ever been to by far. I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am on May 12th (i was set to travel later on that night) and I get to the studio and they tell me the girl who was supposed to do my lashes went home sick. I was pretty understanding about this because things happen. The receptionist and I reschedule to have an appointment at 2 pm later that day with Maryam. I had other obligations that I had to cancel at this point but I again wasn't too worried about it because it comes with the territory some times. I call them to confirm that I am actually set for 2 pm with Maryam because my instincts told me to double check because they were already mad shady. The receptionist then proceeds to tell me I never had an appointment with Maryam and that my appointment is with Omni at 3:30. She had a really bad attitude and was arguing with me as if I would make up having an appointment??? Mind you, this was my first time ever coming here so how would I know Maryam by name?? I finally arrive at the studio at 3:30 and Omni did not wash or sanitize her hands before touching my eyes and her hands smelled like beef jerky and cheese (she likely had just got off of lunch). I asked for hybrid lashes and she gave me light volume instead (I had not one individual lash on my eyes. It was all fans). I was wondering why it took so quick (I was getting a full set and it took around 45 minutes). She simply did not give me what I asked for. The lashes started almost completely falling out after about a week of getting this "full set". The service, atmosphere, and punctuality of this place is all terrible. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! read more

I have been going here for about 8 months now and I still love it. I have used many stylists and not one has been any kind of disappointment! Anyone who complains about their lashes falling out too soon is simply just not taking care of them enough. I have had them last a long time and a short time and it was all my doing (wearing wrong kind of mascara, rubbing eyes/allergies, touching them too much) That being said, this place is very reasonable compared to others I have been to, you can't beat $50 a month for 1 refill. I will give one stylist major kudos- Bailey, who is new, did an excellent job on my lashes! Will definitely be recommending her more often. All the girls are super nice and professional. I have had my fair share of issues with receptionists/scheduling in the past but everything has been resolved since then. Went in to get a full set and it was only like $80! My lash technician was Rebecca. She did a awesome job, exceeding my expectations with what I wanted. I hardly even felt her touch and fell asleep during the process. My friends already want to get their lashes done too. She told me about referral and discounts too. My lashes have held up really good as well. The place is a franchise. So, not very cozy and cute like other studios I've been to, but with the prices and membership program it's worth it. i came here for the first time last week and i won't be back for many reasons. i called and asked for pricing on a first set to try this place out. i was told about their intro offer but they use this to get you in the door and then scam you for your money. when making the appointment i was offered a master stylist. this is not my first lash place so i asked if there was an up charge because i just wanted to try out this place so i didn't want additional fees. i was told it would just be the intro price and i said well ya then why not. i came in 15 minutes early to do paperwork but was never given any. i was told i would need to wash my own lashes or pay for them to do it for me. thought this was weird. they sent me to a dirty bathroom that is literally gas station quality, not where you want to be washing your eyes. then i sat in the lobby waiting for my appointment and right when the girl came to grab me the front desk girl said omg i forgot to have you fill out paperwork, oh well we can do it later. thought that was unprofessional. i went into the room where there was no where for me to put my things down but on the floor. the bed was super uncomfortable and the tech barely talked to me about recommendations on what we would do that day so i asked a lot of questions on styles of lashes and then i said we could do hybrid style. she never once told me this would be $65 additional. i would have never agreed to $65 since the appointment itself was $90. that's insane. i came out to checkout where again the girl forgot to have me fill out any paperwork. then she told me my total was $200. i was shocked and upset and she was super rude and said there was no way no one told me about charges. versus trying to come to a solution as it was my first time here. no wonder they have a ton of empty rooms at this place and such an open schedule. save your time, money, and frustrations and go somewhere else. oh also to add in, my tech who was supposedly a master stylist used way too much glue. my eyes four days later are sticking together and burning. read more

This is my second time posting, as my first review was deIeted. I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. Don't get sucked in to a contract. Turns out to be WAY more expensive than they lead you to believe. Where do I even begin? 1. My first appointment didn't start off great. I showed up at 9am on a Saturday, and the place was locked with all employees waiting outside. The manager, who had the key, had an emergency and would be back in a bit. Fair enough, I understand. They called to rebook my appointment the upcoming Tuesday, which is when I was leaving for vacation. They found an opening same day that I needed, and promised they would comp my membership fee and give me half off my first full set. Got my lashes done, they were fantastic. Went to pay, and they would not honor the 50% off. I ended up only signing up for 3 months because of that. 2. Second appointment. Have to go in 2 weeks later for my next appointment, and an hour later, I finally get in. The manager and the employees were sitting around gossiping while I waited to get in. In front of me, the manager would ask an employee if she could start on my lashes and they all refused. I finally got in, and my refill wasn't even 30 minutes. There was no mirror for me to check my lashes, and they rushed me out. Started my drive home, and realized that my fill was not only incomplete, but they were extremely uneven and my lashes were falling out. It was so bad, even my fiancé noticed. I called to get back in within their "3 day grace period", and they weren't able to get me in. So I would have to pay another $50 to get it fixed. Also, later I found our the style that I asked for was not the style the employee did. 3. Third appointment, and I get in about 30 minutes after the scheduled time. This time Natalie and the workers, were gossiping about customers after they walked out the door. It's like they forgot I was sitting there waiting for my appointment. Had my lashes done this time, and they were great. However, they started falling out drastically after about 4 days. I've had my lashes done on and off for about 3 years, and every other place I've been to, they don't start falling out until a week or two later. 4. I only had a 3 month contract, and called to make sure I wasn't going to be charged anymore. I didn't even get my last lash fill because it was such a waste of my time. But of course, I look at my bank statement, and they're still charging me. I've called multiple times and left messages, and have not been given a call back. 5. I check reviews for this place every so often, and I've noticed negative reviews have been either removed or deleted. 6. I've had multiple friends and colleagues who have been here, and none of us use them ALS anymore, for a multitude of reasons. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Lash place but this one. read more

Insanely horrible service. I bought their products, listened, and obeyed how to extend the life of the lashes and the lashes fell out left and right. They were patchy and unappealing from the start. I enrolled in a membership thinking, lets give it a shot, maybe a different stylist would do better... false. Upon trying to cancel my membership, they are EXTREMELY difficult to work with. I went to amazing lash a while back... my lashes looked great!!! The only problem I had was the way the some of the employees are treated. It was like watching mean girls. I gave the 3 stars for the young lady that did my lashes. Just feel sorry for the one's that get picked on and have to work there. For that reason I won't be returning I can't stand when ppl act so immature. Maybe professional training for management and employees.
