Ive been getting my eyelashes done here for about a year and half and I love it! Today I went to Amy for a temporary removal-just to give my eyes a little break :) She was so helpful on how to care for my lashes! Super professional and really awesome! She also did a refill on me a few weeks ago and did a fantastic job. I really like this place, the people are honest and helpful. I really appreciate that they will tell you if your eyes need a little break from the lashes (also you can freeze your account so you don't get charged when you don't have your lashes!) Also i don't know why people on here say they need refills several times a month. Ive never ran into that problem. If you take care of your lashes- ie. brush them, take off makeup before bed, you for sure won't have to do that...basically just take care of them and they will last great. My daughter had her lashes done here in March and signed up the the monthly maintenance program. She cancelled this program within the "allowed" three days. Later that month her credit card was charged $49.99. She called to explain she had cancelled the program. The manager Natalie, told her she must not have gotten the message and could not cancel it now---but that my daughter could get her April maintenance lashed done and then cancel the program. So, I called Natalie on behalf of my daughter. During this conversation Natalie received "special approval" from her corporate office to cancel the program and refund the $49.99. I was told this would take 5-7 business days. That was 3 weeks ago and we have still not received the refund! Several days ago I left a message for Natalie but have not received a call back. This is not an honest business practice (we cancelled a service within their timeframe, they wrongfully charged us, we called to alert them, they have not refunded our money and have not returned our phone calls). We have disputed the charge with the credit card company and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In a message (with another employee) I left for Natalie on Friday I explained I would be sending a negative review and filing a complaint with the BBB unless I heard from her (communicate with me, let me know what's going on and why the refund hasn't happened yet)---that was 4 days ago---nothing, crickets... I want to start by saying my first experience at this place was very good. So I had a wedding to go to and wanted to go in for a fill. When I arrived they couldn't find my appt. but I showed them my call log and when I made it. The front desk girls were great. Trying to work everything out, offering to send me to another location, I didn't have time to be driving around. So then a girl named Rebecca had finished with a client and had some time before her next. The 2 girls up front explained my situation but Rebecca just wouldn't take me. She "needed a break" is what she said. I offered for her to just do what she could in 15 mins...nope. Not having it. So I left, not upset at the facility or the two girls who were trying everything to fix the mix up but upset with the caliber of employee that Rebecca seemed to be. What would have been the right thing to do for the business was not right for her. Selfish, not a team player, client comes first? Not the type of employee I would want in my service industry company. I see a review for Kate who was so great but now gone. Its a shame they lost her. Still trying to decide whether I go back. I have been getting my lashes done for about two years in the Austin area and have tried several different locations. I have never been more pleased with my lashes as I am after walking away from here. After consultation with my lash stylist, she understood exactly what I wanted. My lash stylist, Kate, was meticulous and detailed in making sure she filled in all the spaces with lashes that she could. and I left feeling beautiful and confident. Their membership options are exactly what I was looking for as the most cost efficient way to keep up with my lashes. They also offered me products to help maintain my lashes between visits and gave detailed explanations on how to use them. The front staff was extremely friendly and genuine. They helped me understand the membership benefits and other services that they offer. They even followed up the next day. I couldn't be happier overall with my experience and give it my highest recommendation. read more

I really feel the need to write a review for this location after reading several poor ones (which clearly didn't deter me from going). I found the staff to be professional and friendly, especially with it being my first time in. I knew going in that they want to sign you up for their 6- or 12-month package, but I explained that I'd like to wait to see how I like the lashes before committing. They were completely pleasant about this. My eyelash aesthetician was professional and did a great job (I've had lash extensions before from other places so have something to compare to). They look lovely and I've received plenty of compliments. They even called me the next day to check in on whether I was happy with the result. The only reason for going 4 stars over 5 is that after day 2, I lost several lash extensions in the middle despite being careful not to get them wet, etc. But overall, totally worth it and still hanging in on day 6. My membership ended two months ago and I have been charged twice since then. I have emailed 5 times with no response. After trying to cancel before my 'membership' before it ended (even though the girl I booked with told me I could cancel my membership ANYTIME) I realized that I would like to have all of my communication with them in writing. Now after months of trying to communicate via email I will be calling to cancel AGAIN. This place is a joke and a scam, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING with them. 100% not worth it. read more

DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!! I paid money to enhance my lashes, relax and feel beautiful I didn't pay money to be in pain and have an EYE INFECTION! I came in on Friday afternoon 10/27 at 3:15pm. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions and I got an eye infection in my left eye right after! :) instead of feeling beautiful about myself after I got my lashes done I feel insecure and have the need to wear SUNGLASSES in PUBLIC. They did not inform how to take care of the lashes or the next time to get a refill... it was not a relaxing environment and I felt like I didn't know what was going on, it was very sketchy. Thanks "Amazing" Lash for ruining my experience of getting lash extensions! $100 gone straight to the trash, I then called the business and all the lady had to say was it will go away in a few days..... she made it seem like it was a common thing ? Have been going here since October of last year and Joyce, Claudia, Jennifer, Rebecca, and Jimi, the assistant manager, are fabulous. Booked today with a new girl and it was, to say the least, horrifying. She spent two hours attaching the lashes to my eyelid, not my lashes, and Claudia, absolutely love her, gave up an appointment, to take the badly attached lashes off. I've been coughing, sneezing, my face looks like a cross between a chihuahua and a Martian, just from the excessive amount of glue that needed to be removed. If you can book in with one of the girls above, or Shea or Courtney, I'm sure you'll be happy, but after my experience today, unfortunately, I will not be going back. read more

Horrible! Super unprofessional. Seemed like a scam! I normally get my lashes done elsewhere, but I had a wedding coming up and needed a last minute quick fill. I explained this to the receptionist when I made the appointment. She said no problem and quoted my $42 and booked me for the next day. When I arrived at my appointment, the receptionist immediately asked my if I wanted to join the membership. I told her no, that I like the person I normally go to and just needed a last minute fill because my lady was busy. During the next ten minutes as I was waiting for my appointment to start she asked me THREE MORE TIMES if I wanted to join the membership. I told her no each time and was starting to get really annoyed. Then she told be it would be $72 for the fill and if I wanted the discount I needed to become a member. Then my lash stylist came to get me. We got back in her room and were discussing what I wanted out of my fill when the receptionist came in and told me that actually I could not get a fill there because it was against their policy! She kicked me out of the place! I could not believe it. I told the receptionist when making the appointment I needed a fill and was coming from another place, I told her the same thing when I got there and she kicked my out AFTER I denied the membership? I think she is working on commission and I was screwing up her numbers. Super unprofessional. I can't say how the actual lashes would have looked, but I was not impressed with the receptionist lashes, so I am assuming they would not have looked very good. Yes, this place is very cheap, but you get what you pay for and I will NEVER be back. read more

Both girls are so nice and really know what they are talking about! They are so thorough and want to be sure that they get EVERY lash (not to mention they are super quick). I went to this place because of Yelp reviews. The lady I normally go to moved so I thought I give them a try. The atmosphere of the Salon it great really girly pink and black. There radio was not working so some one was playing Pandora kinda of top 100 music. The rooms were shared so I can hear the conversation around me. I have only got my eyelash by people the have a single booth so I was expecting something more relaxing this part of my experience was bright lights and bad music this was the first time I did not fall asleep during my application. The lashes looked great when I left but from the door of the shop to the car two lashes had fallen off. I did not think much of it I just thought maybe that happen during application and she already took care of it. The next day I had a plane to catch so I did not call them by that time 5 more lashes had fallen off I know how important it is to follow the directions so I did just as directed no water and brush with the kit no mascara by the end of the week I had 3 lashes on. I am so disappointed with the entire experience I would not recommend them to anyone read more
