Got the Lincoln limo for 8th grade dance. Limo arrived a bit dirty with water spots all over the outside. Door handles inside were broken, wine ice container had mold or something like it with open bottles. No music stations or seatbelts to be found. The car they sent was a late model, run down, high mileage limo. The A/C barely kept us cool on a hot afternoon on the way to our event, the car actually broke down (overheated) and caused us to be late to our expensive event. When it overheated, the driver said that this happens sometimes and not to worry...just need to stop and put some water in it! Really? Owner was argumentative and threatening at the end of the night when I was trying to discount the fee. It's surprising to see so many positive reviews on these guys... makes me wonder if those reviews are even real. I'm out... be careful if you choose these guys. read more

Needed to provide limo service at the last minute for a funeral at Riverside National Cemetery for my family on 5/19/17. Coming from Hawaii I had no clue where to turn. Based on yelp reviews I called and spoke to Art. After talking to Art I knew I did not need to look further. After a few basic questions he quoted me a reasonable price over the phone. I only had basic information on the location of the cemetery and the hall where the celebration of life would be afterward. Art told me he would look into it and not to worry that he would take care of me. He did. The day of the event we had Vance as a driver and he had everything handled. He showed up early and told us what to expect at the cemetery and handled everything from there. No worries as we say in Hawaii. I booked a party bus from Amazing Limousines back in July for my 29th Birthday in August . The morning before my rental, Art called to inform me that a group of people had taken the party bus to a Rolling Stones concert the night before and that he's not sure what they did to it, but the entire back half of the bus wasn't working (AC/sound). He informed me that they were doing everything to try and fix the problem but if for some reason they weren't able to in time would I be ok with a Hummer limo at a less rate. I said yes (I had already called multiple other places prior to booking with Amazing) as I didn't want to deal with the headache of calling more places and had faith that they would have the problem resolved by the next day. Saturday came and a Hummer showed up. Yes, I was disappointed but I was prepared for that possibility. The driver handed me the contract to sign and told me the total amount. It was not discounted like Art said so I had to call the company and have Art speak to him (lack of communication). What I was not prepared for was how tight and uncomfortable my guests and I would be in the limo (all 17 of us fit in there like Art said, but not comfortably, which is why I booked a party bus in the first place). Then the limo took at least 30 minutes for the air conditioning to cool the area down and if we slowed down or came to a stop because of traffic/stoplight, there went the AC. In the middle of the day, during summer, with grown adults packed in the back like sardines you can imagine it wasn't very pleasurable for anyone. To top that off, I was told that it would be decorated with a happy birthday banner and balloons, it was not. We arrived 20 minutes past our time due to traffic and I was informed that there would be a $55 charge. I called the company the next day to ask about this but there was no answer which was fine because it was a Sunday. I called back Monday morning and spoke to Art. I asked him about the charge and expressed my dissatisfaction with my experience. He informed me that the contract states that they're not accountable for traffic. He also told me there was nothing in the contract that stated balloons and a banner (again, lack of communication within the company) and I informed him I had it in an email from the company that they would provide balloons and a banner. He told me he would have to talk to his boss and that he would get back to me right away as they didn't want me to be unsatisfied with my experience. It's been five days now and I still haven't heard back from them. I booked Amazing Limousine based on the reviews and for me my experience was far from Amazing. read more

This company saved our wine tasting trip. Unfortunately I had originally booked a limo through Living Social and when I called him the morning of our excursion his line was out of service! I found this company on Yelp and after the great reviews I gave them a call and although it was early the owner answered and showed empathy for our situation. He called me back within 10 minutes to let me know that they could accommodate our last minute request for 6 hours to wine country. Although it was a little bit more than what we paid for our Living Social deal it was reasonable and I was ecstatic that they were available and able to meet the 8 of us within 1.5hrs. Our driver Julio was personable and very nice. He was familiar with the wineries and we enjoyed having him as our driver. I will definitely keep Amazing Limos in mind for our future limo needs. As business travelers with disabilities, my wife and use a lot of limo and van companies. This is one of the best. We have used them four times now. The people in the office and our driver had excellent customer service skills. Reserving the vehicle was very easy. Their fees are reasonable. Our disabilities require that we travel with six fifty pound suitcases. Even though we say that when we make reservations, we still get drivers that grumble about it. This did not happen with Zane Collins from this company. He goes way beyond the skill and customer service levels of your average driver. Zane is not a driver - he is a chauffeur in true classic sense of the word. His driving skills are excellent and he knows short cuts. He knows when you want to talk and when you want to be quiet. I was a little nervous since i didn't know them at all and only had one referral to a company that had no cars available. Art the owner was great about explaining things to me and even warning about getting the larger cars when we didn't quite have the commitment from enough kids. So we went with a regular limo which worked out great. He was right, the #of kids and even who was going changed a couple times, but it all worked out. Tony was our driver, prompt, professional and great with the kids. The car looked good, had some scrapes on side but kids didn't notice so still was cool for them!
