I needed a limo to take 8 passengers to a Bruno Mars concert then LAX. I shopped around. What struck me about Art and his company was that he called me immediately and was very sincere. He gave me the best price upfront and really followed up and had great communication skills. He insisted that every thing was going to be as planned. On the day of the concert, Zain (sp?) our driver arrived 15 mins prior and we even left early. He was always courteous and did his best to please us. My only small grip was that the vehicle was a tad outdated. It was a stretched limo that comfortably seated 8 adults and had room for 6 carry on luggage in both trunk and front passenger seats. The limo came stock with tons of ice, water, and soda (as promised). The limo was clean. The reason I mentioned out dated vehicle was that it did not come with bluetooth for our iphone to play music. That was really the only knock. Temperature control was good. We arrived at our concert at the appropriate time and was picked up and taken to LAX right on time. We needed to make a stop to pick up our luggage before being taken to L.A., as we were leaving for Maui early the next morning, and they were so accommodating! We had taken our card box with us in the limo only to realize that we couldn't get it back home or fit it in a suit case, Art took the box and kept it in his office where my mother-in-law was able to pick it up that week. I called Amazing Limousine after I had tried to reserve a black Lincoln stretch with another company. Right from the start, Art put me at ease after I told him it was my daughter's senior prom and she really wanted the black stretch Lincoln! He gave me a much better price with more time, and assured me he would make sure the kids were well taken care of. Since this was my first time dealing with this kind of service, I had lots of questions - I called Art and he was gracious each time I called! And also returned calls/texts in a timely manner. Yesterday was the Prom and Tony was our driver. He was awesome right from the start! He called the day of the event to introduce himself and to verify the pick up location. Once he arrived at the location, he called me to let me know he was there and asked me to let him know when the kids were done taking pictures so he could drive up. He was sure to open the door for them, and they told me later that his big thing was that he HAD to open the door for them - part of his job as their chauffeur! I gave two stars instead of one because the other reviewers seemed to have really positive experiences, so maybe Art was just having a bad day when I spoke to him. In any case, I asked for a quote to shuttle wedding guests to and from the venue on my wedding day. Not an outlandish request, I thought. Art didn't seem to feel the same way. He was was pretty rude the entire time he talked to me. He scoffed at me for not knowing that the weekend of my wedding was prom. Sorry, man. I haven't been worried about prom for 10 years... When I went to prom. Then he was really put off by having to check his schedule to see if the pick up and drop off times I requested were doable. Not to mention, it seemed like he wanted to me see into the future to guarantee my guests would be RIGHT ON TIME for the pick ups. I'd love to say that everyone would be perfectly punctual for both, but sadly, I am not the puppet master of everyone attending my wedding. Love this place! I was searching for a Limo company for my best friends bachelor party because the one that was supposed to plan something, planned nothing. So I was in a rush to find something fun, good quality and good price. Limos are always fun and it was even better with our driver that was very prompt with us and made sure we were all taken care of the whole night. Quality I am always afraid because limos from prom were always trashed but this limo was in great condition and everything worked the way it was supposed to. Needed a LIMO to celebrate my GF birthday last minute, called and spoke to ART few days before. We decided to go with Amazing Limousines for our girls night out. We were quoted a great deal which included a bottle of our choice (Vodka, Rum, Whiskey). I had told Art we had chosen Vodka during our initial conversation. Zane our driver was prompt and got us two and from our concert in time.
