This review is only about the booking process ( we did not end up booking with AFG Luxor Limo). I reached out via online form based on a comment on Facebook. The antiquated online form on the web site asked for all the details including destinations, hours, passengers etc. Once I submitted the form I received an email with quotes. I emailed back with my selections and asked for next steps to secure the date. I then received an email asking me to email, text, call or submit ANOTHER form asking for the exact information plus credit info. I decided I would just text to avoid another form. The text asked me the exact information, destinations, passengers, hours, I already provided and when I brought this to their attention they said they didn't have the ability to look through all the quotes even with my name. In this technology driven world I find it frustrating and inconvenient to repeat. I provided my card number to the owner David and explained this process of booking is very cumbersome. He tried to run the card and sent a screenshot showing declined. I asked to run again and he said the screen showed fraud but when I asked for a screenshot of that message he said he couldn't send for security. The whole process from then made it feel sketchy. It was obvious to me he did not want me as a client. I ended up calling Steve from http://www.exquisite1.com/. He was nice and I was able to book in minutes. I provided same card and it worked just fine. I also ran the card separately with the same system they used and it was approved again just fine. Just used them for my bday weekend! WOW such an awesome company. They picked us up from Corona to drop us off in murietta. We also scheduled them to pick us up today 11/22/20 from murietta and bring us back. I was scared to use them based off the reviews but they were the best priced out there. It was such an easy experience all the way through we were picked up on time he was actually there about 15 minutes before helped us with our luggage, pulled up in a beautiful 2021 Mercedes sprinter stocked with soft drinks water and music. He drove us safely and got us to our destination and quickly. Picked us up also 15 minutes before our pick up time, was very patient with us and again got us safely back home! I would highly recommend them for any occasion and I will definitely be using them again! read more

I sent this email to the company after our unsatisfactory experience with this limo company and I have yet to hear back from them. They are very unprofessional, unorganized, deceptive, and they failed to provide everything they promised. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know. To whom this may concern,     "This company was the first limo service I have ever hired in my entire life and I was severely disappointed. When we first spoke on the phone you provided a very different price for this service, however; on the day of my son's birthday/graduation party you decided to finally send me the actual contract. On the day of the party you sent a contract that should have been sent on the day of the service conformation. This is very unprofessional. The original price for the four (4) service was $575 with my $100 deposit made the final cost $475 plus whst I decided to pay for a tip to the driver. On 06/19/20, you sent a different price which was $695 minus $100 (my deposit), which made my new total $595. You added a tip $60 and gas price of $60. These amounts were not explained to me during my initial reservation. I had already planned on tipping the driver and I actually did tip him after the service. There was also supposed to be a "Happy Birthday" banner and apple cider on the limo for my son and his friends. This service is very deceiving and very dishonest to their customers. I truly believe you did not provide what you promised (Birthday banner & Apple Cider) and you overcharged a new customer. Used AFG limo service for a girls night. We were picked up on time. Drove us to concert from Perris to Norco. Our driver Yoseph was very nice and patient with us. Helped load our chairs in the back. The sprinter was nice and clean stocked with water, sodas and plenty of ice for the drinks we brought with us. They were the best in price! Hi, I requested a quote on Wednesday June 26 2019, via AFG Luxor Limo's website. They replied via email in a timely manner. The only "BIG DOWN FALL" is that their customer service sucks. I asked about four questions and they choose and pick which one they are going to answer. So I was emailing back and forth , until I got tired of they not answering everything at once. So I asked nicely if they could read the entire message answer it all at once, is that too much to ask??? Never heard from them again. Other Limo venues answer all of the same questions I had. Yes, AFG Luxor beat the other's prices, but guess what AFG Luxor Limo, I rather pay a little more, than to give you my business if you don't know or don't care to answer your customer's needs. read more

i only gave them a 1 star because i had to ..this is the worst service i had to deal with in my life .. i reserved a limo and put down a 200 deposit, david the "manager " said that he called my house numerous of times which he didnt to confirm. mind you they already to our money out of our account. so the day came 6 kids outside waiting on this limo, we called david he said that the limo came to the house , how if 6 kids and their parents were outside taking pics how did you come to the house. ..i asked him if we reserved the limo at 5 and he was here it 530 where is the car? no answer !!!! he hung up in my face, so the other parents called david he turned his phone off.. i wouldnt recommend this unprofessional service to nobody . my brother and his friends can never get this day back this company messed up everything .. they are liars and thefts . read more

I only give it a one start because I have to give some starts. Limo had no work EFFIN A/c and it was over 100 degrees. They couldn't even get an owner on the phone or another limo. Highly recommended!!! I did find this limo company from the reviews online and I did set my appointment with David. Very very nice professional man behind it all, I enjoyed his business and I recommend this company highly! I had to get a limo for my son birthday for his friends and David helped me set up the appointment and kids running late so I was able to purchase another hour or half hour of the limo incase we wants to go elsewhere. I can't say anything bad, use them and you'll be satisfied! Limo was very clean and enjoyable. I will defiantly call again, I saved the number in my phone incase I do need again. I Called to get a quote here the other day and the customer service was terrible!! The man who answered only asked what time I needed it for not what type of limo after telling him all the details and him only responding with oh I don't have it I just gave up because clearly he didn't care for the business. Had a TERRIBLE experience with AFG limo on Saturday April 22 in Corona, CA. My son in law to be had arranged for a limo to pick up the wedding party and transport them to their venue and they were to do provide additional return trips to get the rest of the party (mother and father of the bride, 85 year old grandmother of the bride, officiant, and several others) and they FAILED TO SHOW UP!!!!. We got a call from the first party when they were dropped off (2:35pm) so we made our way to the bottom of the hill and stood outside in the 90+ degree heat in our wedding clothes on a dusty country road so that we would be ready to go quickly when he arrived. We called the dispatcher and tried to call the driver after waiting for 20 minutes (the ride shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes to make. We continued to wait until 3:05pm and finally decided we had to drive ourselves. Fortunately we had a couple of cars who could make the trip. All along the way we looked for evidence of the limo and saw no one. He surely wasn't lost because he had made the first trip successfully so he knew where it was. He just didn't show up. He didn't want to make the drive down the dusty country road. SHAME ON HIM and shame on the management for refusing to make this right.
