I booked a 27-passenger party bus with Kings and Queens Party Bus Inc. for March 29th (12:15-4:15 PM) for my daughter's 10th birthday. I paid for the entire booking and invited 16 children and 12 adults. I was originally assured that the 27-passenger bus would comfortably accommodate our group, and was even told that since most of the passengers were children, we would fit well because the capacity is based on adult passengers. Leading up to the event, communication was mostly fine, but the day-of experience was extremely disappointing. Shortly before our scheduled time, I was informed that the original 27-passenger bus had a flat tire and a smaller bus would be sent. I was cool and understanding because I was told it would still fit our group. That was not accurate. The replacement bus was advertised as 24-25 passengers, but with 23 people onboard, we were already cramped and one adult had to stand. Ultimately, not everyone was able to ride, and several parents had to follow behind in their own vehicles, missing out on the experience entirely. The bus also arrived 30-40 minutes late with no clear ETA given. When I asked for one, I was told the bus had just arrived, which caused us to scramble and delayed boarding even further. This created a domino effect. I had to adjust restaurant reservations, notify parents of a later pick up time, and manage a large group of children with very little communication or coordination from the company. Because of the delay, our reserved tables were given away and we had to wait to be seated. Then, despite the late start (which was not our fault), we were rushed out of the restaurant by the driver. We were not able to complete planned stops, which was a major part of what we booked. The most unacceptable part was how the situation was handled. When concerns were raised, the owner said, "I can shut this down and you can figure out how you're going to get everybody home." This was said while we were responsible for transporting 16 children. That response was not only unprofessional, it was completely inappropriate. The bus itself also felt unprepared. It appeared rushed and not fully cleaned, the blinds were disorganized, and the interior lacked the "party" or club-like atmosphere that was advertised. Some lighting features were not functioning, the Bluetooth had issues, and the air conditioning was inconsistent, with the front of the bus noticeably warmer than the back. I somewhat understood because they were not expecting to use that bus or to have a flat tire in the originally rented bus. I did not complain about anything. I say this because, while we tried to be flexible and accommodating throughout the experience, that effort was not matched. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of the inconvenience, no apology that felt genuine, and no offer of compensation or partial refund for the downgrade in bus size, delays, or overall experience. Although additional time was added at the end, it did not make up for the rushed and altered itinerary. This was especially disappointing because we were hoping to find a party bus company we could use time and time again for future celebrations, including my other children's birthdays and my husband's upcoming birthday. After this experience, I would not consider using them again. For the cost and importance of events like this, the lack of reliability and professionalism is simply unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend choosing a more reliable company. read more

It was a very smooth booking process and transparent on what's included when booking. I love the way they even set up with the color scheme we picked for our birthday girl . We were going for sunset /girly pop vibes. (This is an add on for decoration) . But beautifully executed. I also loved they let us bring in our own snacks/drinks and they have a mini cooler set up already so we can chill out drinks . Our driver for the day was Marlo! Thank you for getting us there and back safely , he was very kind, helpful and respectful to our loud party girls lol. He was also our photographer for the group lol. I had a very disappointing experience with Kings & Queens Rentals. What started as a simple reservation quickly turned into a situation involving poor customer service and a clear violation of our contract. My bookings were made well in advance--in June 2025 for the party bus and December 2025 for the sprinter. My original party bus date was scheduled for 4/11/2026, but shortly after, I had to push the date back. At that time, I was not charged any type of rebooking fee, which I appreciated. We later booked a sprinter as well, and I was specifically promised that it would be converted into a party bus-style setting to match the experience I was paying for. However, on 3/25/2026 when I called the company to clarify the remaining balance, I was then told they had been "scammed" and that I would no longer be getting what I originally booked. Instead, I was told I would receive a very basic sprinter--essentially equivalent to a very expensive Uber--with none of the luxury features that their service is supposed to provide. They changed the terms of our agreement without properly notifying me, and I only found out after I reached out myself. By that point, I was already put in a difficult position due to their lack of communication and accountability. To make matters worse, the male representative handling phone calls repeatedly leaned on the fact that they had given me a "good deal" on two rentals, as if that justified the changes and lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing the issue or taking responsibility, the conversation felt dismissive and unhelpful. When I expressed my frustration--(which was completely justified) they chose to cancel my reservation altogether rather than take responsibility or attempt to resolve the issue. There was no effort made to offer alternatives, no attempt to honor the original agreement, and no real customer service recovery at all. What's most frustrating is that this could have been handled professionally. A simple effort to rectify the situation or communicate transparently would have gone a long way, but that didn't happen here. I would strongly caution others before booking. Reliability and professionalism matter when you're trusting a company with important plans, and unfortunately, that was not my experience. Response to this owner: I appreciate your response, however I do not agree with your characterization of the situation. I have text messages and video proof clearly outlining what was promised to me, including the Sprinter being converted into a party bus-style vehicle. This was a material part of my booking decision and agreement with your company. Additionally, during our phone call on March 26--which was recorded--you did not offer any meaningful alternative solution. At no point was a comparable solution provided. In my written part of the contract it actually states the bus that was supposed to accompany the other bus. Using a sprinter that would no longer fit the party it was designated to use is not a reasonable resolution for your short coming. Your statement that you "offered an alternative arrangement" is not accurate based on both the recorded call and our prior communications. I also want to address your claim regarding the contract. While you are now attempting to state that a Sprinter was not guaranteed, I have documented communications confirming exactly what service and type of experience was being promised. Furthermore, I have come across additional information, including a Yelp review, indicating that your company may have been actively attempting to book other clients during my contracted time. This raises serious concerns about whether my booking was properly prioritized or honored. While I acknowledge that a refund was issued, that alone does not resolve the inconvenience, added expense, and disruption caused--especially given that I had secured this booking months in advance (June 2025 and December 2025). At this point, I expect accountability for the failure to provide the agreed-upon service and the lack of a reasonable replacement option. read more

Hired them for PROM, they drove 14 kids, our driver was exceptional, shout out to PRISCILLA she was great from the moment she arrived I knew our kids were safe & would have an enjoyable experience! Unfortunately, wish I could say the same as the other reviewers but alas. I booked with the anticipation of celebrating my birthday and bolstering up a small business in the process however was left deeply disappointed. Prior communication to departure, I was made aware that our driver was seemingly double booked but willing and able to accommodate both parties. I was given an initial time frame in which we had to leave and a time was agreed upon, as we inched closer to the day this time was changed numerous times by the driver, making accommodations for my guests much more difficult. I was willing to look past this situation and continue with the service but was greeted with some hostility when my last guests arrived about 15 minutes out of his mental time window. He explained to me because of this he'd have to temporarily desert us (30 minutes) further from our destination and have another bus complete the job. I was very understanding and was willing to wait said 30 mins since I was made to feel like the inconvenience. Well those thirty minutes passed, along with two additional hours. My party was left deserted in a remote area on my birthday. The plans of winery hopping were ruined as I had to make cancellations and last minute changes as we sat and waited for a bus we felt would never come. I was extremely disappointed and clearly upset as I communicated. The rest of my evening felt like a let down. I thought by allowing the double booking to occur I was being helpful and putting money into a working man's pocket , however I was deceived by greed and incompetence. When I politely and GENEROUSLY requested a partial refund for the humiliation ritual I felt my birthday became, I was denied this. I'll never be able to get this special day back, whenever I think of the number 27 I'll remember sitting on the side of the road like a hitchhiker. Terrible vibes, do better. read more
