We were slightly disappointed in the condition of limo itself, especially considering this was for a special occasion - it looked a bit overused, we had to provide our own cords to plug in our music if we wanted any, the ceiling lights weren't working and neither was the privacy window. read more

What a disappointment on a girls wedding day!!! I had contacted Art about a month before my wedding and he sweet talked me into a cash deal with drop off and pick up on my wedding day using his "silver bullet" limo. He did not pay attention to the long conversation we had over the phone at all. He told me to send him a text message with all the information which I did immediately following our conversation. In both our conversation and the text message I explained to him that the limo was to do two pick ups at the beginning of the night and one drop off at the end of the night. The limo was to pick up my parents and then come back for my husband and I. When I arrived home to get in the limousine I saw a black limo outside of my house. I was confused for 2 reasons: 1) I had originally called looking for a white limousine but when Art suggested the "bling bling" silver one I was so excited. 2) I had also been promised a silver limo and I was looking at a black one. I had no choice but to get in and go to the reception. No champagne was ready for us like Art had promised and the limo was quite dated. I called him while in the limo and he tried to tell me that he sent a bigger one for me for the wedding day. Seriously?! The whole point was the color of the limo and he sent me exactly what I didn't want. He didn't care about how disappointed I was or providing a discount or refund. What we have here is a classic case of not paying attention or listening to the customers needs. He even tried to tell me that he didn't know I needed two pick-ups!!! Incredible! I had not only told him this during the conversation but texted it to him with the times for picking up both my parents and me. I was baffled. He even mentioned how his driver was going to be late to pick up the next party. I was floored at the audacity of this man making me feel bad about his own mistake on my wedding day!!! Had extremely high hopes for this company, as Dan scheduled my party ride with efficiency and a positive attitude. Driver was rude and smoked outside my home rather than greeting guests. Got lost to destination with two set of directions. A/C only cooled 1/2 of bus. Tape held lights in place and aux cords were insufficient. Was not told about stocked beverages and brought my own. Even after I called mid way through trip to share my concerns, driver did not tell me about stocked beverages and drove us to CVS to buy our own. We made sure our guests had fun and stayed cool, but I sacrificed my savings account ($200 per hour) to be sure my husband had a great time and he was miserable in the hot and stinky (restroom we were not told about on board was emitting a rancid odor) "party" bus from HELL. read more

Literally just got home from a night out celebrating my birthday and I HAD to yelp about it! I booked the limo just yesterday and Art was so nice and the process was so easy! The driver (Ron) called me when he arrived and we headed out! We changed our destination from where we originally were going to go and he was happy to take us! The limo was SUPER CLEAN and the bar was stocked with sodas, champaign, vodka and the glasses had cute animal print napkins, a birthday banner on the window and a couple balloons! We danced the ride Away and had a great time! We got to our first destination and he gave me his card, told me where he was going to be and said to call him up when we are ready! When it was time to head out he was out there ready to roll! We got in and headed to our next destination, which resulted in a change of mind to just go cruising around the city! Ron drove us around Beverly Hills, Hollywood and really took his time to make sure we would use all of our time! It was an enjoyable experience all the way around, really great prices and definitely the company to use for ALL events! Art and the driver he sent (I didn't catch his name) were great. We had a limo booked for our wedding. Multiple pick ups from a hotel to the venue for different parts of the wedding party. The driver was prompt and kept us up to date on his location for all the trips so we could time exiting the hotel accordingly. We had originally chose a traditional limo but Art called a couple days ahead of time. Seeing that it was gonna be 100 degrees the day of our wedding, he recommended we go with the larger party bus instead because the AC is better. He did this and still honored the original price. Very rude, no customer service. You will not get any email confirmation. Will only take cash the day of. Never was informed that it had to be a 4 hour minimum at the time of booking. Got mad with me because my church changed the ceremony time and said they had to book people around me, which is a lie. The change was out of my hands. Then just rudely hung up the phone. Take your money and business elsewhere. This is the kind of treatment I got over the phone I can't imagine what a nightmare it would have been the day of my wedding. Amazing Limo is definitely the company you want to work with. I had a Prom event and wanted to book a vehicle for my group of 11. When I gave them a call, I wasn't sure what type of vehicle I wanted to book but Art helped me through their fleet and advised the right vehicle for our needs which was the Mercedes Sprinter which was perfect for our group. Art was super helpful, kind, responsive, and patient, just an overall extremely good guy. After I booked the Sprinter for our group, some of the moms in my group had worries and were extremely skeptical since their kids didn't communicate with their parents and didn't trust me to book a trustworthy company. They asked which company I booked and I sent a screenshot of the Yelp page of the company and still wasn't satisfied even though they had 5 stars with 184 reviews, so they decided to call Art and ask for all sorts of information possible. If I were in Art's shoes I would've gotten extremely insulted, annoyed and probably would've canceled the whole thing. However Art went out of his way to send the information to the worried moms and even sent them more information than needed. After all that hassle Art himself showed up early with the Sprinter and took us safely to our venue with water and soda. Once Prom was over, he was already outside ready and waiting to pick us up. Our group was hungry and wanted to eat at a Canes and Art instantly found the nearest one and took us there. After we ate he took us safely home without any issues. For example, during the booking process I told him that I was sick, and since he had just been sick himself, he messaged me a picture of the medicine that he used to get better. Like what?! How nice is that?! Regarding the service, the limousine was beautiful. I was celebrating my bachelorette party during the same weekend as prom. Our initial limo service cancelled on us sighting that their cars won't make it uphill to our church thus leaving us in a dilemma.
