Booked a limo for our daughter & seven of her friends for prom on April 23rd. Limos were hard to find 3wks in advance, but Art assured me he had one available & his price was lower than competitors. (Other competitors were raising prices because it was a high demand date IMO) We decided to book with Amazing Limos basically because he didn't sound as shady as some of the other competitors I had spoke with. It turned out to be a great decision. Art called Wednesday before the event to confirm details, then again on the morning of the event to let us know that everything was in line & who our driver would be. Our driver was Annabelle & she showed up 15min early to allow for any photos at pick up, then drove our daughters to another location in town for pickups, got our daughters to prom an hour away on time, drove them to a quick bite to eat after prom, and had them home 10min early, just like a dad wants! I spoke with my daughter & she said that Annabelle was very nice, opened & closed the door for them, and went above & beyond. One of her friends wanted to throw her heels in the limo midway through the prom, texted Annabelle, & she was at the front door within 10min! The black Lincoln limo was clean, in good condition, the AC worked well, & Annabelle was courteous, informative & dressed professionally. We hired Amazing Limousines (Art) to take 20 Poly High School seniors from Riverside to the Prom in Long Beach. The service was exceptional from the first phone call to Art until Kenneth (our driver) dropped the kids off at the end of the night. We initially talked to three limo companies. Art stood out as the most responsive and most helpful. He didn't try to tell us what he thought we needed, though he gave us good advice when we asked. He answered his phone when we called (one company didn't) and the one time we had to leave a message, he called back promptly (one company never returned our call). The limo (a 20 passenger Hummer - exactly what we asked for) was on time, clean, well stocked, and in excellent condition. Kenneth was not just on time, he stopped by almost 2 hours early, just to make sure he knew where he needed to be and to let us know he was going to be on time. Kenneth came back about 20 minutes before the 5:30 departure time, to let the kids take pictures with the limo, and spent time talking to parents to give us confidence that he would be a safe, protective and responsible driver. The trip went smoothly, and they were back safe and on time. After hearing horror stories about limo service for proms, we were prepared for the worst. Being a bit nervous I followed up with Art on Friday evening before the day of the event to ease my mind of anything being overlooked. Tim was the driver. 10 STARS Our experience was an awesome one!! We needed a limo for our bachelor/bachelorette party. Art was the greatest. We thought we new what size limo we would need for 12 people, since the websites out there say how many people a car will fit up to. Art explained that is an up to, but may now be comfortable. He recommended the Hummer istead, since it would hold up to 18. He was totally right. Even though we ended up with 9 it was well worth the upgrade, had plenty of room. If he recommends the upgrade he is not giving you a line, he is very honest and will go above and beyond to help you. Zane was our driver. He was the best. He made sure we had everything we needed and he was very polite. We felt very safe with him. Since we were doing an all day trip from Riverside to San Diego starting at 9am to go casino hopping, he made stops along the way as we needed them until we got there. We never had to hunt him down when we were ready to move on to the next casino, we called and we was there. We ended up going over our 9:00pm done time since we were having such a great time, but he didn't mind. We got home at 3am which we had to pay additional for the extra 6 hours, but we had so much fun it was worth every penny. The additional fees weren't that bad either. We will only use Amazing Limo's in the furture. Honest, prompt, felt safe. They live up to there name AMAZING!!! As a gift, my Mom booked Amazing Limos to drive me and my husband to LAX and back for our honeymoon. Both drivers were very nice and professional. On our way home, our flight had an unscheduled 45 minute early landing which we didn't know about until the pilot announced on the runway. I texted the owner while we were still on the plane, just as a heads up, anticipating an understandable wait. However, before we even picked up our bags, the driver had texted that he was outside the terminal. I needed a limo to take 8 passengers to a Bruno Mars concert then LAX. I shopped around. What struck me about Art and his company was that he called me immediately and was very sincere. He gave me the best price upfront and really followed up and had great communication skills. He insisted that every thing was going to be as planned. On the day of the concert, Zain (sp?) our driver arrived 15 mins prior and we even left early. He was always courteous and did his best to please us. My only small grip was that the vehicle was a tad outdated. It was a stretched limo that comfortably seated 8 adults and had room for 6 carry on luggage in both trunk and front passenger seats. The limo came stock with tons of ice, water, and soda (as promised). The limo was clean. The reason I mentioned out dated vehicle was that it did not come with bluetooth for our iphone to play music. That was really the only knock. Temperature control was good. We arrived at our concert at the appropriate time and was picked up and taken to LAX right on time.
