HORRIBLE SCAMMING PEOPLE!! I'll probably be coming in there to talk to them too, but my elderly disabled veteran father went in for a massage. He was recently diagnosed with frozen shoulder in both shoulders and was looking for some relief from the pain. He's already in constant pain as he was hurt in Iraq and has permanent nerve damage. He just told me that the massage was okay, but afterwards when he paid $60 for the massage he gave a $20 tip. My dad is always big on tipping even if he didn't have the best experience that's just how he is he's a generous person. He said then, the lady held out her hand and said "ten more dollars"... Not sure if massage is amazing but customer service isn't. Bf called before 6 for a massage for 2 people at 730. There's poor signage outside and this place is very hard to miss. I called and the lady spoke no English. I just said thanks and hung up. I was trying to figure out what it was by. It's on the same strip side as Uncle Bobs towards the right/ end of facing buildings. We park and walk in the lady says oh 1 person he said no 2. She said oh only me available. Called up this place to book a one hour massage and was told it was okay and to come in. However, when I arrived they told me they were very busy and only had time for a 30 minute massage. The massage itself was very lackluster. The pressure was almost non-existent, like she wasn't trying very hard. She left the room multiple times, and even checked her phone while massaging. Called for an hour-massage appointment but the person didn't even ask my name. Got there on time and was charged $2 for card payment. Masseuse didn't even knock as I was undressing. She came in and immediately poured oil on my back and rubbed it so hard I was literally moving back and forth on the bed so I asked to do a medium pressure. They said yes and when we arrived 12:40, the lady upfront who barely spoke english and was very rude said we were late? Told us we had to come back in an hour and then we show up 50 minutes later, they said only 21 and up. Completely wasted our time and ended up going to MC That and they got us in right when we walked in. Seriously, just go to MC Thai. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and never had to wait for an appointment. The message is thorough and just what I need for relaxation, sore, stiff muscles. I just left this place and I am still trying to wrap my mind around this experience. 1. It is $50 for an hour massage. The massage itself was what you would expect for a $50 but there are a few things I just cannot get over. 1. The lady left the door cracked the entire time AND left multiple times to greet people with the door more than cracked. I was about to leave after I realized this but didn't know what would be worse, having the door flung up the rest of the way or have me left there on the bed covered with this scratch towel. 2. Let's take a moment and talk about the oils/lotion. They use off brand baby lotion and oil!! I didn't realize this until she put the "oil" on my head and you could clearly smell what it was. My first thought wasn't oh how relaxing it was "yep I'm going to break out". 3. You could hear the other employees speaking so loudly and the music was not relaxing it was upbeat and what you would expect find when walking around a market or swap meet. 4. The bed was so rough and left marks on my neck. 5. The massage was $50 I left a $10 tip even though 0 tip was required for this experience and she charged me $62!! Decided to try this place for the first time. I go over to Poke Port ALL the time and have seen this place, but never gone in. I had the pleasure of receiving a 90 min massage from LeiLei. It was probly the best massage I have received. I have been losing a ton of weight and working out hard, so all sorts of aches and pains. She hit every single point, and did so very well. I feel awesome after the massage. Everyone's experience is not always the same, so it is difficult to say what may have happened in the past...but will definitely return. read more

Massage was okay. They require you to pay and tip before getting the service. The lady I had was super nice, but during my massage when someone walked in or called, she stopped massaging and attended to other customers. The massage therapist counted the interruptions as part of my massage time. At one-point I was naked on the table with the door wide open. Realistically I paid for a 1 hour massage and tipped 20% and only got a 45-minute massage. They also charge a dollar to pay with a credit card. I regret tipping the therapist as much as I did. She already got her tip before providing the service which meant she could do whatever she wanted, including giving terrible service. read more

I booked a same day couples massage for my boyfriend and I, they were very accommodating but when we walked in I was surprised that they ask you to pay before and charge $2 to use your debit card. The woman helping us charged us for $10 more than what was quoted on the phone, so when I pointed that out she said we could just include that on the tip. After reading some of the reviews on here about customers being harassed for tips, I started wondering if this was really an accident. They showed us to the back and first tried to put us in separate rooms, when I asked for us to be in the same room we were directed to a a very small space with barely enough room for both massage tables. There was no where for us to put our clothes and I'm not really sure how two women managed to move around in the room while massaging us without bouncing around like pin balls. The massage itself was really nice, the ladies actually climb up onto the table to give more pressure and she did a great job of finding my knots and working them out. My boyfriend is convinced that the two masseuses did a Chinese fire drill on us mid massage and swapped, but I'm not so sure. Overall for $45 it was a very nice one hour massage, but I don't think I'll return for a couples massage simply because of the lack of space. read more

Ah mazing. Period. I've never had the walk on your back style massage, it was phenomenal and very deep tissue, and very good. I like my knots broken up and this did it. She was incredible. Then when using her arms and forearms she was both strong and soft so it was nice. My boyfriend had a massage And it was his first massage he's ever had ever.... He said it was an okay massage except at the end when he gave the lady an $8 tip... And he went to the bathroom and when he came out she was furious and telling him he needed to give her $10. She cornered him and didn't allow him to leave. He didn't have any other cash on him... She was very aggressive about wanting $10tip. He has never had a massage before and he didn't know about the tipping so he gave what he had as far as cash goes. This place was pretty good as far as the massage goes and it has a nice ambiance to it, but when I was done I was told that I had to tip 20%!! Had I been aware of that, I would have not come here. The receptionist should have told me that they required 20%. I am usually a good tipper, but being that this was my first time here, I want to tip the usual standard 15%. This left a bad impression with me so I will not be coming back to this place and would absolutely not recommend this place...simply because of the tip requirement. Visited Amazing Massage the other day before going to Pechanga casino. Diana was my massage therapist. Not only was she professional with strong hands, but she was pleasant and funny to talk to. So many massage spas have Chinese workers with poor English skills but Diana is Thai and her English is easy to understand. Not sure if the other massage therapists at this location are any good, but Diana is great! Be sure to call her for an appointment because I bet she's in high demand. read more

This place is new - used to be Calla Day Spa - it is very nice and they do a great reflexology massage - they even include and extra back massage. If you call and make an appointment they give you a $10 discounted price ($25 for an hour reflexology). My boyfriend has constant foot pain, so I wanted to take him to a reflexology place for Father's Day. As I have never done anything like that, I wanted to make sure I did my research on places first. It was actual a little scary seeing so many comments about pathetic guys looking for "extras". This was one place where everything looked fine. I went to the location to book my appointments. The staff was nice and helpful, and the store was clean and well decorated. The services were amazing! My boyfriend and I absolutely loved it. The therapists really took their time and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our time. Cons: They do charge a dollar to use credit/debit (which they don't tell you). You do have to pay first, but we did tip after. They did keep the door open during our service, so we could hear the phone ringing and other people's conversations. However, we still loved it and will be coming back. My boyfriend wants to go at least once a month. read more

My husband and I were in town for our anniversary, we went in for a couples massage, where we were greeted warmly, and then accommodated to fit our different preferences of massages.
