Came here cause I've seen it on my way home and went on Google and saw that the recent reviews were 4 to 5 stars. Decided to give it a try given it's so close to my house. Went in there was only 2 people there so service was fast. Got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure (red french tip), the pedicure was decent she took her time removing the cuticles around my toes but did nip me a bit, no blood was present and she apologized, she shaped them great towards the end. She also did an amazing job with polish coverage on my toe nails, my toe nails are pretty small and I have chunky toes so prior nails tech were extremely careless when it comes to application. The french tip was okay I wanted them a little darker in color (burgundy) but she didn't apply a second coat. She took her time and they did come out great. Overall I loved the service and will definitely come back for the pedicures here! Also, the ambiance was also nice in my opinion, kinda quiet which was cool, they do have a TV so I watched a movie while getting my nails done. read more

The work was good, but she was extremely in a hurry, she broke 3 of my nails when removing the dip powder I had on them, because of how fast she was trying to go. I told her I can't have gel because I'm allergic, we used dip powder, when I asked her if I could get French tip, she said that it had to be done with gel. I felt she said that using the gel allergy as a way to be done faster, as I know she could have used regular nail polish, which she used for the top coat to make my nails shiny, and I stayed near the fan for 10 more mins waiting for them to dry, it would have been the same with getting my French tips with regular polish. I usually come for French nails (ask for Harry he does very pretty and unique nail designs), but they also provide other services for great price (especially in this pandemic). Place was empty when we arrived right at beginning of rush hour. Dropped in with my sis because getting to her favorite spot was a nightmare with streets closed for a carnival. Now the service itself was average. The nail techs were nice. But the sanitariness was questionable. Hard, stained towels. I couldn't see where they brought the equipment from, it wasn't wrapped up. I left feeling uneasy. I sort of sat around waiting for the disposable flip flops, I think they were going to let me walk out barefoot! Nooope. The mani pedi I got was bare bones. And still left some polish on my skin because it was a rushed job despite only one other client. My sister got home and doused her feet in rubbing alcohol bc she felt it was so dirty ! Worst mani- pedi !! The time spent on both was no more than 15 minutes, including polish. My 5yr old has done a better job. All they did was remove the polish, soak in water and minimal job filing. I've came here a few times and there's a woman I like that does my nails. I was told I would pay $22 for my services and my moms fill was also $22, I gave them an $11 tip and when it came time to pay they didn't tell me what they were charging and charged me $48 for both services. Even if they charge a debit card fee they should let me know what they're charging and why. The prices on the board are not accurate at all and the guy who did my manicure told me they charge $3 to remove nail polish if I don't get gel. My nail salon and my back up were both closed so I drove past this one and it was open on a SUNDAY so I decided to give it a try. There was one customer there so I was skeptical BUT the guy that greeted me was friendly. Anyways they told me to put my feet in the water tub and I was again skeptical because they didn't use any plastic liners I figured they cleaned them after every person. So I carried on got my pedicure done it was alright but for $12 I can't complain. Then I move on to my acrylic set and the man tells me I shouldn't get "coffin cut" cuz my nails are short .. I ignore that and told him that's what I wanted. So then I see the one other lady that was there before me leave and another person walk in. I was DISGUSTED to see they sat the new customer in the same chair that the first customer was in without cleaning the tub! I was so grossed out but at this point I was done with my nails. Also the man quoted me 12 for pedicure plus 15 for short acrylic + 10 for gel. At the end he told me it was 39 which doesn't add up it's 37... I didn't fight because I figured he included a 2 dollar tip then I paid with my debit card and he's like it's an even 40 whatever I was in a hurry.
