The box trucks from Penske are way better than the ones from U-Haul. Moving and re-modeling is extremely stressful at times and to have a smiling, helpful person in Megan and the other staff members -- was refreshing. During our 10/11 months at the facility, all questions were answered quickly and courteously whether by phone or in person. Facility is very clean, well lit and safe. It was well lit! 3. I liked that I could leave a key there in case I forgot mine at home and I didn't have to fiddle with providing my own lock. 4. Personnel were all VERY professional. 5. Not only is it a very convenient, clean, and pleasant location...the staff is phenomenal. We live in the Laurelwoode apartment complex next door, and they should take notes on customer service from these folks. You pay a bit extra for a facility, but you GET what you pay for. We have rented storage units in other places but this facility was like the name, amazing. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ron and Jackie to find space to store our vehicle for a few months. Unfortunately, we were not able to find a big enough unit at the Magnolia facilities so Jackie called the other locations to find us a spot. We meet with Denise and Nick at the Shenandoah location and the space was perfect. Both facilities were beautiful, clean and well managed. Amazing spaces treat their customers very well. There are clean bathrooms, cold water and snacks, a conference room, lounge area, wifi......too many perks to list. I highly recommend renting here. Excellent facilities!! Clean. Units armed and disarmed with exit and entry. Super clean facilities. Staff, especially Sabrina, are wonderful. You can use their conference room if you rent here. Has wine cellar storage. Onsite bathrooms are wonderful and so clean. They keep you hydrated with water and energized with snacks.Overall just a fantastic experience. read more

Awesome storage units. Clean, climate-controlled, well-lit, safe. We kept half of our household goods in a 10x30 unit for 4 months and our furniture is still clean and ready to be moved in to our new home. Sabrina and the rest of the staff treated us like family and gave us multiple options to save money. We used a lot of their packing supplies and those were great, and we rented their moving truck multiple times. It is just as clean and easy to use as the rest of the space. You might get a slightly better deal if you shop around (I couldn't find one) but this is one of the few places where we would trust all of our stuff to be held. read more
