The red walls make the art work pop. The soft music is relaxing. They raised the prices on lunch specials, but dinner specials are just a dollar more. We got dinners and had enough left for another meal. Two things I really like about the New Royal Dragon are that a cookie and ice cream bar is included with the meal and they have dinner specials which include soup and egg rolls.
