I've only done curbside pickup a few times here. It's been great. Customer service is excellent, prompt and quick as scheduled within the hour timeframe selected. Quality is satisfactory, no issues. The only one issue is sometimes they are out of an item I want and I'm not interested in a substitution and the reason for one less star. Prices are reasonable, the online shopping with curbside pickup is very convenient. Easy parking and ease getting in and out of parking lot too. I find it's easier than Whole Foods which seems to be pricier and difficult parking at Bella Terra. read more

I very much want to like this Amazon Fresh store however every week when we do our grocery shopping I'm disappointed. Here are my pain points: Too many associates who are rude and don't even bother moving when I'm trying to get through the aisles Often times these associates seem to just cut me off and can't even say excuse me. Some associates have their cart right in the middle of the aisle making it difficult when you have more customers in the same aisle Items advertised are out of stock on day 1 and don't get restocked. Items often get relocated almost every week to a different aisle which makes it difficult to find Variety of ice cream flavors are not available Last time I purchased a huge container of soup, there was no napkins for me to wipe the container. Cashiers are a hit or miss, sometimes very friendly or just doing my job attitude. Could use a more friendly approach read more

They have lots of good healthy products. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. You can use your prime account for payment and you can use special carts that scan your purchases and you can skip the check out line read more

I feel like it's unfortunate this Amazon Fresh location consistently don't have any of the weekly flyer items or basic items that are readily available elsewhere. To make matters worse, the customer service and interactions I have had with the people who work here haven't been positive. I used to have items shipped for pick up here only to encounter really unpleasant, and mean sounding clerks. The checkout ladies are also something else. It has gotten to the point I choose not to bother ordering or attempt purchasing anything at this location. Why bother if the items are either out of stock, or the cashier is slow and utterly unpleasant. I find it shameful because the facility is otherwise open, airy, clean, with ample parking spaces. It has so much potential yet it's sadly lackluster. Happy to be going to a different Amazon Fresh location nowadays. read more

This is by far the nicest Amazon Fresh, I was assisted right away no line for my Amazon returns. This young employee with dreadlocks helped me unconditionally I was very hesitant. He did it very professionally and fast. I appreciated that. I was then asked if I needed anything else, everyone was so pleasant. On my way out, I was helped by this drag queen at the cash register, loved her. She was very tall and beautiful. I genuinely like her. Last but not least I was looking at these mini cupcakes , I met the most beautiful employee named Nicole, she helped me back in line to get my mini cupcakes. Nicole went above and beyond to help me, when I told her I was on Worst cooks in America Season 12 she was so excited. She is an artist as well. I showed her my autobiography on Amazon Little Lily from Secretary in Vietnam to worst cooks in America 5 stars on Amazon. She said she will give me 5 stars without reading my biography. So sweet, she's so genuine. Nicole is one of the best employees at Amazon Fresh and I'll be back most definitely I just moved to the area. Thanks for hiring the best Amazon I've spent about 5,000 dollars ytd and will keep buying from Amazon & Amazon Fresh. It's an honor that I meet the greatest ppl who work for this dynamic company. It's always nice being greeted as you enter the store. I typically go to the store at least once a week to pick up my Amazon order or return something. The clerks at the pick up window are always patient and courteous even with the longest line. I haven't encountered one grouchy or rude clerk. They never get frazzled! I'd be pulling out my hair! The self serve return kiosk is so convenient. As far as the clerks in the aisles or at the register, they are so-so. Nothing to complain about but most seem bored and not too happy. It would be nice to be greeted with a friendly hello or smile. But, at least the customers get greeted at the door! The carts with the iPad thing to scan products is not convenient! I bought produce (potato and tomato), chicken and a snacks and it took me 25 minutes! lol! By the time you scan and look for produce on the iPad thing, it's faster to check out like normal! Store is always clean and tidy. Seemed like they got rid of the cafeteria style entrees which is probably a good thing as the food looked like it wasn't popular and sitting there for a while. I like that it's been replaced with a different display of food. Prices especially on sale items is a good deal. Other products are priced well too. At first I hated this store but for in between shopping during the week, it's my #1 choice! If you order stuff on Amazon, I'm sure you'll be hooked on shopping at Amazon Fresh too. read more

First and last time shopping here. The store was completed gutted of the products I went for and I just wasn't impressed in the least. I went in with high expectations and the store was nothing special. Just another grocery store with out of stock issues. Oh and the cashier was as friendly as a king cobra. Told her it was my first time shopping here and she barely uttered a word. Didn't even say hello or greet me in any way. First impressions are everything and this place failed miserably. If I could give a zero I would. Customer service sucked. All those employees everywhere and all they were doing was standing in the aisles, making messes and spreading clutter or being in the way, asking customers to move like we were bothering THEM... not asking if we needed help to look for anything. Not once in the 3 hours I was there was I asked if I needed help. My first time there ever. I will never go back and we just moved to HB in July. I'd rather drive all the way back to Cerritos and go back shopping at that Amazon Fresh just for the customer service. Nevermind this location had great prices, was a bigger location, and just by glance offered more options; but overall, the environment sucked because the employees didn't even feel like they wanted to be there, there were messes - wet areas that were left, it was like walking through a junior high gym. To top it off, when I went to ring up my overloaded cart, there was only 1 register open, the lazy register employee didn't help, wasn't friendly, the manager asked if she had someone to cover her or vice versa, there was no one to help bag - my cart was full of $400+ worth of items; so not only did I have to unload my cart, I had to bag my items PLUS I offered to get another cart to put the bagged stuff in to make my own life easier. As she was ringing me up, she annoyingly and painstakingly waited as I went from unloading to bagging and was rolling her eyes like I was taking too long, and wanted to get on her cellphone; she started to was apologize to other people waiting in line as they had to move elsewhere. Then I mentioned "oh wow, did some law pass again that we have to not only pay for our own groceries but bag them now too?" Then she replied they were short staffed and there were only two of them working tonight. Hmm okay. Whatever. Then when it came to paying with my Calfresh card (which is again none of her business, though it is a life learning lesson for this immature kid or should be nonetheless) and I'm explaining to her the two components of the cash part and food part, she rudely interrupts and says we don't take that. You'll have to pay another way. So I ask to speak to her manager. And fast forward a few minutes, she rudely says "I make too much to get food stamps so I wouldn't know... and I don't have kids so..." just WOW. First of all, we're not going to flip the race card here, second of all, I'm not the one working on that side... third, I don't have to explain my situation. This coming from an Asian talking to a Hispanic worker in a predominantly Caucasian neighborhood grocery store. ‍ they only take food ebt not both. It's not clear, and I was trying to discuss like a real adult would but most management would. This facility doesn't have mature adults on staff and they don't know about the system so don't go there if you want to have an adult conversation with staff. read more

I LOVE this store! Sad the food bar is gone but it didn't look like it was doing well. My only comment is that almost everyone who works there is a turd. I've been disappointed since this store open because of pricing. Now, they decided to switch how they price the self serve hot food and didn't put up signs to warn the buyers. They are now going by weight and not box sizes. They have always been over priced, but there is no reason for me to pay $10 for a small box of refried beans when I could have bought the can for less than $2. This is my last visit. read more

Went to try a new location. The store is huge which is maybe why it is understaffed. Went to the salad bar and made a salad from the remains of the leftovers. Then went to the hot bar and got three chicken wings. From there I went to the self checkout. Put the chicken wings box on the scale and it said $7.99. For three chicken wings? Then I put the small salad box on the scale and it also said $7.99. I pushed the "help" button and waited, and waited. After about 10 minutes a lady came and asked if I needed help. I asked her if the prices were correct. She told me the prices were based on the size of the box and not the weight. I told her I was not going to pay $7.99 for three chicken wings. She cancelled my purchase and I left the store never to return. read more

When I went to Amazon fresh, I was only going into the store to see what they had. As I started walking around but behold, they had a lunch buffet that they put the food out at 11am Then it switched out at 2 pm. I thought I found myself going every day of the week for too much.The food was great, so great that I put on 10lbs 12lbs .So I STOP going but I will go back soon go back with my sis I told her about it so we have to go. It gives a 800# and routes you to a call center in the Phillipines whom these people have no clue what you're even talking about at a local level! 0 star for the check out lady, if I had the option to do so. But I don't. I do not understand people that DOES NOT like what THEIR company is advertising and pushing out. I went in because Amazon had a deal for PRIME member at their Amazon fresh store. To even qualify for this deal I had to pay to be a prime member. So I go in for the deal they advertised at their Amazon fresh store and the cashier gave me and my wife a hard time to check out. TO the cashier: if you do not like the deals your company is ADVERTISING, then tell your boss or even call Jeff Bezos himself and tell him, lhey, don't advertise this because I don't like it!" It is ridiculous, only saving grace and why I am giving a 3 star is because the manager. Great job on her end and she kept it professional. Even with the manager telling the cashier lady what to do, I heard the cashier lady whispering some random things underneath her breath as she looked like she was forced to do something she truly hates. So this is the end of my ranting now, but I probably won't be coming here anymore. I should have read the reviews, because apparently there are on going issues with this store. I was very busy and couldn't make it out to the grocery store to get stuff for dinner, so I went onto my Amazon app to see what was available and how pricing was. They had all the items for my Italian pasta dinner, s'mores and other snacks. They offer free delivery for order of $35 or more (not sure if that's because I'm an Amazon Prime member). All the items arrived within the time window given and in perfect condition. All the refrigerated items were still very cold. I'm glad I was home to make sure to put the items away because they were not in a cooler bag or ice pack. First time ordering groceries from Amazon Fresh and I am very pleased! read more

The workers here are rude. A lady was yelling at me to go through another checkout line from across the store. I had no idea she was taking to me but I wanted to speak to a worker because the prices were different online than in store. I would never go back in person. Just order online because when I asked them to price match to the price listed on amazon for the SAME item at the SAME location they said they couldn't. They don't take tap to pay either. read more

Only been to this Amazon Fresh store twice so far - both visits have been relatively positive. They don't really carry the milk I like, so it's not enough to be my regular grocery stop, but if you're an Amazon Prime customer AND you have the Amazon Prime Visa card, you can sometimes double up (even triple up based on limited-time offers via the Visa app) for savings on various groceries. They also usually have QR codes for 20% off $50 or so in groceries if you have Prime. The selection is decent - pricing is a hit or miss. I think the grocery store side of this location is more for those who shop online to get their groceries delivered home, since there's a lot of those uniformed Amazon Fresh workers milling about the store. Another plus - there is very little foot traffic here. Always easy to find parking up front, and minimal checkout lines. You can even get one of those "smart" carts that will scan/charge items as you place them into your cart. Another great point is that you can have your Amazon packages delivered here - as well as initiate some returns as well. I ordered a relatively heavy product that couldn't fit in the Amazon locker near my place, but since I didn't want it delivered home and risk getting the package stolen, I was able to get it shipped here where I was able to pick it up from the staffed counter. I am not sure why some folks are so grumpy. Well, they are cleaning out the less unfortunate (homeless) out of the zone. If you get off work or school and are fried or have a set schedule and jam. Everything is done on the go with your phone. It took me awhile to get the swing of things. But I love the lunch specials! How did I miss the Pizza?!?! I just found the best deal in town. So yeah, you hate talking or seeing anyone after work because work is demanding then this is your store. No phone like me? No problem no need for phone but you will not get the extra perks as if you become a Prime Member! Did I tell you I got a Thank Giving Turkey for $5? Yeah Baby! America's best kept secret for on the go! Just go online place your order and no problem. The only thing that I get why they require for you to pull out and show your ID if you are entering into the Spirits (booze) aisle. That can be obnoxious but all staff is lovely. Now one odd Observation, but I guess they need 10 (ten) cameras per aisle and they can roll down to see you better? Just look up and look at all the cameras and wires. Atmosphere is minimal to industrial sterile warehouse. Deli has fantastic meat deals to lots of pretty good fresh flower deals. Coffee +Cappuccino machine and fresh pastries. Front face all the way around with bright big lighted parking lot. I walk in the evenings and sometimes yes in the mornings you see the police playing the homeless visits. So the new Chicken fast food is helping clean out those folks out. Over all it's taken me a long time to write this review but I am the obnoxious lady with the biggest hat. lol Store is always clean and the hours work perfect for me. SO happy Amazon has come to HB. I was never impressed with their prices or selection of items at the Amazon store. The thing that I did like was the salad bar and their soups. Approximately a month ago I had gotten a medium sized container from the salad bar. At checkout, you would weigh the container and pay according to its weight. It would range in the 7 to 8 dollar range. Now there are only 2 sizes, small or large. The large is what medium used to be. I was shocked when it range up at 15 dollars! It is no longer based on its weight, just a flat rate. I can get a very good salad in the same shopping center at Chick-fil-a for just over 10 dollars. The good, the bad and the ugly... (Long review to hopefully help management) The GOOD: you just walk in and walk out. No standing in line to check out. I appreciate innovation and new experiences. Soft background music, new and clean store. $20 off $40/$50 coupons. The UGLY: Where to start. I'll start with service. I've been to this store 3 times. Every time I have approached the meat department no one has come to help me, so I just walk away. The restockers in the isles NEVER move out of the way even if they see you are trying to get something blocked by their cart, they ignore you. No sense of customer priority. There are also many carts with order fillers moving around the store with large carts, I don't expect them to move but today one almost hit me and said excuse me as in "get out of my way", not in an apologetic form. I asked a middle aged female employee, who was just standing there, where I could find aluminum foil and she said "I don't know and continued to stand there without even attempting to look to guide me." I did get help from another middle aged gentleman. He was very helpful. The girl at the pizza counter did ask if she could help me when she saw me take a pic. The store doesn't have a lot of the items I buy. The meats are very expensive and the deli food and salad bar did not look appealing to me. The BAD: I am a stickler with my money, that's why I appreciate the coupons. I really don't like walking out not knowing how much I spent!! Amazon doesn't send a receipt until hours after your shopping so I have to wait and then check if everything was correct and if my coupon was applied. I can't get past it. Fairly positive experience at this Amazon Fresh location. The shelfs are stocked and the store is generally clean. The workers here are nice and helpful when you need to find something. My only gripe is that they refuse to cut the whole pizza orders into smaller slices than their machine cutter does. They can easily rotate the pizza under the cutter and press down to cut smaller slices for my party, but they refused. This location lacks the dash carts, but does have walk-out to check-out technology. read more

Always clean and bright . I grab random things here like shipping tape and dog treats so it's convenient ! Staff is always cool and their brand APlenty is really good . If you do an Amazon return here they give you a $10 off $40 coupon so it's a time and money saver ! read more
