Be careful when ordering from Amazon Wood Floors. You can order one floor and receive a completely different product under the same SKU. Their General Manager confirmed in writing that they shipped the wrong product to dealers and said nothing for four years. When we asked for a resolution, the response was: "I seriously do not have the time for this conversation." They will tell you it is your fault. read more

Purchased almost 4,000 sf of their engineering wood product three years ago. Paid a decent price ($16,000) but was sad to see the floor chipping and loosing color after two years. The company refused to visit and review the case. Blaming the installer (how can the installer affect the color?) Now we have to order a certified inspector and pay more. I have had Amazon Wood floors for a little over 2 years now. I couldn't be more upset with the durability. I ordered the Modani Vila Milano European Oak. It was expensive but this is my dream home so we went for it. Once I saw how the floors were wearing, I contacted customer service. They couldn't have cared less to even find out what was happening. I was under the impression that a warranty on the "finish" meant that it was protected and would last for a decent amount of time. This is completely unacceptable in my professional opinion, as I am an interior designer. I'm so so sorry that I invested in this brand. read more

I had Amazon Wood Floors, Braga Betula series installed in my home 2 years ago and I can honestly say they are the WORST wood flooring product I have used, or seen anywhere. They do not hold up to even the slightest abrasions or dropped silverware. If you have chairs that have rollers on them, they will fray your wood floors into a splintery mess within months. DO NOT buy these products. When you inquire about the supposed "warranty" you will be disregarded completely by the upper management. To fix the completely shredded planks in my home they suggested using wood putty. When I didn't like that response, they turned to insults. It is not a matter of just poor service, it is a matter of terrible products. read more

My contractor recommended to use this brand and just got it installed a few weeks ago and it looks amazing! The only problem I had was that the t-molding wasn't exact match and I called and spoke with there customer service and they offered me to go and pick the exact color from there warehouse and that's what I have done but they should've sent the correct ones in the first place (luckily they were local). We've had our Amazon floors for about a year. While we love the look, we had issues with the quality. We have splintering with one of our living room boards. We called Amazon to try to resolve our issue and we were told they couldn't help and we caused the problem. I'm sorry, but this product is supposed to be warrantied! We are a 3 person, non-shoe household (and it's only a year old)! The problem is with this particular board, it was wire brushed too harshly (their manufacturing issue), causing the splintering. So much for their "warranty"!. We are having to eat the cost to replace it :-(. Not happy! I would choose another product if faced with the decision again. read more

We recently purchased Amazon Wood Floors for our first floor remodel. We are very disappointed with the quality of this product. We installed the Rome Series throughout our entire first floor approximately 640 sq. ft. The quality and veneer finish of the sample we saw at the retailer, does not reflect the quality (or lack thereof) of the product installed. There were immediate signs of veneer chipping, and wood splinters (catching our stocking feet). We are now faced with paying the additional expense of having our floor installer apply a coat of poly seal in the hopes that no further damage to the veneer will occur. I do not recommend this product. read more

We purchased white oak plank flooring for our new construction home, and I wanted to say that I love Amazon Wood floors and thanks to everyone there. The floors are durable, eco friendly, and absolutely stunning-- we've gotten lots of compliments from contractors and friends. In addition, the staff there are extremely kind and helpful-- I had to go back several times to pick up new pieces and they made sure that I got the right amount and from the correct batch. I have had Amazon hardwood floors for a little over two and a half years. I live in a condo building with a concrete subfloor, so had to purchase an engineered (3/8" thick) hardwood floor as opposed to a solid hardwood floor (3/4" thick). After a lot of research, I decided to have Amazon hardwood floors installed. The floors look gorgeous. They still have a beautiful shine and the color is just as good as day one. I own a very active dog and He runs on the floor every day, using his claws to help propel himself. We have yet to find a single scratch caused by him. I have had to repair this floor on only two occasions. The first time was when we were installing a new kitchen floor, and we scratched the threshold moving the stove. I simply used a wood stain pen and nobody has noticed the damage. Most people think the repair is just a natural characteristic of the wood. The second repair we had was when we dropped a heavy and sharp object directly on the floor. Some wood filler solved this problem easily. I expect that no hardwood floor could have survived either of these accidents without damage. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with the floors I purchased. It has stood up to the test of time and looks as great today as it did the day it was installed. Definitely recommend! read more

We are so very disappointed in the Amazon Wood Flooring that we had installed in our home. We purchased 6000.00 dollars worth of the Marbella Stile Series engineered oak flooring. Our general contractor followed the install instructions exactly. After two months it has begun to splinter everywhere. Sixty to seventy percent to the planks have edges that catch and splinter off. Not little splinters, HUGE splinters!! It is leaving 1/8-1/4 inch depth blemishes in the floor. The only way to repair it is with tinted epoxy. We find new splinters every day, it is an ongoing issue. I emailed Amazon and they basically said it is our problem. We should have inspected the product for blemishes before it was installed. However, it did not start splintering until after it was installed per their specifications. So frustrated no to mention all the splinters in our kid's feet over the past few weeks. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT. You will regret it and the company does not stand behind their warranty. At this point all we can really do to make it safe and acceptable in appearance is to hire a flooring company to come in and sand it all down and refinish it. We will have to shoulder that cost ourselves. This is just a poor product and a company with poor customer service. Save your self the hassle and the cost, go with a different product!! read more
