If you've wanted to try a head spa (relaxing scalp massage, hair cleansing, etc.) but are put off by the price tag (typically $120 or more), definitely go to Sarah! First of all, she is just the sweetest. You can tell she really cares about people and just wants to make them feel good. I got the 60-minute service for $80. It was in a quiet relaxing room with soft music. It started with a really nice back massage with warming lotion. Then she brushed my hair and massaged my scalp forever! It included a mini facial, neck massage, thorough hair cleaning, and she even blow dried my hair after the 1-hr service was up. It's not the same as going to a fancy spa version but well worth the very reasonable price and unbelievably relaxing! I'll be back. read more

Hi everyone, I've been getting my nails done here for 6 years. Annie is an amazing nail tech. She takes her time and makes sure my nails are done to perfection. She is also very friendly. Highly recommend. I've been to Betty a few times but unfortunately never again after this last time. Betty seems distracted, uninterested in working there, and uncaring to details. Oh Em Gee! I feel like I've been transported to heaven and back after having the new ASMR Scalp Therapy by Sarah. I had no idea it was going to be so incredible and relaxing! Honestly, it was better than most 80 minute massages I've had over the years. The combination of a hot stone body and scalp massage, a mini facial and a full shampoo and conditioner with stimulating water massage jets, all performed on the same massage table (because the shampoo bowl is located directly below), was almost too tranquilizing to bear! And Sarah puts so much love and prayer into this service. She absolutely loves what she does and truly enjoys making her clients melt with comfort. I highly recommend getting this treatment before the word gets out, because baybee, this is an unforgettable experience to say the least and you will be hooked. It is really hard to find a great nail salon where the work is good and the people are nice. I've been coming for almost a year and the owner Sarah is always very accommodating. Her and Betty have both been my gals but I think anyone who can see you first will be great. I get the gel manicure and regular pedicure and I am not kidding, every single gel mani has lasted 3 weeks. My daughter got acrylics and they actually lasted 5 weeks because she filled them in herself with some Amazon kit. I'm really happy I found this place. The price is possible $5-7 more than I'm used to but I can at least attest to the fact that the paint jobs last forever and that is worth it. read more

Came this morning at 9 for the first time. My usual spot down the street didn't open until 10 so I called and came right in. It's a small nothing fancy kind of place. Sarah did my pedicure and did a really nice job. They do a scrub and hot stones with massage all for 20.00! What a deal. Ladies all seemed nice. They only accept tip by cash, not on your card. Extra parking in the back as the front is small and shares with ihop. Think I found my new pedicure spot. read more

HORRIBLE experience! ****WASTE OF MONEY **** I went in two days ago for a long full-set and pedicure. The lady in the first chair couldn't do coffin nails, I kindly asked her to stop trying if she couldn't do it, I informed her I would go to another salon. The next day my husband showed me one of my nails were cracked. Then on the second day two more nails cracked. I called in to get my nails fixed, KAYLE said she was not available for two more weeks, to call her back to confirm. I called the salon back and the "Manager" answered my call informing me KAYLE was not there. I told her I only wanted to confirm my appointment and she told me KAYLE was not available at all. I told her I just spoke to KAYLE not even 40 minutes ago. The MANAGER was extremely rude over the phone and asked me if i even spoke english then rudely hung up on me. I called her back and informed her this is no way to treat a customer. Its extremely disappointing since this place is not even a block away from my home. I expect a lot better from nail salons in my city considering this is a great community. My hands/nails are precious to me as they are to many women out there. I work really hard and like to take one day out of my week to pamper myself and relax, i thought this place would be great but it was such a HUGE disappointment. My nail salon was sold a few months ago and I've been bouncing around ever since looking to find someone that I could trust as much as I trusted them. I read the reviews on yelp for Amber T and was sold. I called and made an appointment for 4:30 on a Sunday and in I went. The first thing I saw was the greatest thing I've ever seen......BETTY the lady that used to do my nails at my old salon! I was so incredibly excited that I had found someone I knew did quality nails. The next thing I noticed was just how clean and organized the salon was. It's only been open about a year so all of the equipment is still new and you can tell they take care of their stuff. I opted for the spa pedicure and it was amazing. I love the fact that they will do your nails while you get a pedicure and you don't have to move at all. The bowls for the pedicure are mobile which means when she finished my pedicure she just moved the bowl out of the way and I was able to stay enjoying the massage chair. The pedicure was amazing....I believe her name was Lee and she was super sweet and really gave the 5 star treatment (callous remover, leg scrub, hot towels, lotion, and a massage)!!! Betty did my nails took my old acrylic pink and white set off and put a new set on. I was in and out in an hour and a half which if you have acrylics you know is great!! For the acrylic removal, a full set (pink & white), a pedicure with callous remover I paid $70. It seems high but the QUALITY was worth the cost. I will be back and can't wait to call this my permanent nail salon! read more

I wanted something natural and wasn't sure to get either gel manicure, overlay (acrylic over your natural nail) or acrylic in general. I haven't gotten my nails done in years. My nail tech lady Betty suggested an overlay and to my surprise, they came out better than I have imagined. I have to say I was happy because I thought I had found a new spot to get my nails done regularly. The first time I came with my sister in law, we loved our nails and the job done, and staff was very nice. We booked a second appointment, this time around the staff was having a busy day. Staff still friendly, however I did not appreciate that our service was being rushed and they said we did not book both a mani and pedi, when I did repeat it twice when I booked the appt, and when I called again. Nails--they do a nice job. Eyebrows done by Sarah--not so good. My sister in law got her eyebrows done and they left them uneven. When she commented on it to get them fixed, she was given an excuse that is not possible to fix then because "of the density". My sister in law had to then fix them on her own after paying for a job not done correctly. The two stars, however, are for the embarrassment that they tell you to tip before you even pay. Even after we payed AND tipped (which by the way I am a very good tipper when I'm happy with the service), Sarah stopped us, to tell my sister in law that she hadn't tipped the lady who did her nails, yet she already had tipped her. And the lady still had the audacity and lie that she hadn't received anything. Sorry, but we are definitely not coming here again. read more

I walked in and was told it was a 20 min wait which is normal. What made this experience horrible was as she was removing the gel polish on my toes another customer walks in the tech steps away. When she come back she tells me that I have to wait because her appointment was here. I let her know she can charge me for the gel removal and I would be on my way. Instead of letting me go she scrubbed my feet with and asked what polish I wanted. I asked pay for the removal which was $15. I wish I was turned away from the moment I walked in. I've never left any kind of salon feeling this way. So unprofessional. I feel like if my skin was a different color I would have been treated different because the service everyone else was getting was completely different from what I was receiving.
