The nail polish is so bad they had to keep telling me to pick another one because the polish wasn't good. They never talk about you or your nails and they remember what you talked about months ago with them. Two weeks ago today, I had the best time at Bliss Nail Bar! From work, I headed straight over for a much need mani/pedi. I walked into their bright and airy space. I sat into the spa massage chair, closed my eyes, and melted away. I seem to have nailpolish color insecurity, trouble picking a color, and then regretting if I go out of the norm. Looking through the book of colors, they helped me finalize a color, and I love it - a new spring OPI Iight yellow. I have received so many compliments on it even two weeks later. Painful experience. $70 for manicure and pedicure. Usually, I get my hands soaked in some warm water before but at this place the girl attending me just gave me a towel. My fingers still really hurt from the cuticle cleanup, which means that it wasn't just my cuticles that were getting cut. I can not recommend this place. Very happy with this salon. Lili's been doing my toes for many many years and I've followed her from several salons to this location. She's very accommodating often getting me in when I need to and working with my allergies and using my own products when needed. I've been to countless salons to have my toes done and I always end up back with Lili I don't even look anymore. This is not the closest to my house but it's worth the drive. Update: about 24 hours after my mani, it started peeling from the cuticle outward. I called the shop and they were able to get me in right away and redid my gel manicure for free. It came out perfect. I'd still recommend this shop for the atmosphere and customer service. I think things happen and sometimes manis don't cooperate, so I would go back to them again just based on their eagerness to fix it quickly. read more

Service was great until my tech refused to fix my nails even though I told her it wasn't what I asked and then claimed it was because she did exactly what the photo showed her (it did not at all and she never confirmed it's what I wanted before she did it and cured under UV). We looked at the photo again and she argued me that I was wrong. I was basically told too bad, so bad. Long story short, did not get what I asked for and was not given any discount or even effort to fix the mistake. Never coming back. Went in the woman didn't know what am I talking about a . I mentioned last time and asked for best person. It was messy , the color was so diluted , it was almost transparent, my toes I don't think they were not degreased , but I came him and about 3 hours later when I put on my shoes to go out for the event ( the reason I went to nail place) my big toe nail slider off my toe like a sheet of Soft plastic. Another thing without asking they cut my nails so short it burted to touch anything. Same with toes , so she did other toe nail longer ... so ugly. So I even don't want to give them one star. This place is super duper clean and neat and quite fancy. It was so relaxing. MiMi gives an awesome pedicure. She takes her time and she is very gentle and particular. She loves what she does because her work speaks for itself. I felt like i was walking on clouds when I left. My feet felt like new. She places the organic gel polish on your toes with precision.
