My grandma comes here and was really disappointed with the service the last time she came. She's 93 years old, so she needs help. My mom and her both asked for help with her feet and hands and everyone just ignored them. Completely just didnt answer them when they they asked for help. My mom had to take the little hand things off of her and also the things on her feet. Terrible place to do nails. Do not go here. They do the nails super ugly take forever and don't even cut your cuticles when getting gel X. The shop is a bit worn out. Parking can be awful, however there is parking in the back they don't tell you about. I went and got a mani-pedi. I didn't schedule them together on purpose, I called and requested a mani-pedi. The manicurist got angry with me and said I should have booked them separate. I told her I didn't ask for them together. I do t need to spend money somewhere and get attitude. When I first walked in to do a full set manicure and pedicure matte for all nails, None of the staff would give my boyfriend a price at the door. He waited for around 20 minutes which was very stressful as they said they were going to give him the price in a minute. Then when I sat down, the lady doing my feet was actually very nice to me when she gave me my pedicure.But after she was finished doing my feet I was told nothing and was abandoned without any instructions and sat there for what felt like an hour. I started thinking maybe it's because they're busy it'll be OK. Then this guy approached me to do the manicure and at first, he was very nice to me when I showed him what I wanted. he said he could do it. So I sat down under the impression that he would do my nails like the picture which were supposed to be matte. He gave me the price of $138 to do my request. So my boyfriend sent me more money because he's a good guy and before he sent me the money where they all said that he was a good boyfriend, I only had 125 dollars and I didn't have enough and while I was figuring out how to get the rest of the money before he did anything, he judged me for my honesty and started rolling his eyes and with his body language acted aggressive. Then when my boyfriend sent me the rest of the money, he started being very nice again but I noticed he was talking but I couldn't tell who he was speaking to because he was looking at my hand. I thought he was talking to me so I kept responding to him. He was being negligent to my hand, wrist and arm with my nails and kept grabbing and pulling on me which jerked my whole body forward and he was bending my wrist where it can't bend which was painful to a point where I started having a panic attack. Then when I said huh when I thought he was talking to me because again he was facing towards me when he was talking, he then started to yelled at me and shouted, "Can I talk to my friend!"While staring me down aggressively and being in a state of panic I actually apologized to him for yelling at me. My panic attack only got worse as he kept hurting my hands as he showed no signs of caring for my well being as he was talking on his phone and laughing. I was starting to get unresponsive because I was having an episode with my PTSD to a point where when he finally started talking to me, the lady who also worked there that was next to him repeat what he was saying. He messed up on one of my nails and he ripped it off really hard hurting me where I started bleeding a little because it was practically dry. And I wasn't used to getting my nails done so he kept tapping on the machine that dries your nails while I was in a state of panic saying you put it in this in a mocking tone And when I went to wash my hands he started making fun of me with the surrounding co-workers he had because he got black acrylic all over my hands and I was having a difficult time getting it off. The rest of the staff then made fun of me as well. I noticed that my acrylic nails that were supposed to be matte finish were milky and I only had him correct one of them so I can show my boyfriend how it should of finished compared to the rest. When I asked him if he could correct the mail that was now milky, he stomped his foot and dramatically reacted really angry. Because of his reaction I started talking to my friend when she finished with her nails hoping he would probably be more gentle because of her presence. This really worked. Showing that he was being aggressive on purpose. After he corrected the one nail I asked him to correct he then demanded a tip after raising the price to $140 although he intimidated me, harmed me, made fun of me, did not give me a manicure yet did my nails although I did not ask for acrylic and showed he knew he was treating me in humanely when my friend was watching him. When I said I didn't have the money to tip him, his co-worker then started coercing my friend to give him a tip when my friend already paid for her own service which indicates that we paid separately. It was overall a horrible experience and now I'm afraid to get my nails done by a nail tech. I also paid for a manicure I never got when they were hassling my friend and me to tip the nail tech that is now considered my worst experience with any company out there. read more

Kim does an amazing job at acrylics. She's very responsive to calls and texts. She'll set a regular appointment with you or work with you to find a time. She'll also attempt to move appts around if you are in need. For instance, if you aren't free on a morning, only an afternoon, s see if other clients will tweak their appts (ex. From 12 to 11). I was a walk in. It took a little bit fir them to greet me. Told her which servies I needed and she just waived her hand told me to pick a color. Their colors are set up like sale displays so it was a little confusing. They tried to have a conversation with me but it was weird. They did a great job on my pedi but, my mani was a little painful. It felt like she was burning the sides of my finger with the roatery tool, i thought it was just going to be 1 finger but it was all of them. I also felt the mani was a little rushed. I was the only customer there was no need to rush. I would reccomend them if you needed a quick nail job but I dont think I will be returning. They never told me the original prices but if I had wanted my gel clear coat taken off and put back on after it was an additional $19.00. read more

It's Located on Ventura by CiCi's Cafe. Parking can be frustrating at times due to the other business in the area, however valet parking is offered via the parking lot behind the store. All the women working here are extremely talented and will provide you with the exact service you desire. This newly remodeled place is very welcoming and just beautiful. They always go above and beyond to do their best to ensure each customer is satisfied. I have gone to this salon a few times with mixed, but disappointing results. They take walk-ins at short notice but you don't know who you'll get. I went in for a mani-pedi. The pedi was fair, but the mani was horrible! The girl used her little metal pusher and gouged my cuticles so bad that they were red and sore for days. When I was getting dressed that night my nails were snagging on my clothes as I was putting my hands into the armholes. I went one time before that and had called for an appointment but they didn't take me until much later than my scheduled time (maybe 30 minutes late). They rushed through the mani-pedi and did a lousy job. I won't be going back here, even though it is a convenient location. I'll make the drive to the Nail Shop where I can always count on a job well done. read more

For starters, parking is a pain in the arse. It shares a lot with a few other stores so you are truly lucky if you find something the second you pull in. I picked out the nail polish color i wanted for my pedicure, grabbed a magazine and just zoned out on the massage chair while she worked on my toes. Before i knew it, she was applying jewels to my toes saying it would look pretty, which ended up making my bill more expensive. I dont mind paying for these things when i ask for them- but dont go surprising me with this extra bling suctioned onto my big toes. i didnt feel like arguing or having her pry off my new toe bling and starting over so i just sucked it up and payed my bill. I've had better pedicures done for cheaper and the ladies arent pushy and do exactly what you ask them to do. I left pretty disappointed and i won't be going back to this place. read more

This is my go-to nail salon when I'm not using Shellac. I used to come here all the time growing up, and now that I'm back in my hometown I'm glad Heavenly Nails is still around and still doing a great job. They always accommodate you no matter when you call AND they do private appointments on Sundays, when they're supposed to be closed. Pedicures easily last me 2 weeks, and I wear both closed-toe and open-toed shoes all the time. Manicures last week a good one week but for me that's because I pick at my nails. I went in for a mani/pedi. I wanted a basic manicure and a specialty pedicure, which I said several times, yet I ended up with a basic pedicure and a specialty manicure. By the time I realized what was happening, it was too late to stop. The woman who did my manicure was very sweet and friendly. She did a wonderful job and gave me an excellent arm and hand massage. The woman who did my pedicure, however, seemed really bored and did a half-assed job. No massage at all. Boo. It's quite a shame since I live walking distance to this place. My mother and I have been regulars here for over 10 years for a reason. Lots of parking in the front and back. Reasonable prices - mani/pedi is $27 which compared to other solid places is just right. Cindy and her team are always kind and professional. I've never been skimped and if for whatever reason I don't like the shape or manage to ruin a nail before it dries, they fix it with no complaints. Today was my first time trying "Heavenly Nails" and I will NOT go back. Here's why: It's overpriced. Eyebrows = $12; Lip = $8 Cindy did NOT do a good job waxing my brows. She just took the hair off of the top & bottom of my brows, but did NOT use tweezers to keep my former brow shape, like I had asked her to... Cindy made my eyebrows look uneven towards the ends by taking off either too much or too little hair with the hot wax stick... There were still strands of hair that she didn't pluck out & made an excuse that she couldn't. In fact, I was able to get them out myself at home using my own tweezers.
