It's super easy, just go to their website, pick a day, see what times are available, then follow the steps. Even with an appointment time, the wait can be long, but it will be faster than the 30, 40 or 1 hour wait for walk-ins. Because they are located on the first floor of the medical center filled with doctors offices, they get the foot traffic, so even if you are already in this building, use your phone to set up appointment. The new kiosk system is far better than the previous which required calling a number and never getting through to a live person to set up appointment. You would end up playing phone tag for days, sometimes weeks, and it never resulted in a positive experience. I'm giving two stars, rather than one, because one out of two reps I dealt with was helpful and patient as we tried to track down the labs requested by a doctor from OHSU. If it wasn't for her helpfulness, I'd probably give a one star. That being said, I give other locations 4 or 5 stars. Give yourself plenty of time to park. The garage is a nightmare, lots of one ways and loops and takes quite a bit of time to actually find a parking spot. They do offer valet if you pull up in front of the entrance.

I do not recommend this site but if you MUST, make sure they place a patient label on the sample and have you sign the sample label!! They did not do this for me and I have reason to believe it was a faulty exam or a mix up on the lab's end!!!

She even printed out directions and highlighted things for me. When I first went in the front desk just said that they don't draw from children so little but when Sarah stepped in she took over and took care of everything for us. Great customer service! The line was not moving. There was one young guy who seemed to be running the entire operation single handedly. On other guy would come out of a little office, swab someone, and then disappeared for over 15 minutes. Out of desperation, we waited there for over an hour and finally got swabbed. Meanwhile, they let a guy who came on foot with no appointment cut the whole line of cars. The guy who checked us in also did our swabs. He was very nice. No sooner than 6 days later I received my result: negative. Not very helpful. To top is all off, I tested positive on a pcr one day after that. The one guy working there said this company was started by a couple doctors in California. I have a feeling they are making a huge profit off this. They also need to revisit their business practices as this was the least efficient testing site I have had the pleasure of visiting during this pandemic.

I read all the negative reviews and arrived 15 minutes early at 12:45pm. They were open so I drove up. The guy at check-in told me they are closing for lunch and to return in 30 minutes. I mentioned that my appointment is at 1pm though and you're asking me to come later. He said, "yes come shortly after 1pm ... come at 1:15pm." Ok so I left their lot and went to grab a coffee. Came back at 1:15pm and there was a sign blocking the entrance and now there were 4-5 cars parked ahead of me. The sign blocking the entrance said they were expected to be open again at 1:00pm--they didn't even have the decency to communicate the time change by updating the sign with whiteboard marker. Now there were more people queueing and walk-ups trying to figure out what's going on. I emailed them requesting a refund. Still closed as of 1:28pm. Had to schedule another appointment out of state to satisfy my time-sensitive needs. I fully expect not to hear from customer support about a refund and will promptly send through a chargeback if that's the case.

I have NO idea why it's taking so long and my confidence level in their accuracy and quality has been dropping exponentially. How can you provide a "Medical" service and not have the data and why aren't the CSRs more knowledgeable about your personal data and the process? As for the actual screening, the tech were pleasant. I'm not sure the equipment is current and has been calibrated on a regular basis or not. The machinery looks older. Does Life Line Screening get their equipment certified and serviced timely?
