They started work right on time for my appointment, and it only took 45 minutes total. My nails look and feel great. The ladies were polite and efficient and they did a great job. One star off because the salon changed my 10 am appointment to a 9:30 am appointment two days before without asking me first. I had to rearrange some things to accommodate the 30-minute earlier time change on a Monday, which is typically a busy day for me. Anyway, I showed up at 9:30 and everything went well. I don't get my nails done very often,but I will definitely return. The prices are on par with other salons in the area.

I was asked if I could wait but wasn't given a time. I assumed it would be 15-20 min wait. It ended up being an hour wait and the tech that ended up helping me wasn't even on site. He was just starting his shift. Additionally it was a male tech and I was not asked if I was ok waiting 60 mins and not asked if I was okay having a male tech for my pedicure. They still didn't have someone available to do my manicure so the owner who was also the receptionist and cashier did my manicure. This ended up being 2 hours long from beginning to end. Because the owner was the receptionist and also the cashier she was extremely distracted having to walk away so many times and upon returning kept forgetting what finger she was working on. This added to the length of time I was there and unfortunately this was not a relaxing experience for me. Also, all of the OPI color options are outdated or completely used and not properly maintained and cleaned. They look like they are refilled and do a very poor job maintaining them. Additionally no one is actively cleaning. Lots of used towels everywhere. Also there was trash on the floor and all employees including the owner just walked over and around it. No one concerned for how messy the floor or anything is. The restroom needs a good power washing. Instead of using the chairs basin for the pedicure they put a small basin that looks old and used. Also I'm not sure how clean anything is. Overall lacking a lot of maintenance and upkeep. Also it's been 7 days and my gel mani is already peeling. My pedi looks like I could have done a better job myself. Honestly I will not be returning.

the first time i came here i had a great experience. this time was absolutely awful. i had a man…read moredoing a full set who didn't even know how to do acrylic. there was acrylic EVERYWHERE it's all over my fingers and way past my cuticle . every single nail was slanted and he couldn't figure out how to file them straight. He also doesn't know how to use a drill, it was burning my nails so bad and I have a cut on my pinky from the aggressiveness. All of the acrylic is uneven and at one point half the acrylic broke off my nail and he just kept filing it more slanted. I finally asked for someone else to finish my nails and he kept grabbing my hand but the owner (i think, she did my nails the first time) finished my nails and i still hate them and Im so disappointed that i paid for them. Even as I was checking out the lady that did my toes asked me who did my nails last time and that I should request someone and apologized to me because she knew how badly the guy was doing my nails.
