I came in to get a mani and pedi. I waited about 25-30 min since there were only 3 ladys working. Another girl came after me (i guess she was getting acrylics so the owner tells me to wait in the spa chair to get my pedi done first) im waiting in the chair for another half an hour and still nothing. She could've serviced me first and done my mani since i arrived 15 min before the other girl showed up. We wouldve been done with my mani in time to get my pedi but she chose to service someone else and make me wait almost an hour. Thats how they loose customers. So disappointing!! read more

Overall we had a good experience, the outcome was as expected and good quality work. The place is clean and pretty organized and the staff is friendly. As in any nail salon, the smell is toxic and not pleasant but it is what it is. There were only 3 ladies working so people we're waiting quite a while to get service, glad we got in on a timely manner so I suggest calling to see how busy they are. read more

This is not a fancy nail shop that does all the hip and viral trends. But they give you a good quality mani and pedi. They don't make you feel rushed and take their time when doing your service. With that said if you don't call ahead or make an appointment be prepared to wait. Since they are a smaller shop my mani and pedi can take over an hour. Prices are average with most places but I keep coming back for the quality time they take when doing my services. read more

Well, I hadn't been back since 2005 (not the salons fault...life). Jenny and Connie are amazing. My husband had Tris perform his pedicure. He is extremely happy. Everything was on point. I used to love coming here , but the nail tech Jenny which is the owner. Is very impatient. She did not want to remove my acrylic nails by soaking them. She wanted to clip them off. I kindly declined. Then she tried to convince me to make the nails shorter and do a fill. I declined again. She was talking about me in her language with her staff. As they continued to look at me and make me feel comfortable. She told me it took 30 min to soak. And then came back in 4 min to remove. I told her to leave them to sit. She talked more in her language. & I'm sure it wasn't nice I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN! read more

They do a great job in comparison to the price you pay! It's $35 for a beautiful manicure that lasts 3.5 / 4 weeks, you can't find a better deal than that anywhere else in LA, although it definately takes a little while - and if you're expecting a much end boutique, this is not it...but again, great trade off for the price you're paying. read more

Was eating nearby and when I got in my car to head home I saw Lincoln Nails. I haven't had a pedicure in maybe a month and decided my feet needed a little love with all the running and yoga I've been doing. I called to see if they had any appointments and they said yes. Another customer had just finished and left right as I walked in. They took my temperature, and then I was seated. The salon was clean, they had plexiglass separating the chairs for the customers and technicians. I was the only one there at the time, not sure if they had just re-opened but the woman that did my toes did a great job. I think I got the deluxe spa pedicure and added a paraffin wrap. That 10 minute foot/leg massage was amazing, I didn't know I needed that so bad. The chairs also had a massage option so I went thru 3 rounds, my back needed it. They also had a ton of colors to choose from. This place is a little farther from me, but if I'm in this neighborhood I would definitely come back! read more

Ladies and gentlemen, I have been going to this salon since I was 17 years old. I had Jenny do my nails for 16 years. Long story short I moved away got married.... Had a little bit of a life change and now I'm back in Los Angeles. I've been to numerous salons and all I have to say is Jennie is the best nail tech I've ever had! She takes her time and doesn't rush in my nails always come out perfect! As for a pedicure Connie has been there since I was 17. Nothings changed. She always gives me an amazing pedicure with a fabulous massage. ! She is a cheerful and happy individual who gives great care to her customers and is well liked by everyone. She has left from time to time and I have followed her to different locations because she always does a great mani/pedi! I have been coming here since a very young age and the SAME behavior has remained. But once again, like multiple times in my life the dominant race gets better treat than black people. I came here with my son, 30 minutes before opening because I called them yesterday and asked if I could be seen first for a pedicure and arcylic overlay. I have plans today, but because a woman walks in with a lying excuse of traveling and I am with my 2 month old son, she gets seen before me. I don't have a car or live anywhere near here but I made the journey but white women apparently still get treated better than black women. I think I will be done coming here. Just want to make it clear that my review is not intended for Bao's acrylic services- he is amazing at what he does! Would 1000% recommend him for acrylics. This review is for the experience I had with an older woman who works there, I unfortunately did not get her name but she was so moody/frustrated with me from the very beginning and I was being nice and clear with her on what I wanted from the gel manicure. She of course was violent and grabbed my hands a certain aggressive way, she did such a bad paint job!!! Which is what I care about the most. (It'll be on there for 2 weeks and I'm getting it for a special reason to me; I effing want a pretty mani. Like wtf! And I'm paying you almost $30.!!) She was so. bad. Over all! Beware! This review is so overdue. I have been going to Lincoln nails for 3 years now. I have had my nails on for about 5 years. Every two fills before I came to this salon, I had to start with a new set because there were lines. I was told my nails were crooked also, simply because some nail technicians like to tell you that when they suck and can't do nails. Then I came to Lincoln nails, after trying out 9 salons prior. Bao is amazing. He is a perfectionist and he is great at what he does. I have lived in San Diego, and out of state and tried MANY salons, and he is hands down, the best. I came to Lincoln Nails today after being recommended by a few friends. I didn't have an appointment but I was seen after about 5 minutes, even though they were pretty busy. I worked with Kim who was very nice. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she picked out the colors and did a beautiful gel manicure. I asked for black polish with leopard print accent nails. After she finished painting my nails, Bao did the leopard design. He looked at the picture I provided and did an excellent job. Everything totaled $30 which is a great deal to me! I am from out of town (NY) and stopped in to get my nails done. Overall I am very happy that I chose this place because I felt completely pampered from the moment I walked in. I didn't make an appointment prior, so I had to wait a bit before they got started. But the end product was worth the wait. I got gel manicure/pedicure, eyebrows and lip. I chose a cute marshmallow white. Everything was done very meticulously. They even completed both my hands and toes at the pedicure area, I could continue to enjoy the message from the chair.
